My parents went and got new phones, they are nice but.... i am currently installing everything on my mothers phone, which they should have done in the store.... why didnt they do it?

Recently bought an IPhone11(black)from here and the experience was G R E A T! So far I can say that ive dropped my phone MANY times on HARD surfaces such as concrete, rocks, on the kitchen floor and my phone still has not one chip and the case is not scratched(I have a glitter otterbox case). As for the pictures you’ll need to play with the settings a little bit but the graphics and quality of the pictures are AMAZING. Thank you Maria for helping me get an amazing phone and having such great customer service!

So irritated. Called the local store. BANNING, CA. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE 2005. I HAVE PURCHASED phones every year. The last 2 weeks I have been calling to ask if they have a PINK galaxy S10 E.5 days i have called. Never do they call back when they say they will.AND..... SAY THEY DONT KNOW IF WE THEY HAVE IT. ..WHAT......WHAT...... SERIOUSLY.I WANT HELP. SO SOMEONE HAS TO KNOW.

When calling for help in regards to my initial bill the gentleman could not answer my questions. He kept saying it was not his fault and kept blaming it on his coworkers instead of helping me out to solve the problem. To make matters worse he hung up on me mid-question. Definitely the most disrespectful thing a customer care team can do to their customers. I recommend T-Mobile customers call Customer Care directly since they fixed the problem (the store gave me false information) in seconds and are very friendly.
Went on a Sunday, no one greeted, three people working and the lune never moved. Very unprofessional. Will go to different store.45cminutez

Cant give - Stars....Worst ever!! How do they get away with ripping people off? Went into the office because the T-mobile update caused my IPhone to loose voice services. They couldnt fix in store and told me it would be a bout a week before I would have a phone back. Since I need my phone for work I was told I could get a $100 credit for turning in my old IPhone and upgrading to the new IPhone. Sure I was excited. Only a few extra dollars a month and I have the new 8. My sales rep Juan also informed me that I could have a screen protector and case included in my monthly payment and add a pair of Beats headphones for $2 monthly. Well I was just as happy as could be until I left the store. I reviewed my online account. Notice something wasnt right and called customer service. Come to find out Juan is a lair and a cheat. The screen protector was an additional monthly charge along with the case. The headphones were almost $9 additional monthly and Juan activated my new phone under one of my family members phone lines so I was paying for both the old and new IPhones! When I went back in to the store Juan made an excuse for everything. Got it all worked out but I wounder how many mistakes and miscommunication happen? Verizon Wireless Ill be calling you soon! :)
ALL the people or kids that run this place are a joke! They dont give out correct information, waste your time and are far from professional. Devin needs to find a new job, one where he is not hanging over the counter bored out of his mind, at least not work here. By far the worst service I have experienced from a T-Mobile. DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION UNTIL T-MOBILE FINDS PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE TO WORK HERE.

Worst mistake ever!!!! I am telling everyone so they dont make the same mistake. We had problems with the service from day one....so we switched carriers. We were willing to pay more to not deal with them anymore. When we ported the numbers and I told them we were closing the account....THEY STILL KEPT BILLING US!!!!! I have disputed the charges twice!!! They even made a note that I called to cancel in feb and they still charged us until may!!! So frusterated because we have no choice to pay them or they will destroy our credit. They have sent us to collections and Short of getting an attorney(which would be fiscally unreasonable) there is nothing we can do.
T-Mobile was not truthful to me when they told me I had unlimited data. Now they say, will give you the data, but at a lower speed. Very deceiving.
Wont give stars this place is a joke. 10 employees an not 1 knows what there doing they rip you off. You ask them about your plan And they tell you you have to pay for info. When speaking to store manager about concerns he then says if you choose to come back in. Maybe we can help you. HORRIBLE PLACE EVER
The T-Mobile customer service quality has definitely improved in the store, but ever since T-Mobile joined with Sprint, their phone and internet connections are horrible for the $50 single service. I went to Spectrum for better service, no dropped internet or calls and all for $14 per month.
