Decent customer service initially. When equipment was dropped off they were two hours early usually not a bad thing but for our specific logistics didn’t work out well. We rented on a Friday for weekend use but the equipment brought was too big and I was told to rent elsewhere because they were closed and they’d deal with it on Monday. Well it’s Monday and I still haven’t heard from anyone not even for pick up. I called 5 hours after they opened and just said they’d text me with an eta. Horrible customer service after our initial phone call. And we Beat not even be charged because we could not use the equipment at all and went elsewhere as they suggested. No one called over the weekend or even followed up.
They were able to find us the boom lift we needed and delivered it the very next day. Excellent service!!

Equipment was not at Joppa store had to drive to Rosedale. Then equipment did not function properly ( cord was broke)
I just rented the core drill when I started using it half the bolts loose I had to stop and tighten all the bolts though other than that no problem everything
