Great little gem of a cross stitch shop. Dreama is very knowledgeable and carries an amazing amount of stock in a small storefront. Plan on going when you have some time to spend wandering around the shop. Parking is behind the building and when you approach the door, dont be put off by the door being locked. Dreama will come greet you when you knock and her pup, Summer is a sweetheart.Definitely worth the trip if you live in Central Maryland or if you are wanting to make a little road trip. Customer service is hands on, friendly and makes the trip well worth the effort.Ive also heard Needlecraft Corner has a fantastic shipping reputation!

This is a great store that has served Parkville for MANY years. They have so many things that are hard to find otherwise. And yes, the door is locked but it is for the safety of the employees and customers. Best to be careful always. Love this little shop.

This store is okay, many patterns including older ones that folks might be searching for. It is creepy that the door is unlocked to let you in and quickly locked behind you. The ladies act like they dont care if youre there or not, but I assume they would be helpful if asked.

Drema is the best. I’ve ordered from Needlecraft Corner for 20 years and never, ever had anything but friendly, A-1 top-notch service.

This is NOT a yarn store, like Google Maps said it was; they have no yarn at all; this is a cross stitch store (like the name actually implies). There was a large selection of cross stitch patterns, and Im sure there was thread/floss there as well, but if so, not displayed in an eye-catching manner that would make a new customer ooh and ahh over the myriad of colors. Indeed, like the other review said, the door was manually unlocked to let me in, then locked behind me; the lady something about her little dog (who stayed in the store and was well behaved) not liking the street. Not sure. I only gave three stars because the two ladies working werent all that friendly or welcoming and Google mislead me, calling it a yarn store. It would be a good place only for hobbiests of--you guessed it--needlecraft. Name of the store is spot on.
