I have been using Bangor Motorsports for almost half a decade for all of my major motorcycle repairs and inspections. I have never had any issues with any of the work performed, even after my bike had to be rebuilt after an accident. The service/parts counter staff are always polite and offer amazing customer service. Looking forward to many more years of doing business with them!

The whole team here at Bangor motorsports is absolutely amazing. They did a lot of hard work getting my new machine in and ready for the trails. In my opinion there is NO better place to buy and have your machines serviced!

If I could give this shop a 0 star review I would! Rick (the service manager) and his service team are the most unprofessional team of people I have ever had to deal with!! My ATV has been in their care since March of this year and is still there! The ATV was in a serious accident and was presumed to be totalled by our insurance company. They (Bangor Motor Sports) tried to return the ATV multiple times with broken parts and unfinished work. At this point they are still working on it and have knickle and dimed us and our insurance company to the point of no return! we could have just bought a brand new one by now! I would never recommend their shop to anyone! Beware of their awful service, lies and theif like antics!!

Went in to buy helmets a few months ago and the staff went the extra mile to help my daughter get just the right one. Went in looking at machines today and they were great once again! Wound up buying a 4 seat side by side. No pressure, and they went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted! They even let me borrow a trailer when it wouldnt fit on mine! You guys are the best!

I rewrote my review because it was warranted. These guys recovered well from some unfortunate incidents. Jason Good is a great guy and asset to this company!! They corrected things and did what was right in my case for my purchase. I will be buying here again and will recommend anyone looking for an ATV, motorcycle or Seadoo to buy here!! You will be treated right!! Great shopping experience after all!!

They do not work on motorcycles that are 10 years or over the year that you bring it in.If your motorcycles in the 80s they will not work on it its over 10 years old

Have the right parts at the right price!

The usual: flashy, budget-busting, race car snowmobiles front and center; aloof, snide clerks at the parts counter, and overpriced lubricants. $85 for 2 qts oil, oil filter, and transmission fluids.

I was up in the area a couple of weeks ago with two new to me sleds. One had some issues, so I brought them in to Bangor Motor Sports to have them gone through. Despite the fact that I did not purchase the sleds here, every employee from the Service advisor to the guys who unload and load the sleds treated me as if I was the most important customer there. Truly great service. I will be upgrading the sleds very soon and I now know where I will be purchasing them. Thank you!

Whole staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Bought helmet, had them purchase and install dual sport tires on my bike and picked up gloves there too! Ill definitely be back and recommend.

There is a lady at the parts counter here that is more knowledgeable then any parts salesperson I have ever met. I dont know her name but she is great! The salespeople seem helpful although I have not bought a machine here before I may in the near future. I will update on how they treat me on a price and a trade in.

Called in about a side by side atv. said they had one in stock in the color i wanted, got there 1/2hr later and it was sold. ok so i wasted a trip. then they want me to put 500 down to hold one they have coming in. ok so what colors are coming in i ask they dont know, ok so when r they coming in, they dont know I ask if i can get my deposit back if they dont get one in in the color i want. nope nonrefundable. I will not go back

Amazing customer service, not even from Bangor and the parts department told me more about my motorcycle than I believe I know myself! They were very helpful in letting me know what kind of parts are available as well as the best place to get good quality parts in my area, also informed me that they could ship to me if needed! Will definitely go back again when I am in the area again!

Great customer service. Went in knowing exactly what I wanted (Kawasaki Teryx4) but acted like I was skeptical on what I wanted. Sales guy was great, and after telling him what I was looking for, he recommended the Teryx4, which was much cheaper than the other options, but exactly what I wanted for a UTV. Great experience, very knowledgeable, and highly recommend if youre on the search for ATV/UTV, Motorcycles, Snowmobiles and more. Thanks again BMS, youve won over a new customer.

Went on their website looking for gremlins bells. They have listings for assorted bells. Purchased 2 assortment. Days later, I get an email saying that even though it says assortment. Its only one. False advertising.

I had to stop in Bangor during a roadtrip because the speedometer and odometer on my motorcycle stopped working. The good folks at Bangor Motorsports helped a gal out - took the bike in and within 15 mins, it was fixed and I was on my way!! Awesome folks and top notch service!

Never again.Bought a 2017 M8000 last year, and since then have continually found dealer assembled parts that were left loose, tie rod ends, A-arm ends, handle bar riser was left loose causing a roll over. Would not trust them to change the oil in a old lawn mower.

Purchased a 2016 Honda Pioneer 1000 last summer. Buying experience was great sale price was aggressive. First service was absolutely deplorable and will not go back. I asked on the phone if they kept machines outside or inside. The response I got was they leave them inside. No other explanation and I felt that was a great service to offer. I called on Thursday talked with a nice lady and told them I’d be there in the morning or Saturday to pick up machine. I arrived Friday morning, paid a little over $241 for first “Service” and to have them look at a possible clutch defect. I walked around back to find 2 service guys scrambling around our machine looking thru the glove compartment cargo box etc. Apparently the machine had sat outside for about 10 days and was partially covered in bird droppings. I realize it’s an off road machine but we keep stuff inside out of the elements. They are expensive machines. I brought this to their attention and I was told I had to request that on the service order. I’m sorry, that was not what was said Initially. To add to this, the reason they were scrambling around the machine was due to the fact they had lost the keys and asked me if I carried a spare. I talked with the owner “Curt” and he stated that these things can happen and he apologized. They pushed the machine into their service bay and pirated a new switch assembly from a new machine. I appreciated the hustle as I was pressed for time but I feel the price, miscommunication, and incompetence will not bring me back to this dealership and this was the second machine I’ve bought and the 5th purchase I’ve recommended. Again the initial purchase was good, they have aggressive pricing and a good selection but no accountability.

Bangor motor sports biggest issue is they do not call back when work is done. Every single time I’ve had repairs done there I’ve had to call them. Each time I get the same excuse “oh we tried to call you” or “yeah it’s been done for a few days” But you didn’t leave a voicemail? And my cell doesn’t show any missed calls? That’s either laziness or dishonesty. It’s to bad, they seem to do quality work. If only they’d call you when the work was done. The riding season is too short for my toys to be just sitting in your shop for days, or maybe weeks after they’re fixed.
