Ordered parts 3 months ago, then called and was advised parts are in. We drive 45 minutes to them, to find that only partial order is in. They had no ETA on when parts would arrive. 2 weeks go by, no phone call so we called to see if parts are in, they said yes 2 more parts have arrived, the remaining parts are on back order and should be in by March. I contacted the MFG and was advised of the part numbers so we could order them correctly. I contacted the same person at the mfg and was told that the parts are in stock and not on back order! I called to tell them they are not on back order, they are in stock, the salesman then tried passing the buck again saying that it is a womens fault in Portland office that it must not have been ordered correctly and thats why we dont have the parts yet.I cant believe this place does any business at all! Customer service is horrible. Horrible attitudes as well. NEVER EVER will go back.If you make a mistake, just be honest and say so! You will get much more respect from customers if your honest with them! I am a Manager - I know! TELL THE TRUTH!
