Ordered an item on 10/21 and paid overnight shipping for 10/25 delivery. Just checked for an update and they cancelled the order with no notice at all.Thanks for nothing

Excellent costumes fo rd all ages n great gifts

They sold me a fogging skull that did not work missing oeices and when i went to return it they wouldnt give me a return told me to deal with spirit of Halloween directly and they wont answer phone NEVER AGAIN!!!

After purchasing a one size fits most and not being able to try it on. I went to see if I could exchange it for THE same costume just one size larger. They told me no, I left the costume on the counter and went to look for a larger one because they told me too AND THEY LOST THE COSTUME. They ended up finding it, however this is piss poor service. The fact that I couldn’t swap the outfit out is ridiculous. Go to party city, don’t waste your time.

Pretty standard spirit

I always love going to spirit Halloween. The ladies who have served me the last couple years have been amazing. I wish the displays would work a little longer but I guess that is expected with how many people set them off all day long. Id probably unplug them. The prices are high but that is expected. The only minor complaint I have is with soo much space why cant we fit between aisles. Aisles are such tight squeezes esp in the toddler area this year but everywhere you couldnt see everything becuase its all so crammed.

Awesome Halloween store. Everything imaginable. And many animated displays. Always a fun time.

Expensive but huge supply of halloween gear! Found reapers guns for 5 bucks so it was definitely worth a trip! Employees were not very knowledgeable or experienced with their products and most our questions were not known(we asked if they carried 5 nights at freddies and they did not know and a few other ??s) so it took a while for us to navigate.

Super great place to find things for a cosplay or costume. also real good place to find decorations or costumes.

Honestly, the disorganization of the stock is really off putting when youre chasing a toddler and just want to find the correct size. It is far from the best that Ive seen it and they need to have more than one cashier, as well as someone to restock sizes wherever possible. That being said, the prices and quality are always fair and my oldest enjoys the spooky decor 🙃

Fun place just wish I had more money

This store has been under new management for the last few years and is run more efficiently than in previous years. The bathrooms are always clean and stocked. Also employees are super friendly and make it a point to approach you and see if you need help rather than waiting for you to find one of them!

I love Halloween. But even the basic costumes are sexy. I couldnt find a Frankenstines Monster or a Mad Scientist. So disappointed...

It was really hectic and crazy here. The racks were kind of unorganized, but I understand that there were loads of people who were picking stuff up and putting it back in the wrong place. The prices were pretty high, and there wasnt a very wide variety of infant sized costumes, especially gender neutral or for boys. Tons for adults. You can definitely tell theyre a pop up shop, but if you really need something last minute, then this is the place to go. They also were doing a charity donation when I visited which is pretty cool.

This is a pretty cool store, the costumes can be pricey but overall it’s a great place to get costumes. It also has scary animatronics that used to scary me when I was younger but they are great Quality. I suggested shopping here for your Halloween costume or a costume party.

Favorite place for EVERYTHING halloween. The kids have a blast checking out all the awesome decorations, and they have costumes for infants all the way up to adults 100 years old!

Hours say 11, they close at 10. Came in at 9:55 and the employees told us at least 3 times that they were closing in a few minutes and even refused to let people in even though it wasnt 10 yet. So much for customer service.
