Always love big lots. Only a hand full of times are lines backed up. Usually in and out quick with more than I needed but for the same price as I thought I was gonna spend with their big savings. You know, so I dont have to sleep on the couch ;)

Manager was incredibly rude over the phone, for zero reason. Just had a simple question about an online order. Happy to have it canceled, I will not be shopping at your location.

Me and my husband shop here often and today we stop in the do a little last minute shopping. We was walking around shopping and seeing what else we needed or could find. A worker spoke over the speaker about running the camera and also said a code as well. As well turned the corner a bigger gentleman was right there around the corner and he continue to follow us thought the store once we was down here can go the Register I felt to be noisy and then rush outside me and my husband was talking and the guy spoke up and began to be very rude to the both of us my husband as him nicely if there a problem and said he was following us but made it very well known he was and told my husband to shut up and went in the store. This is the second time we had a problem with the stores here in barberton

I love to shop at Big Lots. You just never know what youll find. The food aisles are filled with unique items at a very reasonable price.

The workers were very friendly and helpful I was looking for something and one of the staff members was glad to help me out

Great place with quite a varied selection of snacks and pantry items (international and even gluten free ones!) as well as many stylish and modern home goods for anyone and whatever kind budget. Whenever I drop by, I never spend just ten minutes in here. Theres too much to look at! 🙂

Wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff. Very nice rooms and the breakfast was awesome while still adhering to Covid guidelines. Close to everything we wanted to see. Would definitely recommend to anyone whos visiting the area.

The prices were not on many products which was very frustrating. However I love Big lots and the selection that they have especially for the outdoor/seasonal items.

The nicest looking and most well stocked Big Lots I’ve been to. I find myself coming to this Big Lots instead of Target, Wal-Mart because the items are nicely made but at a good price. Purchased a lot of furniture from this location too and my husband and I are very happy with the items we purchased.

They got a lot of new stuff they remind me of K-Mart if they had more clothes

Shelves were bare, I was looking at a string of outdoor lights and for a 33ft string they had 20 dollars on it. They also had 20.00 dollars on an 11ft strand. Very disappointing. Maybe they are going out of business or something.

The Big Lots I went to in Barberton was great. Prior I tried 2 curbside orders,just a Xmas tree. Both canceled due to out of stock🙄🙄. And guess what the leave a hold on your card 🤬🤬🤬. Curbside is a no go there. Smh

The aisles are too close & cluttered with no maneuverability room. Salespeople lack knowledge about products no longer carried or replaced with another, so youre left searching for common items that the store no longer carries. Item selection is expansive save for laundry detergents & toilet paper options. You cant help but notice how youre being steered to alternative items.

Shopped here May 23 9A R1...am an amputee with chronic bone marrow cancer...the Associate working this morning was Awesome in helping me with a lot of canned goods and other items bagging everything carefully...The workers here are all doing a great job keeping store clean and shelves well stocked and store is very easy to get around in wheelchair.....So Thank You again...your help was greatly Appreciated.

I often run in to Big lots when I need a few things and end up roaming the whole store, the staff is usually very friendly and honestly I’ve been surprised by the organization of the store and the cleanliness. I think they are doing a great job. They also keep a good selection of cute home goods and trendy items.

This Big Lots has great staff, they are friendly and well mannered. The store appears clean and well organized. There is also a furniture section with good selection for such a small footprint. Great prices and wide variety.

They need bigger aisles. Its kinda hard to to get your cart down the aisle especially when they are crowded. They do have some decent prices and good sales.

I always have a positive experience here, I recently bought a couch from them at fair price and dont regret it at all. They are small compared to other stores near by but they have a surprising amount of variety in all sections. I consider it better than most of the discount chains in the area.

Absolutely recommend this store to everyone looking to shop on a budget. The customer service here is usually spot-on, and their selection is exuberant for a cheaper selection store. This is one of the few places where price does not seem to affect quality. however, the one downside for me is that they just recently got rid of their baby section, as a father of a 10 month old this text the likelihood of me visiting the store down to 50%. In fact, the only reason I rated it four stars was because they got rid of the baby section. I suppose this doesnt really reflect an issue with the store itself rather, the company for dropping the baby aisle. This particular store in Barberton has no issues. Normally they are always stocked up, they have a unique product selection (things you wont find virtually anywhere else), and their prices are not outrageous. Highly recommended.
