Horrible experience. Ive been in there a few times. First time I asked for specific comics from 2018, Venom #2 and The Amazing Spiderman #2 both from 2018. First time the owner said he will order them. Took my info and never heard another word. Second time he said they had them in the back, but it was too unorganized and he couldnt find them. Third time I went in he said no we dont have those, and that Im better off buying comics on eBay. I will now do my business at Galactic Comics in Bangor, ME. This shop clearly doesnt care for its customers.

If you like comics or rare .coins this is a nice place to try and have a visit they habe a really large selection of all different kinds of comics and coins and there prices are not bad and there service is good and friendly and they even have relly rare comics as well i found out so its a.good.place stop.in and take a look !!!

I had an unpleasant experience here. The guy who I believe was the owner was very rude when I asked to see some coins. He took them out and literally threw them on the glass top then rushed me because he had things to do in the back as if I was just wasting his time. I bought the coins anyway but want buy anything else from him again.

If you are a serious comic book collector, or just following a current series, this is a great place to visit. If they do not have what you looking for, Paul and Floyd can point you in the right direction. They also have a large variety of cards and coin as well!

Ive impressed with the number of used/collector comics (and currency, too) available here! They have tons of new stuff, but have tons of used ones at all price ranges, if youre so inclined. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, so dont be shy to ask them questions. Parking can be found around the block, and there are plenty of 1-hour parking spots. Note that they dont sell trading or game cards here, just comics and coins.

Great experience wonderful small town local business. Great selection of both collectible coins as well as comics, gives great prices on sales as well as great prices for what is for sale. Highly suggested.

This shop is awesome!! Hard to find stuff as well as new!! If they dont hate what youre looking for they can usually have it within a week or so!

You walked in the door and its like walking back in time. If its not out on the floor he can find it in his back stock. Very nice and very clean store I will be back definitely.

I was throughly impressed with this little hidden gem. The employees went above and beyond helping me find what I was looking for and even going so far as to offer to special order what they didnt have, which wasnt much as the selection was vast and diverse. Prices were lower than expected, especially in regards to comic book storage, and they had bargains all over the store for single comics and large box bundles. I will definitely be stopping by again when Im in town again and will happily spend more than necessary while there.

Jeff (the owner) and Chris are very knowledgeable and always helpful. They have a huge selection of both current and vintage coins and comic books. Their prices and deals are very fair. I have both bought and sold comic books from them on many occasions...some rather large deals and have always been satisfied. I highly recommend anyone interested in coins or comics to swing by their new location in downtown Bangor...they have much better parking options at the new location

Huge selection of comics,books,novels, action figures, you name it! I always go here to buy/order my books or comics. Only like 2 people work there so after awhile you start to get to know them which is a great thing! I definitely recommend this place

I have never been in here so this was me visiting it as a first time customer. I needed help and the person that was there went above and beyond to help me find some comics, even showed me a section where you can buy them in bulk at a cheaper price. Now I have never bought comics but the prices where significantly cheaper than I thought they would be.

I like weird, autobiographical comics. This store has mostly superhero stuff, as many shops do. No real literary comic selection. They do bundle packages of comics (like the first 30 issues of Groo for $25 or so) which I thought was a good way to sell comics. I grabbed a volume 2 of Sex Criminals and the clerk said, Did you notice we have volume 3? I bought both. Thanks for pointing that out.

I love this place. My uncle took me there for the first time in middle school to search for comics after he lent me some and I have been hooked ever since! Great staff, great atmosphere, and also, great pack deals. I have been eyeing certain packs every time I go in because I want them. THey are a great deal, but but not college student deals lol. I definitely recommend them. They have a list on their website of the issues they have, and the issues they are searching for if you have them. I love talking to these guys, and if you come in often enough, they remember what you like.

Wish I lived closer, just so I could be a regular here. Great store run by great people.
