I came in a little later in the evening to buy smokes. I didnt think I would have to listen to the redhead at the register complain about being made to wear mask over and over. I kept having to interrupt her to ask for the other items I wanted. I just wanted to get in and out not listen to a long list of complaints. ill probably still shop there just not when shes there.

I came in the evening time on 1-14-2021... I was unsure of the kind of tobacco I wanted(I wanted to try some thing new) the girl at the register(dark hair) was very unhelpful and just downright rude!. I understand you guys were very busy, but she didnt have to be so damn condescending to me..I will for sure be back because I love the store and all the other employees are always happy to help me, ill just have to make sure to come when the dark haired girl isnt there.

I have been a long time patron. Everyone was always super sweet!I just started working there and love it.They are very strict about making sure products are rotated so that everything is always fresh. Huge on making sure everything is clean and organized. I am low key OCD so I appreciate that in a big way!!Even just as a customer it is something I would want to know that all products are rotated and nothing is expired. Also that things are clean.

I came in on Monday(6th) evening and the lady with black hair at the register was EXTREMELY RUDE! Every time I asked a question she did this laugh under her breath and it made it seem like i was a joke to her. Not the first time Ive had issue with her attitude. Store is great overall other than that

I go in almost every other day to purchase from a huge selection of kratom. They have several different kinds. White/Green/Red, Bali/Maeng Da/Indo. Tropical and OPMS are hands down the best that they have and relatively good prices. Everyone there is really nice and polite (to me anyway), and not a single time have I have had a problem going in there. Theyre jolly on the spot in taking care of the customers.

I come into this store maybe once or twice a week..but recently I have been having issues with a younger girl there shes newer than the other ladies.she always is very happy but the last few times I have came in your store(normally pretty early in day) she has asked me to split my lottery winnings with her..It makes me uncomfortable because shes asked more than once and Ive stopped coming in as much due to this.

Locked the doors on me as Im walking up to the store.. I understand you close at 9, but kind of rude to lock me out then not acknowledge me as I stand there confused since two people are still standing in the store.

Our store is cleaned daily. And if we are so rude why do we have so many repeat customers? She thinks we are awful but continues to shop with us. Her review was made out of anger that he lost his job. Dont make sexual comments to your co-workers and you will keep your job!!!

This place is horrible. Theyve got decent prices and thats the only thing they have going for them. Terrible customer service these girls are always rude. And yes, girls because they refuse to hire a man. They told my fiance flat out they think men cant be trusted. Theyve tried shorting on cashed checks multiple times and how they handle their business is a joke. Lets not forget this place is filthy and smells horrible. I would take your business elsewhere.
