I came here looking for brake pads for my Honda and they couldnt provide me with the right pads! I went back home to get the old pads to compare and the ones they were selling me and they still said, sorry, these are the right pads.I ended up going to the competition and they provided me the right pads the first time. The only thing AZ seems to be good for these days are your fluids.

I find it peaceful I normally stopped there when I before I get on the freeway to go home in through the Badlands into banning California

WHAT EVER YOU DO DO NOT GO TO THIS AUTOZONE!!! ...This store has absolutely no manners what so ever first me and my girlfriend were not welcomed and secondly we were uncomfortable when we were there as there was a short guy with curly hair KEPT staring at my girlfriend and then proceeds to follow us around whoever that employee was he should be straight up fired for doing that as its unprofessional and creepy so if your ever in the banning area PLEASE do not go there until the fix up there service

I stopped at Autozone on my way back home cause my car kept turning off on me. I was helped by this gentleman named Frank he was able to help me & figure out my problem. This guy was knowledgeable about cars and was professional & courteous even though I came across rude. Great customer service from Frank and my car is now running with no problems.

The banning autozone is hands down the best autozone experiance Ive ever had. They are friendly,which isnt even important to me. What I do like is that they get you the parts that you need the first time. They will return parts that dont fit and help find the ones that do. This is a working mans autozone. Realy good place.

Well my day went bad I broke down off the 10 freeway and tried calling AAA they were busy so I was like is there a autozone around called them up for a alternator for my truck. Sam helped me out big time he took time out of his day and drove down and help me jump the truck 2 so I didn’t need to walk and so I had all tools handy. Thank you Sam if your reading this you help me and my girlfriend out a lot.

Terrible service by Frank and big fat guy with cowboys mask on face. They both offered zero help and lacked basic customer service courtesies. Big fat guy in red shirt and cowboys mask was sweating and panting walking to and from register. I asked a basic question about my issue with my vehicle and they treated me like a burden. Who is managing this location and why are your employees unable to assist with basic questions and concerns?

Normally I have good experience at this store. Not today. Well blame it on covid. Seems to be the go too now a days.

Love it, for tune up parts like oil and filter change, Spark Plugs, and Air and Cabin Filters. Also, most people can do these changes. Dont spend a ton at dealerships on this.

Worst customer service we called ahead to put brakes and rotors on hold from our warranty joanna put them on hold for us to come get them we had warranty till feb 3 we get there and Kenny tells us after we drove 40 mins to come get them that she looked at it wrong and that we weren’t getting them which was fine we don’t mind paying it’s the way Kenny r treated us and so we payed for them anyway and asked him if he could help us look for a screw and he told us no and told us where to look we went and looked it was not on theShelf So we asked him if he could look in the back to see if they might have it there he told us no so we had to drive another 25 mins out of our way to another autozone to get it and I then called them and told them I need to know when there store manager was going to be in they kept me on hold for over 30 mins they need to improve there customer service it is horrible if you don’t like your job get a new one
