Great rehearsal space, convenient load in for band members, great acoustics, complete backline, recording studio, vending machines, new bathroom facility, very reasonable pricing and top shelf service. Easy on line booking.

Its in a terrible area, if you want to take a chance on being mugged then go for it. The only good thing is its behind a locked gate.

Great rehearsal spot, off street parking, very convenient to me.

It has nice and big secure and climate controlled rooms. Also has a security gate at the entrance. Only downside is that its a bit expensive. But with the severe lack of practice spots in Baltimore, its pretty worth it.

Scott is an excellent guy, very passionate about providing musicians and artists with affordable studio space and a common area for musicians to meet.
