The guy who worked here was awesome. He had my daughter get a membership and explained how.it would save her money. He then helped her custom design three hats. He was so patient and incredible. He was easy to hold a conversation with and just an honest and a great soul. He noticed my daughters self harm marks and told her he was proud of her being here today and not to be ashamed of.her tiger Marks.

There are some new staff in the store since I originally wrote a review so I wanted to do a quick update but I assure you, the store is still more than worthy of a five star review. I am a frequent-flyer in the store and I have never had a single bad experience at Lids. They have a constantly expanding selection of jerseys and a wide selection of hats for any sports team you want to rep!! By far my favorite store!

Great place to find a hat that fits you and supplies with a great, designer look. And the embroidery has improved two-fold compared to last years. The staffing is very friendly throughout. Their selection changes seasonly, but their best is brought out during tourist time. Visit often enough, and their hockey selection comes out. Their choices are spot on for each season though, so dont be afraid if they dont have it then-they WILL have it another time.

By far the best Lids Ive ever been to. Super helpful, wonderful staff, great selection. Very clean and well kept.

Love visiting the Lids in the Dells the selection is great from all sizes and teams. Snap backs and fitted and many other styles are available. Friendly staff more then willing to answer questions or advice. Appreciate the shopping experience!

My husband bought some hats. Some what miss leading pricing when u have stitching done. The hats did look good.

Get great deals most of the time. But last time I was there though they had buy one get one equal or lesser price 50% off. So I picked 2 hats one was $40 and it rang up as $25, win. But the next was $20 and rang up $20. So I said it should be $10 and they said it didnt ring up that way. And obviously signs were everywhere but they refused to take the $10 off. So I bought the 1 hat and left, but it just left me a bit disappointed. But all in all a great store

Store was nothing special, typical Lids store, employee did not acknowledge us until we asked her a question. Merchandise good condition and decent selection, but only a minute amount of merchandise on sale. Lacking customer service.
