Terrible customer service. I guess the lady didn’t believe I was a police officer so she was very rude and disrespectful the way she went about asking me for my credentials. I came from PG county to this place bc fellow workers have told me good things. Waste of time.felt highly disrespected.

Great shop, small, tight space but Sam and his wife always easy to work with, fair prices, good quality new and used, even if you are not the normal profile image white cop. Never had a problem whether a layaway or on the spot purchase and great respect for prior service military customers. Bonus point is seeing Sam in Annapolis testifying at legislative hearings and knowing he works to defend and support 2nd Amendment issues right along with regular guys like me.

Dawn the owner of the shop made my purchase so easy.Her assistant took care of all the paper work he took time showing me where to sign etc. I purchase a glock 26 5 gen. i travel from the eastern shore 1.30 minutes because of their helpfulness and great customer service. Thank you

Terrible customer service. I called asking if they had a certain product on hand, Lady told me to hold that She was working with a customer! kool I understand that, but she had no idea i was on my way there anyway cause i never been to that store and wanted to see what they had. im saying all this because i was on hold for atleast 8min and when i walked in she wasnt never helping a customer the gentleman was. she was just standing there doing absolutly nothing. so i walked in and ask same ? i asked on the phone and she had the nerve to ask me you the guy that just called rite? i said, yes thats me and im still on hold .....lol. so i asked what customer are you helping? she didnt say nothing just started checking for what i asked for. i just turned around and walked out. i refuse to do business with people like that. to be honest i think she is rasist!!!! i have my reasons for that opinión! never shop there trust me.

I have been to numerous places that include On Target and Accurate Pawn and Tackle and this place was by far the best! I have been to Accurate Pawn and Tackle 3 times, each time I could not get any decent help and the guy working is always complaining about how busy he is. I decided to try The Cop Shop, I went in and was automatically helped. Tom was helping me and explained everything I wanted to know and helped me step by step through purchasing my firearm. I will never go any place other than here to purchase Glock!!!!!!

This place is so small you can hardly move. But if you are looking for a Glock pistol you will absolutely NOT find it cheaper anywhere else. This is no joke. This place has the contract to provide duty weapons to Baltimore PD at insanely cheap law enforcement prices and even civilians can buy at deep discounts (in some cases $100s of dollars off retail). Go check it out.

Sam and Tom are very knowledgeable. Like anywhere else treat them with respect and you will receive it back. This is not a.fast paced environment nor should it be. They take the time to ensure you are comfortable and safe with your firearm or accessory. Alot your self the proper ammount of time to Learn.

Update: I actually went here today for pepper spray. All they had were three keychain pepper sprays (the stuff you can get at Walmart) and one 2 oz can of Sabre Pepper Gel (ballistic stream), I wanted Sabre Red Cone spray. I expected a better selection since this is supposed to be the only cop supply store serving all of Baltimore. The store was small, extremely cramped, and in disarray. They had handcuff keys, holsters, and like 20 pistols, and a few other nic-nacks. Unless you like to look at side arms in real life or are in the market for one or need a holster or key its a disappointing trip. I was really hoping to support a small local business but I can see what they are going out of business and everyone shop online now.Galls online store is the go to police supply store with a huge selection and is less cluttered.Old review: Their website doesnt show what they sell or the pictures on here, there are no pictures of inside the store. Do they not want my business? Id like to know what store carries without having to go down there or call them. Very inconvenient for the customer, obviously a low quality store.

Other than their advertised low prices, I dont understand why anyone would purchase from this establishment when there are over 300 other gun stores in the state. First, I got greeted with the dont really care if I sell you a gun attitude from the wife. After stumbling through whether I was actually eligible for the Glock blue label program which was surprising since they supposedly specialize in blue label sales (this wasnt my first blue label purchase and other dealers had no problem determining my eligibility), I was told that I had to wait at least three weeks for the gun to come in and that I should deem myself lucky as some purchases took as long as three months. Since I knew that this wasnt the norm in the real world, I pretty much told them Thanks but no thanks and despite the fact that they are supposed to be the cheapest Glock dealer in the area, I immediately drove to Fox Firearms in Columbia who were a lot more interested in selling me a firearm and actually had the gun I wanted in stock. The difference in price was only $25 more which was well worth it for a much friendlier customer service atmosphere and not having to deal with plodding through downtown Baltimore.

Competitive prices and they really know glocks there. Good people as well highly recommend

I bought my first handgun here. I got the LE discount and got my glock for very cheap. Overall the staff was professional, helpful and Im glad I purchased my firearm there.

This place is small and they are in no rush to get to the next person, I asked about the blue line discount for a Glock in 9mm and I told the guy that Im in the US Army but Baltimore is my home of record but I was just based at Fort Bliss Tx but Im in transition to move back to Baltimore and report to my reserve unit next month but I pay taxes in Maryland and I have a Maryland addresse so I dont understand why I didnt qualify to purchase a gun here. They even have a picture on the wall making fun of Black lives Matter but it say Black Labs matter and it had a black Lab and a white labs and it said all labs matter, so I felt uncomfortable here cause I took it as Black Lives dont matter to them Im not racist at all and I know all lives matter.

Called them a couple years back inquiring as to purchasing a handgun. Expected to hear the usual 7 day waiting period but instead the lady I spoke with started rambling on about my having to take some kind of gun safety class that was 6 months long?? And they wouldnt sell me the handgun until I competed the course?? I laughed and hung up. They also have very odd hours.

Over priced and rude! I will never shop here again! There are two other stores in the area that are better and have better customer service!

The workers are extremely disrespectful and called me a criminal for inquiring about buying a weapon. id highly recommend buying from anywhere except cop shop.
