Good selection, nice staff. But my friend and I go errand running together and they wouldnt let her in the waiting room, even though theres still another locked door the patients have to go through past the waiting room. No outside seating, either.

D3Vine the tender up front told me that the vape I ordered is out but he brought me literally the perfect replacement first go. Gelato to genolade. There were some other decent choices but this one was just right.

Love this place best deals in Baltimore. They have a different deal every day of the week and they do brand pop up events in store for extra deals. Sign up with there text and email list to get the daily deals. They have very friendly and knowledgeable staff. There products are always fresh. They have a CBD store located right next to them. You can find many hemp and CBD products and all your smoker needs. They also have drinks .They are a little hard to find because you cannot see the sign well to turn into there parking lot but its right across the street from the dollar store. I highly recommend this place.

Fast, friendly and fun! I’m always greeted with a warm welcome! The bund tenders are crazy cool! They are professional and highly knowledgeable about everything that they have to offer at Blair! My preference is gummy’s and they have a nice selection, also very yummy flavors! Today was the very first time that my wife and I visited the dispensary, and Curtis was informative, patient, and actually listened to what our needs were and I can’t thank him enough.

Lots of simple problems that never get fixed. Sometimes when a customer asks a question they want the budtenders opinion, most of the time tho if you do not know the answer its not cool to just make some answer up, especially when it comes to medicinal/recreation substances. The long hair budtender with lots of pins seemed to forget they were working, and walked off the floor for an unrealistic amount of time. I watched them while actively helping a guest, then walk to the front and chit chat with staff. Then quickly long hair went to the back, no worries, maybe they were doing something.... The entire time I was being helped the other customer was just stuck waiting for their budtender to return... They even asked someone else to help them and obviously they cannot simply, due to policys, swap customers. And I had a decent sized order and was helped very patiently... But long hair pin covered buntender never reemerges. I left, andas I left the other customer leaves after never being able to purchase their items. I guess he forgot I was there. Was what this guy told me, and said hed never been their before,and prolly would never come back. 2nd time I come into to Blair wellness I get saddled with this budtender, forget their name but the only long hair pin covered staff member, proceeds to disappear while in the middle of our transaction. After 10minutes I just walk out, and info the front staff Ill never be back. Its simple stuff like doing the job that they consistently miss the mark.

This was my first time at Blair Wellness and it was a superb experience. My bud tender, Jeron, was attentive & helped familiarize me with some things to consider for my purchase. I came for flower and he recommended me quite a few strains based on how I wanted to feel. I left a happy customer (who will def return) and this made my birthday weekend!

This is the best dispensary in the state and I got so lucky that it ended up on my block. They have the best and most diverse selections and great deals daily, but what really makes Blair Wellness so incredible is the staff. They are always in the best mood, so helpful and just very uplifting people. Every time I go there it is so difficult to leave because of the great conversations I have with all the different employees. Specifically, Devon and Paul. These two guys I almost consider friends at this point and it all started by them taking the initiative to have a meaningful conversation and really being engaged in our conversation. Every time I go in there I always check if they are working because they have taught me SO much about cannabis and even took the time to explain the different terpenes and the different effects and smells they possess. I am honestly so grateful for their help because now I am educated and get the most out of cannabis.

One of the best dispensaries in terms of deals, parking, bud tenders, and time waiting. Their atm fee is $3 (used to be free) and they accept debit cards (no credit) at a $2.95 fee. Sunday is the best time to go.

Ive had the pleasure of visiting Blair Wellness Center and being waited on by Gabriel Ali-EL. My visit was to pick up products that assist me with chronic pain in the body. I asked many questions, as I am a very detailed person, and each question was answered intelligently with no hesitation. I really appreciate the assistance that Gabriel provided me and even the more how clean, neat, & organized Blair Wellness Center was. For a Musalima Queen, especially as particular as I am, cleanliness is a must 😊👍.

This is my fav dispensary! They ALWAYS have a ton of deals going on on all types of products so no matter how you like to consume, they’ll have something for you! Aside from the sales, they have nice industry/veteran discounts too. The budtenders there are all friendly and knowledgable, but if you get a chance definitely ask for Gabe!! If you have questions on any strain, chances are Gabe’s tried it. He’s always very welcoming and laid back and hip to whatever’s going on in the medical cannabis world. He’s also a small business owner too, which is dope!! All around cool guy, cool dispensary, 10/10.

I made an online order for flower (32% THC) .. THEY filled the order with the wrong strain, this one was only 16% THC. They really let me walk out with a quarter of TRASH.. then told me since I left the store they won’t exchange with what I originally wanted. I honestly feel like I’ve been robbed by some incompetent budtender.The service has went all the way down hill!!! I will never ever come back nor recommend anyone else to come there again.

5 minutes before arriving I got a txt that my order had been cancelled. >:[ This was after driving 30+ minutes (more than an hour driving altogether) and all I got was frustration and disappointment. An absolute waste of gasoline and my time. Called the store and was told I could just make my order when I arrive. Great! (In theory)...because by the time I parked the option to put in a new order wasnt available. Tried calling several times for help and to put the order over the phone but no one answered despite seeing several people still inside. Horrible experience & will not return.

Lately they have been the worst! They wont honor prices from the deals on their own site. We paid online for an order, they said theyre open til 9 but were closed when we got there.

LOVE this dispensary, been a patient here for 2 years now, its my one and only, great deals, wonderful staff; every budtender whos helped me in-store and with pickups has been friendly, patient, and kind -- the exception being Melissa, the store manager. Every time we have interacted she has been exceptionally rude, sounding disinterested and looking like shed rather be anywhere else, yes she sounds like this over the phone as well. BWC website says She assists BWC on many levels. The most important being the interaction and couselling of patients, which is staggeringly untrue, as she has never made an attempt to converse or engage with myself nor other patients..! If I could, every other staff member gets 5 stars, but Melissa gets ZERO ... its such a shame because the rest of the dispensary has such a pleasant atmosphere !!! makes no sense that she works there. at least act like you care about your job yknow ????

My first visit was awesome! Plenty of flower for my medical needs. Samantha was very nice and knew her strains. She listened and agreed on my selection. My only question is web site states 10% off first time patient. My receipt shows price of flower advertised. No 10% taken off. With that said I would drive 2 hour round trip to go there again. Y’all were so rude in person (mainly just the manager who had no help and nothing to say..) I called ahead to make sure I used my new patient discount properly. I told them I was getting flower from the “deli” and they answered only one of my questions and neglected to tell me that they don’t do any discounts on “bulk” flower before I made the trip out there. It was a wretchedly rude and awkward experience. I paid for my flower and never went back. I later on heard other bad and awkward experiences with misinformation and that manager. If your family owns the dispensary and you get put in management, act like you care. It’s glaringly obvious y’all just want money.

As a fellow small business I know the importance of GREAT not just good customer service...if I can hear agitation in your voice over the phone... Would have been a great experience but I saw several people not wearing a mask properly and the gentleman that helped me with my order took it off completely while talking to me. All kinds of people with medical issues walking in there, this is not acceptable. It was my first and last visit. Ever.

Ran by some great people, But you guys have to get security outside or something. I have been approached several times by people expecting me to go inside and buy them Marijuana, as Im sure you could understand, this makes me very uncomfortable.

Every Sunday (as of Feb 2020) they even repeat their deals from the week!I love going on Saturday for the BOGO 50% off concentrates and carts. I get a mix of their concentrates and sale bud or shake. I frequent this dispensary and am usually satisfied. I highly recommend!

The customer service representative who answers the phone is so rude. Called twice to confirm they were allowing customers into the store rather than curbside and both times the representative whom is a male hung up. I would have been a new customer, but extremely turned off, so I will be going elsewhere.

Ive been to more than a dozen shops in MD, primarily in the Baltimore County area. This shop is my favorite and even with 3 dispensaries on the way there from my house I still choose to drive the extra few minutes to get there... Well worth it...This shop has a large waiting area (but you typically dont have to wait), a large showroom, and a completely separate CBD/Wellness shop open to the public without their medical cards. They have free yoga on Tuesday evenings at 6pm. Best prices Ive come across especially on concentrates and vape cartridges.
