The customer service from Alicia is AMAZING. I had trouble receiving multiple packages (my fault) and she reached out to me multiple times to help. She never lost patience and helped me receive the packages. She offered refunds multiple times for the inconvenience however I wanted the pieces because they are so pretty and can’t find anywhere else. Also, these type of pieces would be priced wayyy more anywhere else. I’m going to continue to shop. The pieces fit wonderfully. Thank you Alicia you’re a breath of fresh air in the customer service world. You’re top tier! :)

I’m giving this place a two star because they have nice products as mentioned in their site but they are always closing the shop early. This is not the first time I have arrive around 6-7 pm and they were closed. One day I came early in the day and there was not sign in the door to say they were closed. I’m not from the area so I travel far to get there. The hours in the door, website and Instagram says 12-8. It’s like they close when they want to. It’s frustrating. It’s a black owned business and I would live to support but I always have to take my business to the other adult stores in the area. I hope they fix this problem or at least adjust the store hours on all platforms so that we know what time they actually close.

Bait and switch. I asked their Instagram operator if they had any pieces that could be overnighted but if not I have backup pieces . They sent me their website and asked if I liked anything . I check out paid for regular shipping . I asked the operator how to pay the difference. They told me it was $25 and to call the phone number and They would help me. I called the phone number and was told they don’t do overnight. I said ok. I’m on the big screen not in the club but will be recording a huge scene in a club and needed dance wear for the scene . Now I will be with unnecessary dance wear. If you’re a dancer or entertainer and need a last minute piece go in only or have time to wait for shipping. Will update my star rating upon arrival of merchandise.
