Was changing planes at BWI and saw this shop. Was traveling with my Tumi carry-on, which Ive had for years and which had lost two of its zipper pulls. Having some time, I stopped in, and the two employees could not have been more helpful or more pleasant. The pulls were installed in less than a minute, and when I asked what the charge would be, I was told none!This is a company that stands behind its products, and the BWI staff is first-class! Thank you!!

Why is this on my list. There are many more stores at BWI. I was at BWI for a flight. Why not make me right something for every store?
