Purchased our KeyWest 2020DC from LSBW in Spring of 2010. Never having owned a boat before, Gary and Gary were totally professional, courteous, and forgiving in answering the silly novice sailing questions that were asked to them. They have pulled, serviced, and delivered our boat for seven years now. Currently thinking of getting a larger boat(what is it about boats?), and would not even consider buying it anywhere else.Terrific service for local residents of Mt. Desert Island.

Absolutely terrible customers service, I call to get a part for my key west. They would not talk to me because I was not near them.... They said call a dealer close to my house... Apparently they dont need business and are unaware of how to ship something. They were also very rude on the phone.
