Great customer service and appliances worked like new

Bought a fridge used but in great looking shape last april before the shut downs. Seemed like really nice people despite store being a little dirty we paid over 700 for this fridge huge mistake. I have a family of 6 was excited bout how much room it offered. Was told they had ordered a new shelf for the door that was missing from the manufacturer would be in about 2 to 3 weeks. Within first 30 days it started acting like it needed defrosted when it should be defrost free my fiance called to find out about it getting looked at and the shelf. His call was never returned mind you he called several times left messages and even went as far as to message them thru thier website. No response ever! Being the only one working during a pandemic i couldnt afford to buy another fridge and now we are just hoping to make it last til taxes come in. Would not recomend or shop from them ever again.

Very disappointed. Recommended to me when looking for a replacement refrigerator. Immediately upon entering, there was a HORRIBLE odor...almost as though there was something dead under the floor. Selection was minimal and to be honest, couldnt stay due to the odor. The person waiting on me didnt seem to want to make a sale. When I was there, a couple of the stoves were running full force- perhaps for heat? I was so sick to my stomach from the odor that I couldnt get out of there fast enough. I know I would never suggest that establishment to anyone. Such a shame.....😞😞

Malia and her husband are very personable and r very energetic, they explain things in detail helped us out tremendously would recommend this place to anybody plus very caring people they adopted a little puppy that was rescued from a puppy mill. So theyre very kind-hearted loving people as well....

This place is awesome! I always recommend them...I have purchased many appliances from them...I had one problem with a dryer and the repair guy came out that same day and fixed it within an hour...They stand by their word!

Horrible experience, the place was dirty and very sketchy. First refrigerator we touched the door handle fell right off, and it was being sold for 1100.00.Better off going and buying brand new and a lot safer too.

Check with the better business bureau. This company is posted as ALERT/WARNING!!I had an awful experience. Neither appliance worked after delivery, would not allow for a return or provide a service tech.

I went in to purchase my appliances on 8/21 and I told the lady my budget she said she could work with it, but I would have to pay for delivery and installation and said the guy will hook up all appliances and make sure they work. My 19yr old nephew stayed at the houseon 8/22 so he could be there for the delivery, guy brought in the fridge and left it there didnt connect it or anything. Took the washer to the basement and left it didnt hook it up and check it or anything. Left the dryer outside in the rain because it was too difficult to get in. Said it wasnt his job to make sure it got in the house. My dad had to put it in the basement and had to connect them all, remember she said he had to connect them to make sure they worked. The fridge stopped working on 9/2 the fridge wasnt working called the store machine said not open call back during business hours. Called Akron location on 9/3 and asked if they were affiliated she said yes I told her what was wrong, she said she would see what she could do, then later called back to say since it was purchased at Barberton location maybe would be charged a service fee, then called and said tech was on his way. Tech showed up and moved the thermostats and opened the cover, 10minutes total and said it should be cool by tomorrow if not call and we will come back. Next day still hot and called and the man said he cant do anything I needed to wait until Tuesday and call Barberton store at 10 when they open. Called 9 times before anyone showed up, he came looked took pictures said he needed the part and he would be back. Called the store later Tuesday and they said they ordered the part and it would be 48hrs before they could get the part. Today Thursday 9/7 I had to call again like everyday for the past 5 days, so 6 days no fridge on a 30 day warranty and they called and said the part came in they would pick it up and be here, 3hrs later they are still not here. They should loose there licence and not be allowed to continue running a bad business.

Too expensive for what they offer.
