Everytime I come into this store I feel judged. The employees look miserable working here. I’ve only came to this Walgreens for the covid vaccines and both trips were bad experiences, poor customer service and long waits. I wouldn’t shop here willingly.

Online system won’t allow me to refill. I call the banning store twice, stay on hold for 20 minutes each time, then call disconnected both times. Very frustrating!!

This store is open 24 hours. I was greatly pleased with its hours of operation, as I had a minor crisis and needed warmer attire. The cashier was efficient, friendly and informative. The cost of the items i bought was at a great savings. Great selection of brands and items available.

I used to go to the Walgreens on oak valley parkway, in Beaumont ca.until I had an issue with the rudest store manager I have ever met in my life. Walgreens needs to seriously consider hiring a more knowledgeable, personable kind and caring manager then Jeannie. She most definitely needs some customer service training. To be honest with you, she reminds me of a bully in school. When I come in to the store, which it is not very often anymore. But because of her, I now shop at rite aid. Sometimes I have to go to her Walgreens, but I do my best to go to another Walgreens. Her store is my last resort. Honestly If I have to drive to another state to go to a walgreens, it would very much be worth the time trip and money. Just so I dont have to be followed around the store by Jeannie as if I am stealing.I am a fulltime registered hospice nurse. So, with my income there is no need to steal. Even if I did not make the money I make, I am not a thief. But when Im in the store and she is there. She treats me as such. Sometimes if the other Walgreens that I do shop at does not have what Im looking for, I will call Jeannies store just to ask if she is working today. If she isnt, then I will go shopping. Horrible, mean bully is in my opinion what she is.

When it comes to picking up your prescription, its horrible. You be in line for 30 minutes or more. Ive been with this Walgreens for years so this is not exaggeration. Get it together, hire new people, but stop this non sense. People have other things to do besides wait 39 minutes for medicine that is ready.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would!!! Went through the drive thru to drop off my 8yr olds prescription. They said no problem, 45min. I gave them an extra 5/10 minutes, for them to tell me when I got back that the lines are down to verify insurance. My question to them is why didnt they notify me... they responded that they were busy. Ok... annoyed but let it go... then they proceed tell me that they can switch medication but need to get a hold of the doctor... they were able to have the doctor switch it but now I have to wait another 30 to 45 minutes because her supervisor is getting ready to go to lunch.... about 5 minutes or so goes by and they say that they can have my prescription ready now, which I have to pay out of pocket and to come back tomorrow for reimbursement. I go back and she only has 1 out of my 3 prescriptions ready!!!! The other 2 wont be ready until another hour!!!! so unprofessional and disorganized.the managers name was stephenie.. she was very rude and had no customer service skills...my first time getting a prescription here and definitely my last!!!! I was so frustrated I just asked for my paperwork back and will be going to Rite-Aid when they open.

Returned clip on sunglasses on 7-20 without receipt. Mgr on duty, young black lady was very pleasent and gladly let me make exchange. She is what customer service is all about.

Only giving this pharmacy 3 stars for the help of a very kind young pharmacy tech! We had lost our insurance card, their website was down and no customer service on Sundays. She was quick to go out of her way to help me even when the older woman technician (who was actually helping me) was being rude about needing the card. It ended up being a simple fix, and if the younger technician had not been so kind and flexible I wouldnt have been able to get my babys meds for her ear infection! Thank you to her!!

Pharmacist intentionally withheld info. from me for 3 months that resulted in family trying to fill major surgery post op meds, and being denied. This is not a Dr, prescription, or insurance problem. Pharmacist was rude, dishonest, inconsiderate, and completely devoid of emotion or empathy. The rest of the staff is great, but one or two of the pharmacists there seemingly can and will ruin your day just because they can. Avoid this pharmacy if you have C2s and a situation where you cant go without for a week.

Horrible service. I called to get a price check on a tens unit, spoke to 3 different people, placed on hold each time between to be told they didnt have any. I end up driving to the location to find an entire display on isle 15. How is this ok? Just treat me how you would like to be treated please! Just please do your job! I work in customer service too, its not that hard to give someone a good experience. Please work on your customer service. Absolutely unacceptable.

Across 4 months and with several, notably challenging to fill prescriptions, ive yet to be disappointed. Id like it if they would store my upcoming/already written scripts with later fill dates so I dont have to drop off and wait on what are regular refills for me, but I am hoping we can find a compromise. Not sure what the previous bad reviews are all about; its a drive thru 24hr pharmacy, you cant expect the world.

Until today I have never had a problem with the pharmacy filling my prescription when I get my notifications from my Wallgreens app and also via text message, My husband and I went to pick it up as usual, only to be told that it was too early and they could not release it to me then I went on to tell them that I had three different notifications telling me that my prescription was ready for pick up today she then began to become rude and acted like it was our fault and told us that we should’ve called ahead of time, what’s the point of having an app and the convenience of an app if you can’t use it ? that’s the whole reason why I have the Walgreens app in the first place and also the text message, I did speak to the manager who was very kind and very sorry for the way I had been treated, but she however did not have the authority to override the manager in the pharmacy whose name is Peter, he is a very rude dishonest and uncaring socially detached jerk, he and the pharmacy tech that waited on us was very rude to me today and I will not be returning to them because of it, they upset me so bad that it ruined my day, I have been a customer for over two years and I have never been treated so horribly, they treated me like I was some kind of a drug addict, I turned them in to corporate because of this incident and I would suggest to anybody else who is treated in this manner to do the same thing… Those people need to be reprimanded for their unethical behavior and treatment towards customers they act like they could care less and have no regard for loyalty, I really hope that Wallgreens does something about this, it is unbelievable that they would employ people who behave in such a disgusting manner.. I am done with them, avoid them if you can they are rude and unprofessional

Beware! Rude, judgmental pharmacist refused to fill a prescription from the ER that the doctor gave me for break through pain from a surgical complication I developed. This was meant to help me until I was able to contact my surgeon. She said she has the ability to refuse dispensing meds and can make that judgement even through she knows nothing about my medical history! She treated me like a drug seeker and I was forced to wait in pain until I could get my surgeon to help me. I felt very hurt by the way I was treated. I am not a drug seeker. I am just a normal person trying to recover from a horrible surgery. I switched pharmacies bc we have had MANY other issues with Walgreens.

Worst pharmacy around! For the 2nd time in a row I dropped off a prescription at 2 pm they said to give them 2 hours. I went back at 4. And stood in line for 20 mins only to find out they couldnt find my prescription so they didnt have it ready and told me the pharmacists was going to have to do the whole process and it would be another hour at leased and i would be ok with that if this hasnt happened before. But i will be looking for a new pharmacy that is more professional.

The only reason they got 1 star is because I had no other choice. By far some of the rudest inconsiderate pharmacy staff I have ever witnessed. If you can avoid it.... Please do! Shame on Walgreens for keeping such miserable people on staff!

Would not give this place 1 star if I did not have to. My husband and I was glared at and passed by for over 5 mins. Husband went to ask someone at a different desk for help who was idly reading a book. He was told to go where I was standing and wait. Never going there again. They obviously dont need the business or dont want to work.

Very understaffed. There were about four people waiting in line, and only one cashier. There were also two customers waiting in the photo department, and the cashier had to call on the loudspeaker twice for a customer service rep to come to the photo department (it took them about 5 minutes to come). When it was finally my turn at the register, the cashier was not especially friendly - understandably, though, when its that busy and shes the only one!
