Best place ever personal caring owner. Service is outstanding my parents would purchase all their hardware and paint here. I stopped to help a friend who needed a new lock for their gate. The service was prompt and excellent as usual much better than the big box stores where the customer is a number and lost in the masses.

The West End Hardware is the best hardware my dad has ever taken me to. WE went there to see if they had the paint we needed for my school project(we were making a Skee ball game7 long) that was to be used at the school carnival.Not only did they everything we needed Frank the owner said he would donate all that I needed if we brought in some pictures of it to hang in the store.MY dad says when he cant find something at the big stores,Frank always has it or can get it,so he goes there first

I like the place but had to write down hard to find part numbers for plumbing supplies. The big guys tag everything and are better organized. You name it, it is there. You decide. Want organization or an old time hardware store.

I get my softener salt here. They are always very helpful getting it loaded even in the rain.
