The service is terrific! The staff is always polite. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers in a timely matter. This is a female-owned business planted here in our hometown for years and has successfully served the community. The owner Dipali, employee Marina, and the others will go above and beyond to meet your needs the best they can.

This place has most of the stuff you would need. Notary, they ship FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL. They sell stamps, and have a copy machine, they sell envelopes even if you need a individual one because you forgot one at home. Anytime I need to drop off a package I always come here. The staff and manager are also very friendly which is awesome. I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else.

I have used the Postal Annex for years and have always leave pleased with the customer service.

The people are super friendly, excellent customer service, reasonable prices, clean environment.

Mapquest said they were open til 3pm sign on door said they closed at 1pm for holiday weekend. I believe thats considered false advertising.

Kind people work here nothing against the customer service. Two star is because the markup on shipping (ups, fedex or usps) is outrageous! I mean insane!Learn from other’s mistakes and ship your products from an actual shipping company not a 3rd party.FYI - a half pound envelope cost $21 to ship 🤯I imagine if you have prepaid items it would be a free service to just drop off your packages.

I come here almost on a daily basis to drop off FedEx...the girls who work here are friendly and very helpful.

I mailed a box on Dec 12th that contained my granddaughters Christmas presents. Today is January 10th & its still not there. A week ago I called the USPS to find it. I found out I paid $80 for the box that wouldve only cost me $37 had I gone to the post office. I didnt question the amt as Ive never mailed anything to Hawaii before. It was mailed ground which means by ship (I wasnt made aware) & that takes 3 to 5 weeks. I was told an expected arrival date couldnt be given, but should arrive by Xmas. I will never use this facility again!

I really like this place better than the post office because the girls treat you more better help you with everything you need.... i would come here any day..

Go in to buy a stamp and mail out work. Tried to pay with card and she tells me they dont take card. I was like I have no cash. She then said ok Ill do it this time but i have to charge you 2 bucks...lol so if i ship something over 100 bucks youll take a card but not 35 cents.

DEEEPAJINDIA gal and other notary--were RUDE AND wasted our time HUGE- there is a,sweet gal there,young brunette,an angel,,BUT BOTH NOTARYS suck..not GLBT friendlY,DONT GO HERE!--we WILL NEVER SET FOOT in there..

2.5x markup on a USPS flatrate envelope is ridiculous.

This place is a joke. They charge more than double what the actual post office charges to ship boxes.

They always overcharge....a small envelope with a book was going to be 7.99....at the post office it was only 2.89....i bought a stamp here and they charged me 60 cents...at the post office it is 49 cents....will never come again to this place.
