The work was excellent, the price was cheap, the time it took because my vehicle was forgot about... not so cool.

I made an appointment to get a tire replaced. The person told me that they have my size of tire in stock. When I got to the store, the fool working said we don’t have your tire in stock. Wasted my time with their incompetence.

They have always done a great job with my tires. If youre looking for tires they dont have, their website has a big selection and you can have them shipped there for them to install.

Recently the service center started scheduling actual appointments rather than taking everything on a first come first serve basis. I thought to myself “awesome! Now I won’t have to wait 4 hours for an oil change!” Psych. I had an appointment scheduled at 10:00am. It is now 10:54am and my car is still sitting outside, not even in the garage yet. What’s the point of an appointment when they’re just going to get to it when they get to it anyways.

Dont expect to get out of here in less than 2 hours. Last time here it took 3 hours and I was 2nd in line. Complained to the manager who promised action, so decided to try it out again. Going on 2 hours now and I was 3rd in line.Pack a lunch, download some movies, and maybe even bring a pillow and blanket because youll be spending a lot of time in the waiting room (see picture).

Just got denied service! Big sign on the auto and lube door stating they are BOOKED UNTIL 11/27/19! NO SERVICE UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM NO STARS BUT THE APP WONT ALLOW IT..GOOD LUCK GETTING ANYTHING DONE HERE

Were very helpful and got me the best price on tires. They held the door for me as well while I carried my infant and diaper bag. I really appreciate everything!

Short handed long wait

I am so thankful to Lance and Troy for fixing my headlight despite the fact that the location was about to close. They helped to ensure that I had a safe ride home and would not get a ticket for a non-functioning headlight. Great customer service!!!!!

Great place but hours shouldnt change weekly!!! They dont do walk-ins anymore.I was there during the time Gabriel Sauers was in the building with his Uncle Buck Mobile. Turns out he also left a review. This guy thrown on a show. Wish they would of called the police on him. As a customer I was afraid of his Mental Health, I decided to stay somewhat away from him.After doing a little research it turns out the guy is insane . Take a look at the review he left for AL. Ringling MansionI was relieved when he left. The employee he was talking to did one once bring up his sister or girlfriend.I overhead after he left that he was the guy that left review for another employee that use to work there.

For one thing this place needs more help. I have never waited two and a half hours to get an oil change ever. I realize I wasnt the only vehicle, but I sat in the waiting room for an hour and watch my car with a hood up and couldnt figure out what the hell was going on. Lesson learned.

Bought tires here a couple of years ago, driving home my car was shaking all over. Took it back, turns out the tires were not inflated correctly nor balanced properly. They do have good prices on tires but service is not good.

Great experience with Mark who replaced a travel trailer tire for me. Unbelievable quick and a pleasure to deal with.

Just got denied service when they didn’t close for another hour and a half! And only 1 car was being serviced at that time and 1 waiting outside! Pure laziness!!! If someone walks in before you close you service them! I’ve been coming here for years to get my tires changed but I probably won’t anymore...so lazy!

They have saved me money time and time again by repairing punctured tires that other places said could not be repaired. Robert is the man! He knows his stuff and bends over backwards to help the customer.

Had 4 tires replaced with new. Both front tires keep leaking air and going flat. Took back in to have it looked at and was told I had to wait 2 hours before he will look at the tires. lol am a master mechanic and know these young gentlemen are very new to the mechanical realm, but management should be looking over the work these kids are doing. They left my lug nuts loose last time I had a tire replaced. They didn’t use any bead sealer which should be obvious to use every new tire to garuantee a seal and replace the valve core or valveCore stem if a tpms sensor style valve stem is used. Last but not least, Check for leaks. Now my time is wasted wasted once again at this location. I would much rather do this myself but I’m not about to buy 10000 dollars in machines to mount and balance my own tires. Just wish there were someone with competence at the store.

We only wanted an oil change. Gave the car over at 12:09 and didn’t get out until 1:56. It took them a hour before they even started working on it then on top of it they added charges they failed to tell us about until check out. Horrible experience.

Very rude, messed up the lug nuts on my car when i got my original tires 6 months ago and didnt tell me until i took my neon in to get serviced, again VERY rude and il never take any vehicle i buy ever to the wal mart auto department!

Got completely ignored for 10 minutes when I went to check in my vehicle. Other than that they did alright.

Took almost 2 hours to fix a slow leak in a tire on 2 separate occasions. My fault for going back a second time. There wont be a third.

I replaced two front tires here and then 5 days later the left front tire fall off and cause a serious accident
