Downtown Bar HarborGood T-shirt and souvenir selection beautiful scenery can be a bit crowded

We came to this store for souvenirs for our trip to Acadia. I really like their variety of items. There was a certain poster I wanted in a different size and the manager was so sweet and offered to look it up in their inventory system to see if one of their sister stores in bar harbor had it in stock (it did!). Overall, very helpful staff and a cool store.

Stopped in here after looking at a few other shops, and ended up with a nice Acadia long sleeve t-shirt/hoodie (not a sweatshirt) for $18.99. That was a nice surprise. Got an insulated Miir Acadia camp coffee mug and a Bass Harbor sticker for the car. They have some really nice pint glasses (I overheard a mom offering to buy for her daughter and keep until said daughter was done college. I think Mom really liked them for herself). Slightly different selection from the other stores and some legit clothes for hiking/walking.

Clerk was rude in requesting to wear masks. Discriminates people who cant wear masks due to breathing issues like copd. Worst place ever. Wont ever spend money in that store ever again in life not will let anyone Im with shop there either.

Great place to get soakers blueberry soda or root beer by the case

Theres really nothing too special about this shop, but every time I visit I find myself here at least a few times.Its definitely nostalgia-fueled. I can remember coming to this shop ever since I was little. The smell of pine, the touristy yet awesome items. Sure, theyve got the same stuff that 90% of the other shops have, but something about this store for me is different. Theyve got every blueberry, Maine, Acadia, and Bar Harbor item you could need - clothes, books, souvenirs, home decor, and more spread out over two floors. I think this store probably has the most stuff out of any store in the downtown Bar Harbor area, but because of the size of the space its not packed in like at some other shops.Prices are high, the items are touristy, but what do you expect? Its all about the nostalgia for me.
