Staff is always pleasant. They treat me like family. They always do the right thing, and take care of you. I never had a issue there. I’ve been a loyal customer for 10 years. I highly recommend. They’re also military friendly and veteran, first responders supportive. Def money well spent thank you all!!!!

Do not store anything here. Why? First, they make up their own pricing rules. They double the price every 6 months. You have to move your things to a new unit to get the price back. Once I was told I had to leave good reviews to get my price back. Yesterday I was told theyd refund my money for the month on a pro-rated basis. Today Brittany told me that they dont give refunds.Second, the place is filthy, rodent infested, and smells like dead animals. No joke - especially the smell. The place is a mess. They say they have lots of trolleys to help move your stuff. Ive only ever seen two broken down ones - NEVER a new one. Where are these mystery trolleys?The only reason I kept my things there for more than a year is because I have a table in my unit which wouldnt fit in my car. I went over today with a friend and his van. Im am GONE!

My experience at Security Public Storage was great. Mr. Brandon Evans was very professional with a great sense of humor. Everything was explained to me and I actually was taken to see some units before I made my decision on the size unit I wanted. The prices are very reasonable and with 24 hour security. A great place. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Jason Giordano the On-site Manager & he was very friendly and helpful. He helped me with renting a UHAUL in a short time, directing me in each step. The drop off was easy and Jason checked me out in 1 min. That was STUNNING! An incredible performance.

I have been storing here for two years and my possessions are very secure. If I go to the office with a problem. I am helped immediately and a conflict free resolution is always worked out. I give 5 stars

The manager were very helpful in helping me find what size units is best for storing all my items they wanted to make sure I wasnt getting something to big or to small for what I needed and even showed me the unit so i could see the size of it and to make sure it was the correct size I would need, I even like that I can drive into the facility to my unit and how they have hand carts available for you to use... highly recommend great facility and wonderful managers

Stephanie is great and has helped me since I got my unit over 6 months ago. The facility is secure and has really good camera and alarms on all units.

There isnt a better option for storage. The staff is all friendly and helpful. The facility itself is well maintained and safe. I love the automatic lights that come on and off by motion detection. I also like how you can drive your car/truck into the facility and load/unload inside the safety and comfort of the building. Even with all of these extras, the prices are still great. If you need storage, definitely check them out

I have used this storage company before. And since I am selling my house I really needed to get things moved out and de-cluttered. I was able to find a 10 x 10 at a good price. This place is very convenient and the access to the place works great. The people are friendly and I highly recommend this next time you need a unit.

This storage facility is top notch. I *LOVE* being able to drive in to load/unload, so my stuff and I dont get rained on. The staff are great as well. My only issue so far is that its really hard to find a push cart...because other people dont return them to where they got them from. Its not the staffs fault -- I just wish theyd either round them up more often or buy some more carts. With that, theyd get an easy 5 stars!!

I rented 2 units for one month, paid in full, had movers remove all of my things within a month and thought, great done. I even called and spoke to Adam and he assured me, he closed my account, and all was fine. Well, I received a voicemail on a Sunday from Trey, to call her it is urgent. I call on Monday morning, she begins to tell me I owe, her money because debris were left in a unit. I tried to explain, I am far away now, movers told me they emptied them and further more, Adam said last week he closed everything. She was the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to, she said you got to come clean em out, I will put a lock on it, and continue to charge you!. I asked for the manager, she stated: I am the manager today!. This person, obviously is on a power trip. The way she called, the way she spoke to me, she really was not anything even close to how a manager would treat their customers. I finally did after asking several times, get an answer that Adam will be in on Tuesday, but Trey added; I will make sure he tells you the same thing I just told you!!. I hope SPS, does not continue to allow such a person to represent them. I would never rent or refer anyone with this type of treatment to paying customers....Addendum; I was contacted by the district manager and Adam the store manager, they were very apologetic, said Trey would be reprimanded and my account is satisfied..

Ms Wilson have been doing a good job the facility always clean when I arrive I walk in today and was offer to save $15 right away. Thank you SPS for helping me with my storage needs

I can tell that customer service is their number one priority, where as other storage companies are all about snatching your money. The manager, Joe, was able to provide me with enough information for me to confidently secure my items in their facility. I would recommend you guys to stop giving your money to your local storage facilities, and I hope you guys really begin to understand that you should walk away knowing that you not only received high quality service, but you were able to connect with an outstanding representative who made it their mission to satisfy your needs.

I have been a customer at the east Baltimore location for about a year. I store my overstock for my business here and it has been great. The facility managers Sean & Joe are always helpful and I could not find a better price per square foot anywhere. The facility is secure and heated. 5 Stars!!!

I like the fact that the manager I dealt with actually cared and wanted my business. On top of that, they had the best price and the facility is safe. I would encourage anyone to check this place out. I dont write many reviews, but I felt this place stood out.

I have stored my things in many places, New Orleans, San Francisco, Santa Monica and Chicago, in various types of facilities. Security Public Storage is the best I have ever used. The place is clean, easy to use and parking is always available. The office staff are incredibly friendly, efficient and helpful. There is even free coffee whenever the office is open. When you rent a unit, you get to use their large clean functioning truck for one day. I am confident my stuff is safe and secure there...check them out.

This security public storage is a joke. My friend food truck was stolen from the location where the security does not protect ones belongs. The security Gates were crashed-in since June 2019 and no contacted the customer that his food truck was stolen but the company continued to take his deposit every month. Finally, today my friend went to pay the Bill and noticed the food truck could not be located, so please be careful because you may be paying for nothing in the long run. This place of business is a true RIP Off to the community and should be closed immediately...........

Security Public Storage is a step above other storage facilities that I have used. The staff is very friendly unlike other storage facilities that I have experience where the staff is rude and unprofessional. They even make you buy a lock from them costing $20 when in essence they all serve the same purpose. Security Public Storage costs much less than other facilities. I currently rent a 10x10 for 176.00 month. Wish I had checked here first, so folks beware when looking for storage facilities. Check Security Public Storage over all others.

I have been here since 2014, good experience had to change spaces was done fast, no problem. When gate was broken was notified and was able to get in area with no problem.

Temperature controlled, easily accessible and clean storage facility. The staff go above and beyond to assist with all of your moving, transportation and storage needs.

Managers explained all charges up front and were able to give a discount for a pole in the unit. Good communication. My only gripe is that they said that they would clean out the unit before I moved in, but it was pretty dusty.

Adam is super friendly and help. You have easy access to the facility. Everything is secure and clean. The prices are great compaired to the several competitors in the area. You given a complete breakdown and there are no hidden fees and taxes. They also had uhauls that I was able to rent. I like that the units are inside and you can pull into the building out of the elements (I moved in Jan =snow, rain,wind storms) I would Def recommend if storage is needed.

This storage facility has pretty good rates and lots of size options, when compared to others in the nearby area. The units are newly refurbished and the facility is very clean. When I showed up 10 minutes before the office closed on a weekday afternoon, the employee in the office was friendly and attentive throughout the tour. I only have two minor negative points: 1) During high traffic times, it can be a bit of a hassle to enter from the east-bound side of the road (Pulaski), so better to either come at it headed west on Pulaski, or north on Conkling; or, wait until low traffic times. 2) When I showed up at 9am, opening time, on a Friday, to buy a lock from in the office, the office manager didnt show up to open until 9:30am, so I was stuck hanging out with an employee in the parking lot for 30 minutes. He was friendly and apologetic, though (even though he was actually there on time).
