This Harris Teeter has by far the best customer service not to mention the cleanliness and ease of the store itself. I am new to the neighborhood and had an odd question for Eric in customer service. I ask if he’d print an important document for me since my printer in my new house was not cooperating. Eric was more then ready to help me! It just shows how him and the other associates at this store go above and beyond for their shoppers:)

First time here in the Baltimore area. Loved it! So much to choose from. Love the set up of the store. Produce was fresh. Baked goods had some unusual items. Store was very clean.

Friendly people. Super clean place and has many hard to find items. Were out of towers w no HT within driving distance of our home. So this was a treat. We particularly appreciated the personable and friendly security guard at the door, very nice man.

Always clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Pharmacy and cafe seating are upstairs, Starbucks and produce right as you go in/out.Ive never had an issue here and I appreciate the VIC membership savings. Ive gotten a free item every once in awhile and usually find a good mix of weekly sales to get you through the week.They have a wide array of options in each department and quality items. The prepared foods are generally tasty and a bargain too. I generally shop at HT for products I dont want in Ill from Costco and can find everything I need and usually walk around the entire store to see what else can tempt me thats on sale

It would be a kind gesture to post definitive signage stating all alcohol has to be purchased in that section. As non locals, we were treated like idiots on our first time buying beer at HT here in Baltimore. Not impressed, and a little saddened by tonight’s trip. I’m surely not going to spend more there on higher prices by choice, if this is how you treat your customers.

In-store is nice but consistently long lines and most registers closed shows nothing but corporate greed. Delivery arrived at my house MORE than TWO HOURS EARLY and 14 out of 21 items were out of stock. Just Horrible.

We have been shopping here almost weekly for a year and a half and really like it. The store is open, well lit and has plenty of parking. There is also a Starbucks inside as well. They quickly ramped up curbside pickup during Covid-19, which we used for almost a year with only a few minor issues. Great supermarket!

Great store. Good variety, well stocked. They always have what I want. There are a variety of options, and everything Ive gotten is good quality. Its also clean, well lit and staff are easily accessible if you have questions.

Very fresh produce. I like the bakery and salad section.However I think the store can be more sustainable and environment friendly. Attaching a picture of the type of produce that should be avoided if possible.dont need a plastic cover for each.

Store is always sparkling clean, the sushi chefs are fabulous and the batistas are amazing! I love this place so much. :)

Huge supermarket with lots of in-house products and they also have a take out section with hot food and salads. I think upstairs is a cafe, but I’ve checked it out yet. All the produce are always ways fresh and they have a large international food section. Their fruits are a bit expensive though.

Love it here. Quality food for reasonable prices. Their private selection ice cream is the BEST.

Went in, got what I needed, went out. That simple. Starbucks inside doesnt report Starbucks rewards stars automatically from this location. You have to call it in to Starbucks customer service to get credited for the purchase.

They had just what they doctor ordered at a reasonable price.Good parking readily available.Located just off I-95.

Danielle decided to be the mask police all while employees are not even wearing masks fully. Managers didnt say anything but customer service person Danielle thought it was her place to harass my husband.

The store is very clean, friendly staff and good food.

Best part of this store is Starbucks!The breakfast hot bar needs some serious help but if you’re desperate and starving, then it’s delicious!! There seems to be a lot of space in the parking garage where the Tesla chargers are so you don’t have to fight for a spot.Wish they took Apple Pay.

Need to keep handbaskets clean was there today trash in first 3 baskets. Not acceptable.

🗣This Harris & Teeters located in federal Hill is in a nice, clean, safe area, is always stocked with the basics and also has a very nice wine and beer store with in Teeters itself, also nice cordial staff overall including the customers, and after shopping, if you have time, is also near alot of other cool restaurants, bars and shops outside of Teeters itself to easily walk to especially on a nice day...so to Harris and Teeters...Gracias for your service

This Harris Teeter is great. The adjacent garage has not only Tesla superchargers but also other Level 2 chargers available if needed.

Always very nice staff, I have never had an issue with anything being out of stock at this particular location. Always have ample checkout lines. Prices are spot on and the sales even better.

Harris Teeter is always a good visit. They have everything i need plus more!Their name brands are very good. Their sales are great. The buy one/get one free sales is great because a customer can just get one and still get the sale price ok! I dont know of this being possible in any other grocery stores!Clerks are always very Helpful! Ask a question and theyll not only answer it but if it involves a product theyll even show you where it is and take you there!The products are well displayed and produce is fresh!It makes grocery shopping pleasurable! LolPlus plenty of parking!!Some of the best takeout susi around!!

I love this store. I often go to the one in Canton but today I ventured to the one on McHenry Row. It did not disappoint. Both stores are fantastic!

I would never have thought to call a grocery store gorgeous before but gosh, this was an absolutely gorgeous and unbelievably clean, bright lit, and modern grocery store. They have a second floor also where there is seating and what not. Theyve set a wonderful standard in quality that I hope to see more.

Its a grocery store, cant say much more than that. If you live in the area, its probably the best choice. The prices are a bit on the high side, and they dont have any toiletries or the like, which is frustrating.Theres a decent liquor store connected to it if youre into a higher end spirit.

Always a fine experience. Big parking garage nearby is nice. Huge place, clean, brimming with good stuff. Friendly staff. Food seems pricier there than other places though, and food is already really expensive during this pandemic, but lots of good choices and high quality items.

I live Harris Teeter. Always has the freshest food and very good sale prices. Great seafood department and hit food bar. My favorite is Asian food and pizza.

Rating a grocery store seems strange to me... it is a grocery store. Harris Teeter generally has what we need. Check out is mostly efficient- even when it is a busy time. Produce is fresh and prepared foods are good. Finally made he asiles are clean and bright. This is where I do my weekly shopping. It is a good grocery store.

Love this store! They have a wide variety of everything. It is our go to grocery store. We can get everything we need for the week here. We especially love their specialty cheese and deli meat for charcuterie plates. The staff is always hopeful and friendly.

Not your average super market. If you want finer foods, this is where to go.

Nice store, horrible service when it comes to having cashiers available. Its currently 7:30pm on a Thursday night and they have 1 cashier working. Im watching the manager dusting a display by the front doors while theres a line of 4 people waiting and employees just wander by. Surely one of them is trained on registers. The prices here are high enough to afford more than one person at the registers.

Harris Teeter carries things I cannot get in PA, so I commute. Well worth the trip every time!!

People are friendly but store is overpriced on almost everything. I guess thats what you pay for fancy lights and wide isles.
