I started my dialog with 3R last year when I was considering upgrading my equipment. Paul a.d Ashley were extremely helpful with me and patient as I was shifting my thoughts on a next rig. At the beginning of 2021, I decided to give 3R my business in building a new pressure washing trailer because of my perception of expertise and professionalism they conveyed. The trailer was finished on time exactly how we discussed it. It has been working fantastic so far. I had an issue with a fitting and they took care of it right away. The staff in the show room and the technician are extremely helpful and its enjoyable coming down . This show room has everything you could ever need for a pressure washing business. Very impressive!!

You might be able to save a dollar or two online but you’ll NEVER get the support on the parts and equipment like you do when purchasing from 3R. 3R backs their equipment and helps in a pinch no matter how busy they are. These guys are great! Equipment for the do-it- yourselfer to the professional cleaners. We had a pretty significant situation with our equipment that was in no way the fault of 3R, or ours, and they went out of their way to support us as the customer. I couldn’t believe it. I dropped of my pressure washer on Wednesday then on Thursday they called me to pick it up. The repairs were done. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, I had them upgrade a part on my machine. It cost less for them to upgrade it, than if I would have had it put on when I bought it from SWP.That was the fastest turn around for a repair I have ever had anywhere.Thanks 3R.Russ
