This store has always been clean and has had a pleasant smell. They have a large butchers section and a great bakery. The baked goods and desserts are always awesome. They also sell hot, cooked food. Ive never personally tried it but Ive heard that the food that they prepare and serve is pretty good.

The food at Rio ranch Market is so grace and they need to do better on making the food

Good fresh produce and meat department. Salsa are good. Everything they specialize in is good and reasonably priced. Other random groceries are not usually as good a price as elsewhere, but they do on occasion have some good sales thats worth keeping an eye on.

Just a bit pricey for me. However, I simply love the old world charm. I dont speak or understand Spanish, but I understand that old world charm. You may pay a bit more, but the family atmosphere is well worth it.

Its been a few times they ring out my items a bit higher than what the sticker price says, and when I request a refund some cashiers make a face like its an inconvenience to them instead of being polite about it. They need better customer service but it should start with their managers training. Thanks

Usually no problems... but after I spent close to 30 dollars on made food. Lady was too busy for me to buy tortillas. Just one pack. Said she was too busy....smh.

Small grocery store but they have it all. A one stop shop kind of place. They have their own bakery (delicious Pan Dulce), butcher or (carneceria), fish market, tortilleria (they make their own tortillas in house) and a mexican restaurant all in one place. The food is delicious and very affordable. I had the menudo, it was very good. The wife had the chilaquiles and she loved it. They have good carne asada for u to BBQ at home. Get the Ranchera Preparada carne para asar...to grill at home...its a little more expensive but u will not be disappointed. Trust me!

One of the ladies refused to ring up my tortillas at the cooked food counter. I just spent 35 bucks!!! The line was long at the checkout counter. The older lady say they was too busy cutting up food to ring up my pack of tortillas...smh!! Takes 30 seconds.. the younger girl didnt want to say anything!! Food Is good... service is bad!!!!!

The staffs are friendly. Whenever I come visit my mom from LA, we dont shop here often, cause the food are expensive and the households are expensive as well. If you ever crave to make Mexican food, this is the only supermarket youll find everything u need in Banning. One time my mom and I came into this store for something specific because we thought this store would carry Vitrolero to make juice and sad to say this store does NOT carry it!!!! I would have to say El Super is better and cheaper but youll have to drive out 30-40 minutes out to San Bernardino.

We went for groceries and they didnt have ground beef. The kitchen stated that they stop juicing in the morning and they only make certain juices, they cant customize. They also ran out of grocery bags.

Nice store, affordable prices. Friendly people, I like this place. I recommend this to everybody. Fresh fruits and fresh vegetables, no problems with parking, restroom is clean, great place.

Our cashier totally ignored us through the whole transaction and told us to bag our own groceries. The checker in the next isle was bagging her customers items while ours stood there and talked to another employee. When I tried to tell her one of my items was still on the conveyor belt she tossed it toward the other items and said “I already got that.” Rude, rude, rude!! Her name was Nancy B. I was in customer service my entire career and don’t think I will go back to this store just because of her attitude.

Everything else is good . But one thing I got tamales they had a lot of meat but no Chile like red or green sauces just jalapenos in it. It needs the sauce in them. Dry .was disappoint .

This place have good Latin american food, but watch out because some days the same items are less expensive. Monday through Wednesday are the best days, weekends are usually expensive, not to mention that they have good tacos on Tuesdays. I recommend tacos de cabeza.

OH YEAH!!!!! Our local Rio Ranch Market is wonderful. The people there are kind and helpful. But the secret gem here is the deli. We had the Birria tonight and it was again to Die For!!! So good we even finished off the sauce. Come on down and get ready for authentic Mexican food! Cheers and GOD Bless!!

Crowded and most of the time is messy. Some employees are nice and some are not, like the girl at the hot food section. She knows that I was first in line but then she help and let the spanish speaking lady go first. It did not happened once.

Love this store. Full of fresh fruits and vegetables. Great meat dept. Hot fresh prepared foods are yummy. And a great bakery with delicious cakes and pan. I have never had a bad experience here and the staff are nice. Very clean which is a big necessity for me.

Rio rancho markets great The bakers are true Nana Bakers theyve been bacon for longer than Ive been alive they know their stuff their produce is the best in town just bar none so a great place you should check it out they even got a little taco bar there you can get some tacos and burritos from Nice chicken

We love Rio Ranch. First stop is the bakery to get all of our favorite pastries which are always the freshest and best weve had! The hot food served is tasty also service is not bad, should expect a wait if you go during lunch hours. The hot food is usually busy all the time. The fresh juice is another favorite and always taste great! The prices are close to the same as other stores and less wait in line. Very friendly and helpful employees! Never disappointed!

Drove 10 miles to come here only to find out they are NOT open till 10pm like the page says. I watched multiple people go to the door only to find out the same. Lost a lot of business because the hours are posted incorrectly.Other then that I love to buy produce from here.

Great store. Always clean and the employees are very friendly and courteous. It is kinda small so they may not have every item your used to getting from the chain, but they have a lot and decent pricing most of the time. Does have a meat counter and deli, a money center, and metro pcs store inside.

Hot food here is questionable when it comes to sanitary reasons. Same with some of the meat products at the deli. Bakery is usually where this business thrives when it comes to ready made baked goods. Products at this location is a bit pricey but otherwise good because its the only grocery store for miles.

This store is so amazing! They have everything you need for ethnic cooking. Plus the cooked food in the deli area is so delicious!! Highly recommend.

It was a horrible experience. While I was shopping for about ten minutes someone stole my car and all my stuff in it. I am here traveling so I had hundreds of dollars worth of stuff and cash too. Dont leave ur car unattended here.

Bought coffee at the food counter. 10 minutes later on the freeway, coffee was cold. Didnt waste time going back. Wont get coffee there again.

On Wednesdays this market typically has great sales in produce department. There were some great buys today, as well as great freshness and variety...understandibly crowded as it was day before Thanksgiving, but not impossible. A great store for produce!

Do not order a cake here. Tuesday we ordered a Mickey mouse cake that are supposed to have small toy car with mickey and Pluto on it and when we came today to pick it up was not what we ordered. We specifically said numerous times exactly like it show on the picture that they have we want it exactly that way. Paidfully at the time of ordering. And still They didnt have the toys that make it Mickey mouse theme. And they wrote Happy Birthday on the side not the top. We were never called or informed that what we ordered was not available. When we told them we werent happy with there service and they didnt want to offer a discount. After arguing they finally gave a $10 discount which they alleged is the cost of the toys but are not taking in to consideration the gas and the time it takes to get the toys and time it takes away from the party set up.

Ive had it up to here with this Rio Ranch. The Manager Lady is snobby with zero people skills, they do not want to speak English, when customers are around - which is only right. The Lady is stingy where the Hot food is never smiles or appreciate your business. She seems to get aggrivated when you start asking for to much salsa, or limes. Etc....I will stop shopping there! 👎

Pan dulce! What an awesome and delicious treat to have! This place is the only place here in the Pass area that I know of that has any of it. Sure, there are donut shops around, but thats not the same.

This place is dirty and it smells like rotten fish every time I come in here. Especially on the side where the meats and the fish are sold. I have been here so many times where I find out dated food in the area where the yogurts and the cheese are and in the freezer section . I think the only place that is the cleanest part of the store is the vegetable isle. Sure the prices are low here but Id rather shop at a Aldis store and pay a better price for a lot cleaner store. The only reason why I come here is to buy the homemade corn tortillas because there just way better than the ones at Carnedas.

I have been shopping here for some time. If your buying produce, I suggest you only buy what you need for the next day or two. The produce don’t last long at all. And today really pushed it, while I was standing in line a HUGE (out of a movie) Roach tried to crawl on my leg 😳 I couldn’t finish paying it grossed me out sooo bad. The manager happen to walk by, squish it and take a picture of it, then kept walking. It was disgusting by far!!

I cant wait to come back here again and get the bean and xcheese with rice burrito!!!! At only $2.82, its like traveling in a time machine at 88.00 mph... Rio ranch market is sn accessible store conveniently located right off the 10 fwy, its perfect for travelers who want to avoid the wait at the other cast food joints.... I highky recommend this lil gem of a store.....
