I took my lawn mower and weed wacker to be repaired. I picked them up and the repairman started them up, the motors started right up, however, when I brother them home, the motors started up, but it wasn’t generating enough power to cut the grass. Every time I attempted to cut the grass they would stop working. I took the lawn mower to them twice, still dose t work. No Thanks.

Always fixed my John Deere Z225 quickly & did a great job. Kind & friendly customer service each time. Looking forward to taking my new mower to this shop! Its the ONLY shop that fixes in a timely manner.

They will not give you a quote or range for the repair cost. You are forced to drop it off to them and hope they charge you something reasonable. They also do work you did not order and charge for it. I went in to have the string on my lawn mower replaced. They replaced the string, carburetor, and changed the oil. This cost me $89 on top of the $20 deposit.on top of the insane pricing they do business at a slow pace. it took them 3 week to do the repairs because they have such a back load of other lawn mowers to work on.I recommend you do the repairs yourself and only order parts from this store. They are also cash only.

Took my mower here. They said two weeks to repair. It took a month. And they didnt tag my mower so that it could be found after i insisted on getting it back. They tried to give me another mower not as new as mine. No organization in this shop. I dont recommend this place at all.

I took my My $400 Lawn motor to this place the beginning of 2018 summer they did not have it fix until the end of 2018 summer therefore I had no need to turn it on because they did in front of me and it started up. Well this week I went to do a job it dont stay for 15 minutes maybe and would not start up again. I just left there and I was told that because the 30 day warranty was up I needed to pay for them to look at it again and repaired it again. I had no reason to use it ehen they given it back to me because there was no grass outside that needed to be cut by the time I got it back. The lady with all the make up on her face is the one that started the machine up and as she did I told her I had no need for it at the moment because the summer was over. Here we go with another white company taken advantage of people in a black neighborhood. I did not ask for money back all I want is what I pay $400 law more

If I could give this horrible company 0 stars or NEGATIVE stars, I would. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. My parents dropped off their 2-year old lawn mower over one month ago and after numerous phone calls with no response or a return call, my dad finally visited in person to demand our mower back. Their shop was also closed on random days making it even more difficult to get a hold of someone. They were reluctant to return our mower and caused us tremendous stress. They are NOT professional, UNRELIABLE, lack proper business etiquette, and are a waste of time to deal with! Our attempt to support a local business was a complete failure and disappointment. We opted to get our mower fixed by Home Depot which we KNOW well be in good hands. HD quoted us a $400 repair fee which is almost the same price as the mower itself ($450) AND there are somehow internal parts missing ... This untrustworthy business is a complete SCAM.
