Just raised rated today. 39.99 oil change is now 59.99. Nothing posted. They honored the online price since it still showed 39.99 on their website.I will change my own oil for 60.00 plus from now on. Also a tire rotation went from 20.00 to 30.00. That is inflation! :)It was fun there while it lasted.

David in the car wash was an absolute jerk.Yelling at me because it was my first time using their location and wasn’t familiar with their process. Swear words left and right. I don’t think he knew I could hear everything he was saying to and about me through the closed window. He also had his phone in his front pocket & it looked like he had his camera going, that’s speculation though. Definitely made me uncomfortable though.Oil change guys are always friendly & educational. First & last time using your car wash though. No wonder they give out free coupons every time you get your oil changed…

I have used the Fred Martin Speedy Wash for several years. I have tried three levels of washes over the years. From time to time there have been a few issues. For a while the strips of fabric left multiple black lumps all over the cars. The car was clean, but spotted. They have fixed that. You only get your car blown off if you pay for the highest level of wash. That should be standard at every level. Even then, you must get out and dry off your vehicle unless you dont mind having watermarks/spots all over. So, I would suggest the cheapest option at least in the warmer weather. They do have multiple bays to vacuum the inside of your vehicle. They are good most if the time. But, like today I could not use them. The vacuum suction was so weak that it was unable to be used. I tried several of them. On the positive side, I think it is the best option for car wash in this area. The pay by credit card option that automatically bills monthly works well and you dont have to stop and worry about payment each visit. Also, there are unlimited washing visits allowed. So, if you go more than 3 times per month, you are way ahead. Its convenient and a good bargain. I prefer using a small local company, Which Fred Martin is. They give back to the community and the owners live locally.

They cheat you on oil here. Always 1 quart low when I leave. Disgusting2nd time I have taken my new Grand Cherokee there, it always leave one quart low.I have emailed and called you on the phone for the TSB that you claim allows you to cheat me of quart quart of oil every time I have been there...no response..ever. That is where the disconnect is. You dont respond until it gets real! Its amazing that you havent voided and warranties yet. You must feel like the risk is worth the reward, Shameful

I didnt get any services done here, buy I used the free vacuums and cleaned out my car. The vacuums had great auctions and there were trash cans that we can use.It would have been nice if there was a vending machine with supplies such a windex, air fresheners, or maybe tire shine.Id definitely go back!

Got right in first thing in the morning. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Took about 10 minutes for total oil change. Would recommend service here.

Just bought our new van which had been sitting for a year took it to the speedy wash had the oil changed then went through the car wash Steve helped us and I believe Tristan too. Steve was more than helpful went above and beyond the van had some grime on it he took extra time to spray it off and then sent us back through a second time and worked on it more was very pleased with our visit will definitely be coming back here with all our business it’s a Customer service like that, that makes place is the best these guys need a raise everybody’s customer service was on point here very professional

I got my oil changed. It was part of a 3-year free oil change plan I received when I purchased my car from Fred Martin. In my experience, whenever you try to get your free services there are extras that are not included in the free plan or they try to hard sell you on stuff you dont need, but none of that happened. They just changed the oil no questions asked (did a very nice job actually) and sent me on my way. Very pleased overall with how everything worked out.

If you get there early it isnt much of a wait. But my most recent visit they rotated the tired, but didnt check the pressure. 😒

This is a brushless and thorough car cleaning place to frequent in order to avoid having your cars finish scratched by rotating brushes containing abrasive particles. Two entries. No attendants. Reasonable prices.Top off by visiting highly recommended nearby pastry shop.

Sub par car wash. I was planning on getting the monthly, but after my second trip, I will not return. I’m done both $12 and $15 wash. Car comes out barely dry and water spots were terrible, even when hand dried the second time, after my short drive home it was spotted .Tire shine was None existent, I reported it and the guy said thank you !?The vacuum is convenient, however it is SO strong it just sticks to the floor or seats, possibly needs turned dow a bit or a different vaccine head to release some of the suction .

No sitting in an uncomfortable waiting area sipping questionable coffee for an hour while I wonder what theyre doing to my car or if the allegedly filthy air filter that desperately needs changed really did come from my car.Instead I sit in the comfort of my vehicle while the work is done. Can see what the staff is doing under the vehicle via numerous cameras, know the oil is fully filled because they show the dipstick level when finished and I know the oil change warning is reset and not going to surprise me 300 miles later. Friendly and professional staff and usually get a free carwash with each visit.

Once I got into the oil change bay, Tyler was very pleasant and helpful. The oil change was done very quickly. This is the only place I take my car for oil changes. Their pricing is great! I was given a coupon for a free car wash there, so I immediately took my car through the car wash. The attendants there were very pleasant. I love their car wash. I think it is the best one in the area.

Everyone is nice enough but the lines for an oil change are a little crazy. But once in there they are quick to complete service. Also, last time I went through the car wash, only one side of my car was was washed. Otherwise normally a decent free wash with the voucher they give you.

This speedy is linked to Fred Martin Jeep Dealership. If you buy the maintenance package with your vehicle, all you do is roll in for your oil change when it is due. They have made oil changes super easy! Last time, I would have given 5 stars. It was my first time there and everything went well. I bought a trail rated jeep, so 5 tire rotation is included in the package. All the guys are very friendly. They are also very respectful to the owner of the vehicle. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because I asked for a 5 tire rotation and they did a 4 tire rotation as was told to them by the check-in Technician. So, the check-in Technician did not relay my request to the workers. The tire guy did apologize. I will make certain they do a 5 tire rotation next time.

Extremely knowledge workers who care about their customers. I went in the late afternoon with very little wait time. When I pulled in, I was afraid my exhaust pipe was loose but wasnt. Before pulling out of the parking lot they discovered a stone that was trapped underneath. I have always been very pleased with the service I have received here.

Google says theyre open until 8. I drove half way across the county to find out the oil change closes at 6!!! Not happy.

Long wait on Saturday afternoons, Google lists them as being open on Sunday, but only the wash is open not the oil change. Need to find a better way to list hours on google.

Here is another mislead information from Fred Martin. Web site for the speedy lube and wash says open from 12:00-6:00. does not mention that this is only for the car wash portion. So I drive up there to get an oil change after reading the web site and low and behold they are closed. Fred Martin is good about misrepresentation. This is not the only time they have misrepresented information.

The staff is always super friendly. The manager came out and greeted each car. I thought that was a nice touch. He was thoughtful enough to give an update on the wait time and provided a business card as well. The staff is efficient and I always leave with a smile. Thanks guys!!!

Car wash: I have a monthly pass that they charge every month from my credit card. However, seems like 50 percent of the time when I stop on my way to work the CAR WASH IS CLOSED. THIS HAPPENED TWICE THIS WEEK. THEY SHOULD ISSUE CREDITS. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Received excellent service yesterday. They inspected our vehicle and performed the oil change in no more than 6-7 minutes. Very convenient when you can remain in your vehicle and be in and out after working all day. Could not have been anymore courteous. Really made my wifes day when they gave us a free carwash. Its Saturday morning, yes, but I have been sitting for 20 minutes already and havent moved. Here for an oil change and there are 3 bays, should be much faster. Not sure what the problem is but there are 4 cars deep in each bay. Im looking at another 30 minutes at best. My advice, dont come on a Saturday morning.

I purchased the $50 best unlimited monthly wash for my SUV. I also purchased a single $21 wash for my company car. After my first wash on my company car it still had dirt on the side of it. So I pulled back through to ask them to run it through again. The young guy working let me go back through. After coming back through I still had the same dirt spot. He then told me that its a automatic car wash so there was nothing he could do. Needless to say I asked for the unlimited monthly plan to be refunded. I usually go a different car wash. Lets say I will definitely be going back to my normal spot.

Real nice car wash. Good indicators to tell you when to drive out of the car wash . Last time we were there one of the vacuums didnt work that we pulled up to so it would be nice if the staff would check those before they let you pull up to use them

Gets your car reasonably clean but it smells like cat urine. I pay for the middle of the road wash and dont get half of the things offered in the wash. I dont understand why the towel dryers dont come in to dry off when they are already spinning anyways. Seems like it wouldnt cost that much just to have them dry on every wash. But the people working there are friendly.

I like the idea of having an unlimited car wash pass. However half the time I drive there they are not open when their hours on website says they are open. I shouldn’t have to call before I go. This was a problem before the virus started. I’m tired of paying full value for only half of services I am experiencing.

You guys might want to check that.UPDATE- was replied to by somebody in place of the owner saying that I should call their service director at a phone number listed within the reply. Phone number has been disconnected and star rating adjusted as a result. Was at one point tempted to just drop in and show them the problem. But have since come to the conclusion that would probably not have any effect Seeing as how they have somebody posting as the owner and throwing a phone number that doesn’t work anyway at me. SMHThe review probably would go down a star had I actually had an oil change here. But this review is based solely on the car wash. Or rather the lack thereof. I usually spend about 12 bucks for a middle of the road car wash for my jeep. The first time I went (3 months ago), I was impressed. My first impression was I get all this for 12 bucks?. The month after that I go again, pay the same 12 bucks and considering the list of stuff that is offered that is included in a $12 wash, I was a bit disappointed. I was missing some of the stuff the $12 was set to include. Nothing big just a semi-buff dry to help the thing dry out, and a tire shine. On my jeep tire shine is very noticeable, They are 35 inch tires. So when its not included you kind of notice.I figured maybe some equipment was down and that I can understand and forgive. I went again last Saturday and this time made the mistake of giving the place the benefit of the doubt. I paid 15 bucks which includes a little bit more and the two things that I mentioned were missing last time as well. Lo and behold, I get the same substandard version of the $12 wash again. Come on guys, get it together! I stopped going to splash in favor of you guys because it was readily apparent that their employees really didnt give any consideration to the fact that your car actually might get clean. Im including a picture of just one of my tires sans shine. Feel like I just paid 15 bucks for nothing.In addition to this I went to their website, chose the contact us button and sent them a message and the system quickly shot back a reply of we will be addressing this shortly. Well its been a week, nothings been addressed which kind of leads me to believe that they couldnt care less. Somebody please prove me wrong. We will see what happens the next time I go and spent 12 bucks not 15.

I have been a regular customer for several years. Recently I have noticed a decline in the quality of the wash. Specifically, the tire wash has been poor. Few weeks ago I got a GC wash and noticed that the tires on the RH side appeared to be untouched. Today I purchased a GC wash ($15) again and only 1 out of 4 tires appeared to be clean. This time I called and pointed this out to Chris and he offered to put the car through a second time, but even after going through a second time, including Chris efforts to assist the system by pre-soaking the wheels, there was very little improvement. I will be taking my business elsewhere until I am confident that I will receive complete service.

Just took my vehicle in to be serviced a week or so ago. This place is great, you never leave your vehicle they have cameras and a monitor where you can actually see everything being done under your vehicle as they do it. And the wash is pretty great too, something I would recommend to family and friends, even strangers.

Had my oil changed today. Waited about 40 minutes to get into the garage. I had three cars ahead of me so all in all pretty quick. Chris and dale took care of me, they were both great. I upgraded to mopar oil filter and was given a free car wash too. I’m sure there are busier times with much longer waits, but I was happy with my first visit.

I was paying monthly for a Grand Champion wash.After watching the car in front of me, I decided to check my truck for the chassis bath.There wasnt a drop of water on the underside of my truck.Ripoff !!
