York Rd Van Dyke and Bacon is the best place to go, if you have hard to fit feet and collapsing arches like me. Good selection and experienced friendly staff. Tried 2 other stores. I should have come here first

The men and women at Van Dyke and Bacon. I recommend you go there for a professional service in case your feet is aching, lol your shoes are worn down, needing arch support, quality shoes for each lifestyle a work shoe, a walking shoe, a dress shoes, A made in America tennis shoe New balance they will tell you about comfortable shoe, & maybe about your feet too. I got my slip resistant work shoes today my feet has never felt better

I’ve taken my mother to the store on York Road and Northern Pkwy and the experience was awesome. I really appreciate the attention the saleswoman given my mother. She made us feel so comfortable buying shoes that’s diabetic approved. Thank you so much.

I want to thank Pat at the Towson location. She took the time to clearly explain plantar fasciitis issues and some of the ways to correct it. they have a huge assortment of shoes and orthotics to help alleviate the pain and issues associated plantar fasciitis. i have purchased some types of orthotics at other stores, but these guys clearly have a better selection! Thanks to Pat and the rest of the Van Dyke and Bacon staff!!!!

Not only was I criticized for buying a youth shoe for myself. I was questioned, lectured, and throughly interrogated. I was even told my a woman, Well, were not Nordstrom dear. My thoughts were wow, I have purchased shoes from the company for years and on Monday my service was atrocious and heartbreaking.

Overpriced. Today I took my TODDLER to get a pair of shoes. She was measured at size 7 (toddler). There was a pair of 990 new balance on the sale rack for 50% off that I purchased. The cashier rung up the shoe and the final price was $56. These shoes, in this size are no more than $60 everywhere else. Thats not a sale, thats regular price, I stated. Well theyre 990s. The regular price is $99.99. Where? In what size?

Quality shoes at a very fair price!

The store was not crowded and I had to find someone to assist me. I knew what I was coming for because I brought shoes for last school year. The shoes are very expensive and they only give 5 dollars off as a discount.I think the consumer should be able to bring shoes back to be restored as well.

Had a tremendous experience w/marty bacon. my wife is experiencing significant medical issues, mobility being one of them. marty could not have been more patient and sensitive to our needs. his competence and caring are a rare and unique combination, worth every penny !! he kept pulling out options, and then adjusting the final choice til it was perfect. any kind of special foot need/concern-- go see marty bacon !!! [ wish i had his patience !! ]

I love the service. My parents have been loyal patrons since my sister and I were able to walk. Now I am a loyal patron for my kids and myself.

Although the quality is great and the salespeople are helpful, make sure you are 100% sure about your purchase before you leave. When making a return you may be thoroughly questioned and lectured.
