Good but bad employeesSo far I am very impressed with this internet especially speaking that this is our only option besides satelite Hughesnet and Viasat. The internet is working great for us but the employees were so unprofessional. Anne W was the employee helping us and the whole stores employees had to help her because she had no idea what she was doing and I think it’s crazy too because she shouldn’t need help because she’s the Sales Associate! Other than that, my internet works great!
Ive never really had good experiences with this Cell Plus to begin with, but with what I experienced today, I will not return to this store again, and I will most certainly not recommend this store to any other person. Ill actually go out of my way to make sure someone I know doesnt go there, becauseFirst of all, Anne W, sold me a moto E6 phone case while holding my moto E 2020. While I shouldve noticed that it wasnt the right case, she DEFINITELY should have noticed that it was not the correct case, that is her job, and beyond that she also should have allowed my return that I tried to do less than 10 minutes later. She did not, and she even took the lead in sales accessories because of this sale, which is grossly unprofessional.Furthermore, 15 days later, the next available day I had available to come to this exact location, I had been greeted by Josh, while Anne was behind the counter, he gladly showed me the correct product upsale, even removing the OtterBox case from the package; however, once I mentioned just getting a return he suddenly had a problem with the packaging damage of which is minimal considering it was bought off of a clearance rack to begin with, and the fact that I had wanted to return it within the first 10 minutes of buying it.THEN he actually had the nerve to say that with manager approval it could still be returned., so I asked if he could call the manager, but with immediate refusal he went, and continued to say that today is the last maintaining a sale. I even super glued the slightly torn bit of the bottom of the box back together out of respect for the return to go through without worry, or hesitation, to do the right thing, but the greedy demeanor of their approach outweighed the excellence guarante stated on the receipt. Shame.
Jordan was friendly and personable. Very enjoyable to work with and informative on what I need. I would highly recommend him to help anyone with a Cell Plus need. He does need a new photo here tho. This one doesnt really look like him.

Lynette was great! She was very professional and empathetic toward my situation. I was on limited time and budget. She helped me find the perfect plan and phone while being efficient in order to get me on my way so I wasnt late. I LOVE my new phone and I will definitely recommend her to others for service at Cell Plus!
After 3 months of service my phone has begun to fail and the only help I was given was some tech support that wasn’t able to fix the problem. I then was handed off to Apple and left to deal with no phone and Apples subpar customer service and policies.I have to give the star back I am happy you have an employee like Matt in your main offices to help fix the situation for me.

Its always something now days. I got locked out of changing anything on my bill because when I first got this phone they put my first name down as also my last name. Michael Michael... then the guy told me my info didnt match what they had at customer service but all my security info was correct. Like obviously someone was lazy and just halfa$$ed my account when I opened it. I had to go all the way to the store for someone with a bit of common sense to catch the problem. Took them 2 minutes to correct the problem and change my plan. Seems stupid but uscellular customer service sucks. Id give zero stars if the coverage and plans werent as good as they are.Customer service number 0 starsCoverage and plans 5 stars

Sat there for 45 minutes tonight without any service. Had my name on the board associates skipped me two times. They have a big poster on the wall states always make your customers feel valued. Well that definitely wasn’t the case tonight. I only had one simple question would of taken two minutes to take care of me.

Go to DALE:By far the best us cellular experience I have ever had. Took time to thoroughly explain why the more expensive screen protector is totally worth it. Dale even offered and took the time to apply screen protection to my Apple Watch (purchased elsewhere) while I was purchasing my phone! He was training a new employee but still managed to be very efficient. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
I went to the store on Wednesday April 1st. When it came time for me to see a sales associate, she called me up to the desk. I realize that she wasnt going to wipe the chairs or the counter off, so I asked her to please do so. That is something a customer should not have to ask a sales associate to do especially in these times.

Saved my pictures in the cloud when they attempted fixing my phone, but wiped out all contacts, conversations, passwords, and games (had to start over at level 1)... stopped the apps from closing, but lost contact with everyone.

Dont waist your time going to this location, all they will tell you is, Oh we cant help you here youll have to go to a US Cellular Corporate Location. Believe me, your better off taking the Time, driving the extra miles and spare yourself the frustration. Just go to a US cellular corporate location, I opened my US cellular account a little over two years ago and, The only thing Cell plus has been successful with was screwing up the billing on my account in which I ended up going to a US cellular corporate location to have it straightened out.Im not sure why this place even exist.
I worked with Tenesha and I never felt like she was just pushing her agenda on me. She understood my needs were different than other customers and strove to find out how she could fit me best. Tenesha laid out my options clearly and without pressure, allowing me to make the best decision for my budget and family.
This place is awful. My wife and I went in there because of an ad we saw on Facebook for $200 off a new phone when you upgrade. We got there and asked about the ad we saw. Our salesperson told us the $200 off was for accessories only and had to be used that day. (Thats the same promo we got on our last phones back in spring of 2017.)So we went through the whole process and were there for a couple of hours. Upon arriving back home I went back to the ad I saw on Facebook for the $200 off and started reading some of the comments. US Cellular representatives were replying to people who were asking questions about how they could use the $200. COME TO FIND OUT YOU CAN USE THE MONEY TOWARDS THE NEW PHONES THEMSELVES OR TOWARDS YOUR BILL. We specifically asked them this when we first got there and they said no it had to be on accessories. Feels great being lied to straight to your face!Needless to say we took all of the accesories back and got a credit for most of it. We had screen protectors put on (that we didnt even really want in the first place but had to spend the money on something) and the store manager informed us there was nothing they could do about that because the screen protectors were already installed on the phones. So youre telling me that your salesperson straight up lies to us and then we are just supposed to eat the cost of the $100 for 2 screen protectors. GIVE ME A BREAK!!The best part about all this is we used that same special for our last phones and were told then too it had to be used on accessories. So we were flat out lied to twice and AND had to pay them another $80 when we got our new phones to pay off the old ones. They should have been paid for months ago already!!If you use this place for cell service, make sure you do your homework before going in there!! Needless to say we will never be going back. I just cant fathom trying to screw over people who have been customers for 14 years. Very sneaky! And I hope it was worth it.
Tenesha was awesome at cell plus she took the time to explain everything on our new phone bill and new stuff on our new phones and some cool new features on the phones if we ever have any questions we will definitely go with tenesha with our questions!

My bill is more expensive than I was told it would be. Im stuck in a two year contract so its going to cost me $240 more per year than I was originally told. The lady talked in circles through a few different scenarios and it was confusing, not to mention it took over 3 ours to get a new phone. I will never go back.

I had 3 questions and I knew one would be quite lengthy. The agent, Annie Williams, took the time to really help me and I did not feel rushed. I have been with no other carrier than US Cellular for over 20 years. It doesnt get any better. The cell reception has never been a problem. I traveled for work for many years and never dropped a call in any state. Thank you, US Cellular.
