Love sweet frog! I wish there was one less than 3 hours from me so that I could go more often...On second thought, maybe thats a good thing in a way 😊

What a great and the fun of creating your frozen custard & lots of toppings.

I DO NOT recommend the vanilla ice cream. It is so watered down. The rainbow sprinkles taste very chalky. The “snickers” taste like an off brand. Very polite employees but do not go there for ice cream.

While the yoghurt is fine, the store doesnt close til 10pm. At 8:15 all the chairs and tables were up, and while we sat on a couch eating, an employee swept right next to us and asked us to lift our legs to sweep underneath. Then proceeded to wet mop the entire area making the floor slippery with no concern for slipping. i had to stop her so i wouldnt be placed at risk for falling. She wouldnt know that i recently fell and broke my shoulder. basic decency & retail decorum would be to do these after the establishment closed.How rude it was to risk getting dust & dirt in my expensive desert because we wanted to sit & eat during our celebration.

This is a great place if you love toppings. While the fozen yogurt is nothing special, the buffet style toppings bar makes up for it. A little bit of everything to satisfy the sweet tooth. The employees are always friendly and it is very clean. This place is definitely worth a visit.

Dont always have the same selection. I love the cookie dough with the reeses pieces, but not available most times I have been. Kids love it, but I also think 60 dollars for 2 medium cups and 2 small cups is a bit on the pricey side. I prefer to go cheaper. Especially when the kids throw half of it out.

The froyo here is usually pretty good, but this time I went the cheese cake flavor tasted like it was out of syrup so it was pretty bland. And also I came in with my reusable cups and they charged me for them even though they were cups that I paid for and brought back. My husband never questions anything he just pays, so when I saw it on the receipt after we left I was quite annoyed.

The new lime flavor is amazing. Also raspberry pomegranate, cotton candy, pineapple, a little vanilla for mixing in-between and some pumpkin ice cream for on top. Good stuff, and lots of excellent toppings like blueberries, strawberries, kiwi, chocolate chips, reese pieces and that waffle stuff which is good crispy. Its a really nice place. Suggestions: I hope they always have the above flavors although I understand if pumpkin is seasonal. They should really add an Açaí flavor, I think thats pretty important. Keep the waffle pieces big and extra crispy. Now super nit picks, Id adjust the hand sanitizer dispenser to dispense about half the current amount and Id change all door handles to brass. Fully recommended!!!

Ordered 5 yogurts for curbside pickup almost two hours in advance- used their online ordering listed on their website.Arrived to pick up my order to be told they dont use online ordering anymore.... This is the most idiotic thing Ive heard/experienced in awhile.

I just want to thank Bangor Sweet Frog manager for making my daycare kids happy today by having the symbolic car deliver their ice cream!! They had no idea you guys were coming and the looks on their faces when they saw the Sweet Frog car pull in the driveway made their day and mine!! Its been 9 long weeks of being with each other, having school age kids with us all day, meaning Im not only a preschool teacher but now a homeschool teacher to 5 kids as well. So thank you for helping bring light into a dark time 🍦🍭🐸

Good variety of flavors and toppings. Employees are generally very nice. Girlfriend left her wallet and they found it and gave it back to us promptly. Definitely worth visiting.

Great froyo establishment with a wide variety of flavors and toppings. It can definitely be a bit pricey, especially if you like to add a lot of toppings, but the quality is second to none. We tend to come here once every couple of months or so. I was always a huge TCBY fan and was quite disappointed when they closed years ago, so its great to have another option for frozen yogurt in Bangor.

Strawberry yogurt is amazing!!

Pretty neat sundae place where you can choose from a variety of frozen yogurt flavors or a couple ice cream flavors and add as many toppings as you wish from their wide selection! You have direct control over how much of everything you would like and it all goes by weight when it comes time to pay for your creation. Mixing and matching flavors and toppings is pretty fun. We had a good time :)

I love the variety of flavors and toppings. They even have at least one sugar free variety, and they mark the topping sounds so you know which ones are gluten free. They have something for everyone.

Can you believe this is the first time that Ive been here and its been in Bangor I think a long time. I had their strawberry cheesecake twist and a little bit of the peanut butter cup, not a lot of toppings, just enjoy the ice cream .. oh excuse me frozen yogurt couldnt even tell, but wow so much to choose from.. its a Sunday making dream

I love this place. The flavor choices are great, an the topping selection is wide! We go on no weigh so the price isnt bad those days. Can be kinda pricey otherwise.

Clean place. Great options for toppings. Nice seating area. Beginning of the week is best or else they run out of stuff. You must tell them of specials going on or they wont give it to you.

Delicious sorbet and frozen yogurt. My daughter had pineapple and pomegranate sorbet with fresh kiwi and strawberries. I had coconut and strawberry frozen yogurt with fresh strawberries and a little marshmallow sauce. We really enjoyed it and will definitely go again. Nice staff and very clean.

When the frozen yogurt isnt freezer burnt, or tastes like it melted and has been refrozen, its pretty good. The people who work here are nice, and its very family friendly. I love the idea of designing your own desserts. It can be pricey and loud though.

Im not from maine im from MAIm visiting a friend here and aAll I gotta say is Awful service. Orderd 3 frozen yogurts online and ended up only getting 2 of them and the yogurt wasnt even the flavors I ordered and the toppings were wrong. I called the store and they didnt seemed to care.. Used the were short staffed excuse.. Not one thing was accurate snd im allergic too the flavor they gave me. 😒

Fun experience for my 5 yr olds first time to sweet frog 🐸Lots of toppings to choose from, you can sample Ice cream/yogurt which is nice.Plenty of seating areas, chalkboard to draw on, and they have souvenirs you can buy such as, t-shirts, stuffed frogs, pencils, keychains, and more!My girls & I each got a t-shirt to remember our trip!!Only downfall they charge by weight!

Great ice cream, we go here quite often. I suggest cotton candy flavor with no candy just strawberry poppers all over the ice cream. Yum.

Always a sweet experience there. Plus its so much more affordable then tutti fruity. Cost an arm to pay for frozen yogurt, but at sweet frog its always less then 8 for one person.

Just went in today with my daughter as we are trying to pick out our toppings a woman who works here literally pushed us out our way to wipe down the counter verses go around us or wait till we were done with our toppings. Not very impressed with her response as she states Im supposed to push threw to wipe down. I really didnt care for her attitude once so ever and will not be returning to sweet frog again!

I love me some Sweet Frog!! Clean as can be expected with a bunch of kids helping themselves with toppings and moms doing their best with snap chat or face tube or whatever it is.

Always a fun treat to go to Sweet Frog. The people are so nice, the frozen yogurt is delicious. So many toppings to choose from. Always has this relaxed vibe to it.

Cool place to bring the kids. Usually busy but staff is fast and friendly. Always very clean and well kept. Must stop if your in the area with kids looking for a treat thats different from the norm.

Lots of selection of flavors saved its great for someone whos lactose intolerant. Theyre a bit pricey though. They charge by weight so if you get much more than sprinkles, you can pay quite a bit for a family of 4.

Nice place, good price, friendly staff but the yogurt was terrible. Worst froyo I have ever had. I threw over half of my yogurt in the garbage.
