The chicken is pretty good, but some products are sub-par, however for the kind of place it is, its good enough. The store is well stocked with a limited but varied selection. The employees are for the most part nice & friendly, but some are cold and borderline rude (only 1/5th of them).

They have an awesome home style chicken salad that is off the chain!! Like I could eat it everyday!! The MAIN PROBLEM IS THEY RUN OUT OF IT EARLY EVERY SINGLE DAY!! They need to learn to make more of the home style & not so much of the other kind because theres always so much of the other kind left! It seems nobody likes it!! Their early morning n late night employees are very friendly, helpful & kind.

Just purchased 2 scrapple, egg, and cheese biscuits from store 50 in Baltimore. Without a doubt the NASTIEST sandwiches Ive ever had. Scrapple was cooked to shoe leather consistency. My wife and I each took one bite and threw them away. Definitely wont be getting any more food from Royal Farms as this was not our first bad experience. The only positive was the young lady working the deli.

This review is not for the store itself, but the corporate office. I was curious as to whether Royal Farms coffee could be purchased online, as I am active duty military and from Maryland. It would be nice to have a taste of home, and I love Royal Farms as a whole, but their Colombian and Gourmet flavors are the best. I contacted corporate to ask the question, and unfortunately, they do not sell products online, however, they were more than happy to send me some Colombian and Gourmet coffee as thanks for my service. The coffee arrived today (10/10/16) in two medium sized boxes full of coffee. My wife and I are extremely grateful to Royal Farms for their generosity, and have solidified us as customers for life.

I live a block from here and consistently receive poor customer service. Order a sandwich and watch the three people after you get served first.... Even when your sandwich doesnt require any toasting... Order it with extra mayo... Receive NO mayo. Ask for a refund... Cashier cannot figure out how to issue a refund. Cashier didnt say a word to me until I ask for a bag, as she was playing on phone. No structure, but also no one that actually cares.Additionally, all the Hampden meth heads hang out here.

The place seems clean but i cant give a place that serves food and has a dining area with no restroom for customers a two or higher stars. This is up most idiotic thing for a food place to no have. And this place looks to be a headquarters of some sort. Wow shame on you royal farms.

I had the best experience with the management at this store. Ms. Keisha and her team are eager to make sure their customers have a pleasurable experience. And the lady who makes the breakfast sandwiches, Ms. Jan, she ROCKS!!!

Its mostly good, for what Royal Farms is supposed to be. They sometimes take too much time or are understaffed but for the most part they do well. Also great place to get anything since its 24/7.

Decided that we wanted to go grab some fried chicken for dinner here, but the food we got was nearly inedible. The potato wedges were freshly made, but something was wrong with the oil (probably rancid). The chicken was mostly ok, but some of the chicken was made in the same old oil, very fishy tasting. Our service was pretty poor too, with our food just being laid out without anyone telling us if it was ours or not. Pretty disappointing dinner overall unfortunately.

I know it’s a convenience store but man, it’s like they don’t even care about being a business.

We ordered hot food from here, and the man who served us was very rude. I ordered chicken tenders and I didn’t receive them, instead we recived two orders of western fries. My friend’s sub was not toasted, and it had way too much old bay, as well as the western fries. They were out of relish, burgers, and lettuce. The food was rushed, and subpar.

Manager, John has really cleaned up that store. Before it was a lot of drug interaction going on and they could never keep a decent manager there. From what ive seen he work just as much as his employees. Veey friendly workers, always stocked, very clean, long lines dont last long.

This Royal Farms processes stolen credit cards. Also, it allows drug addicts to hang out in front of it 24/7, who harass patrons and conduct drug deals right in front of the store.An investigation is being requested to look into this Royal Farms employees who allow people buy food and cigarettes with stolen credit cards.
