After getting an air bag recall notice and a service air bag warning light, I made an appointment for the recall. I was assured the parts were there, and it would be fixed. I wasted most of a day driving back and forth, because I was informed the part needed to be ordered. ended up with a very expensive oil change, and no air bag repair. UPDATE- A sign of quality is not the absence of mistakes, but rather the response when they happen. Thank you Scott Minor for the follow up, and making things right.
The technicians there took there time to explain our questions and provided some really good customer service. I would highly recommend them to others.
Called today to get another car detailed and was not greeted in any way at all. The woman on the other side of the phone barely had enough time to answer a quick question for me about car detailing. I have LOVED Don Larsons service department but whoever is answering the phones for them (a woman with a nasty attitude) ruined my decision to work with them again.
Thanks to the Don Larson Service Center in Baraboo, WI !! While traveling through WI we had truck issues which interrupted our travel. They were able to trouble shoot the code, had the necessary part on hand and understood our need get back on the road. They were very courteous and kept us informed on the process.
