My father, a retired judge, asked that I post this review for him. After 4 decades of hearing deficiency and having purchased several “state of the art” hearing aids - at considerable cost, needless to say - he had an amazing experience at the Miracle Ear location in Banning, California.He has concluded that most hearing aids are similar in their various forms, styles and operation. But it’s not the hardware, it’s the dispenser. The proper programming is critical. After experiencing several doctors of audiology and lisenced hearing aid dispensers, he found one with an unusual combination of expertise and amazing character. David Ford, located in the Miracle Ear Banning location, is exceptional. Incredibly patient and knowledgeable, he is genuinely interested in making certain his clients hearing needs are addressed to their satisfaction. No matter how much time is required and within the cost parameters set by the client. My father drives 45 minutes to this location and says he would drive twice that. David is just that good. My father never posts reviews; he is making an exception and asked for my help because David deserves every accolade and provides an exemplary experience.

Dr David Ford is the best. I had 4 different techniques in Yucca Valley same company, But David is making it work for me. The Dr to Banning is 50Min but it is what it is working now l am looking forward to seeing him again 🤗😁

David is AWESOME! He goes out of his way and above and beyond to make sure my hearing aids are working and that I can hear. Well worth the drive from Yucca Valley.

We saw Dr. Lee Hagens. He gave my mom an adjustment for her hearing aids. Hes very pleasant and knowledgeable of his craft. I highly recommend them. Office staff is very nice. My mom hears better now!Thanks.

David is a real gentleman. I put him off for quite a while but he was very patient with me. The young lady at the front desk is really sweet. I think her name is Jessica. David has helped me several times and is so good about my ignorance. I am old school and not up on the high tech stuff.

I was introduced to my new Miracle -Ear manager and was very pleased with his attitude and ability to meet my hearing needs. Miracle-Ear is the best and I always refer my friends with hearing problems to their nearest office and am confident they will be as pleased with the service and the devices as I am.

Weve been told by so many that there was nothing that could be done. My sweethearts hearing loss was too severe. And then we got a flyer from our local Miracle Ear that we almost threw out. After all, there was no hope, right? Then we met Frank, Diana & Stefanie and they went to work. They didnt give up until they found a solution. And then we got our miracle... My husband heard me turn on the light... Stefanie even offered & arranged for us to get a free caption phone for home. Thank you seems inadequate for the gift theyve given us. Now I can whisper in his ear because I want to, not because I have to!!! God bless you all!!

This is the worst place to go!Diana Salgado is a bully, she badgers people into buying hearing aids!! And if you don’t buy she gets aggressive and very demanding and demeans you!!Iwas in complete SHOCK, I just wanted a letter to prove my hearing loss, and she wanted to extort from me $50.00 for a simple 1 page letter. Diana had a male person in the same room, which she did not ask me permission for him to be there. And didnt even introduce this person! I had to ask who he was..After I again asked Diana for a letter, she began bullying me, I ran out of her office. I am 63 years old and cripple. NEVER WILL I EVER RECOMMEND OR GO BACK TO THIS HELL PERSON AND OFFICE.
