Great place--EXTREMELY easy to deal with. I wanted a particular high-end Ferris zero turn with the super Kawasaki engine. Not only did they have it in stock but they delivered it to me 2 hours after I made the deal. I talked to Jim Reeves on the phone and the price he quoted was the dynamite Internet price--at least $1,000 less than what one would expect. No games, no upgrades, no delivery charge---just the great price and sales tax. I had called other places the same morning--one place did not have the advertised unit we sold it a week ago and tried to sell me a unit with a lower quality engine from another engine manufacturer. When I refused that one they suggested a unit with another, not Kawasaki, engine and for about $2,000 more than I paid GSA. They then wanted to sell me a less expensive model which I also refused. Although the unit I bought to replace another commercial unit will be used only for my own large acreage, I knew that a lesser unit would not be satisfactory. Im a former rental store owner and know a thing or three about engine quality, equipment quality and sales & service quality. Dont waste your time checking other dealers; call GSA first, get the machine you need, get an outstanding price up front and enjoy your sales and delivery experience.

Great company, stick to their word. We bought a brand new Exmark zero turn for our tree farm and when it broke with about 60 hours of use on it the team at GSA let us borrow one of their demo mowers so we can keep up with the work at our farm. Came and picked up the very next day and dropped off the demo. Worked with Jim but the entire office is great and very helpful. We will continue to purchase mowers from GSA.

From start to finish, even the return calls, seemed top priority... The delivery with Austin, in a rain storm, was no exception either as he took the time to help me get my mower loaded and familiarize me with my purchase ... They were more than happy to take our trade ins and sell us a mower that had replacement parts. My mower lasted 2 weeks before breaking. I put another $200 into fixing it and something else broke. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. NEVER SHOP HERE.I was never offered a warranty and was told “this mower has run very well and never had any issues” the timing of returning the equipment has never been the issue. It’s the fact that they are willing to sell poorly used equipment at premium prices. When they refused to take back a mower that was faulty, I demanded there be a refund and an attorney has been contacted.

Bought a mower for 3000 took it in for repairs several weeks later for a deck pulley issue. After they fixed it the maintenance guys ran away before I started it and it broke again. So at that point I had to go back inside get them to get them back out to fix it right. The mower would shut off randomly and throw belts. In the end I tried to trade it back it but was only offered 600. Not saying I didnt know what I was getting but just fyi.

I have bought multiple mowers from gsa. Never againThe first mower I purchased was a used John deer zero turn. I mowed 6 customers and then the oil dropped out the bottom of the engine. I paid $3,500 for the mower. They wouldn’t give me a refund but would give me credit on a new Wright 52in sit down. I liked the idea of a new mower anyways. So I did it. Well the second day running the new mower. I turned it off to take a break and the mower wouldn’t turn back on. Charging system was bad. They cut and spliced wires to fix that issue. A few months later one of the spindles went bad and they said that was warranty work. They did the work and returned the mower. Well they didn’t tighten the bolts down and the center blade rattled loose. Returned it again to be fixed. When they returned it the second time. Their mechanic damages my pulley covers and those had to be replaced. The following year I wanted to buy a second mower as my company was growing. I purchased a “great mower” as they described. I did a trade and the rest on my credit card. It was a used John deer. Got the mower on the trailer. Tried to use it On a yard and it wouldn’t start. Called and they said no refunds and it’s $90 per hour to work on it. I called my bank and stopped payment. They called and said I owed money on the mower. I told them it was junk and I wasn’t paying for it. I wanted my trade back and cancel that deal. After 2 days. They gave me my walk behind back and I gave them that mower back. Now I just purchased a brand new 52 Wright stander from them. First time mowing with it. The center blade just fell out the bottom. I took it in and Dan said that it wasn’t my fault. That maybe the manufacturer just didn’t tighten the bolt. Ok I am fine with that. But while their other mechanic was putting the blade back on. I asked if there was supposed to be a spacer in between the cylinder and the cutting blade. He said no. I took his word for it. He’s a mechanic right. I brought up the fact that when I was mowing that the machine kept trying to shut off due to the safety switch. Their fix was to zip tie the sensor shut to eliminate the cut off issue. Well 2 days later I am changing my blades and the other two have spacers and the blade he put on doesn’t. I called and they said they would have to order it for me. This week I went in to pick up another set of blades and the washer. They sold me blades for a John deer. Awesome. I took my mower to another shop. It only has 26hrs on it. The engine isn’t idling correctly, the right belt pulley is loose and wobbling. And when I try to change the blades the center shaft spins with the bolt so I can’t change the blades. I took my mower to another Wright dealer and they just shook their heads. Told me they will go thru the whole mower and fix what needs to be fixed. After speaking with the Wright manufacturing. They apologized for the issues and told me that all their dealers have a checklist to go thru before selling their mowers. Gsa doesn’t stand behind anything they sell. I called numerous times asking to speak with Adam the owner. I was told that Adam hired him to deal with complaints. Horrible customer service. That mower cost roughly $7,000. Adam can’t call his customers back? The money hits his account and it’s whatever after that. Look at all the google reviews before doing business with this location. One last thing. They have no certified mechanic working there. There was two people certified. One just recently left and the other left over a year ago. Do your your research before purchasing anything!!

I was moving from my parents and had a plenty of stuff to take to the new apartment. I was really afraid of the price.Ive packed most of the things myself, but there was a problem with a large piano. Helpers offered me partial packing - they only finished things I couldnt manage myself, so the price was lower. Movers brought their own boxes,tape, and even a dolly, so I didnt need to care about it. nothing to say about a fair price and full insurance coverage - you are the best, thanks a lot.

I drove 4 hours to get there thinking I was getting a good mower, paid $4800 for a 661r with 390 hours, first job I put it on it through the belt off, brought it to a John Deere dealer & turns out it needs $800 in parts, two pulleys, belt, 2 spindles. This place obviously sells JUNK. Not buying from them again. Also looks like the mower has been spray painted, not saying they painted on it to make it look better to help it sell but that’s what it looks like to me.

Just bought my first Zero turn from GSA. Happy with the purchase. Yes it needs some things, but its a used mower. I paid a fair price for a used mower that was probably traded in from a commercial lawn care business. It does exactly what they advertised. It starts and runs, it cuts grass. If i want it to do more, its on me. If your looking for a USED mower that performs like a new mower, nobody sells those. Because there new mowers. I asked a ton of questions and kept them on the phone for quite some time and they never seemed eager to get off the phone with me. Thats a plus in my book. If i ever need to buy another mower i will not hesitate to call them again.

Bought a new Scag Vride 2 and I love it. Also bought a used Scag zero turn that I got 4 hours out of and started having problems with it not staying running. Called GSA told them what was going on and they had me try a few different things that didnt work. So we drive over 2 hours to drop it off 2 weeks ago and havent heard from them. So I called to find out nothing has been done to it yet. So Ive paid them $4500 for a mower that Ive used for 4 hours. Yes it was used but you think they would want to make it right in a timely manner so I could get it back. Still wondering if Im going to have to pay for the repairs? Hope I can change this rating after I find out whats going on.

I purchased a mower under warrenty and gsa will not cover the warrenty for repairs. They had the nurve to offer a used mower price (SCAM) of nearly $3000 less then purchase price for a mower i havnt even been able to use but 3 or 4 times because they sold a damaged mower. The engine backfires and surges. This store is a rip off who selfishly only cares about money and not the customers needs. Do not make the same mistake i made. Theres alot of good dealers out there.

I looked at so many mowers online. Once I stumbled upon GSA i knew i had found a good place to go check out. I spoke with Adam and Joe many times before and after my visit there. I purchased an Exmark in good condition, and they gave me a great trade in value on my John deere. I drove about 53 miles to visit this store and it was absolutely worth my time. Zero pressure to buy anything. Everyone was respectful and honest with me through the entire experience. They even delivered my new purchase for free, because it would not fit in my small trailer. The man who delivered it was on time, and very polite he even insisted that he would show me anything I wanted to know about the new mower! I will absolutely be back to see these guys again!!! We stopped in on Saturday to look at a used mower we were interested in. After explaining our difficult to mow yard we were shown 3 different mowers all about the same price range. All of our questions were answered on the spot. We were not directed to buy a more expensive machine. We left and were not pressured to make a decision on the spot. We left to think things over and ended up returning a little while later and purchased a used John Deere 345. It is being delivered today. Easy to deal with and no pressure salesmen! Communication was great from the very first call, returned my calls and texts and questions. Then when I went to the store Tim had me hands on try out and explain pros and cons on multiple units, and really did take his time with me, and answered every question with legitimate knowledge and experiance. I word it that way because he didnt care what he sold me and wasnt pushing anything based on price, he truly wanted to help and make sure we got the right unit for us. Then all said and done he even gave us a great price and allowed me to move a deposit I had on one unit to a different unit, even though I fully understood that deposit was non refundable and he held the unit for me. Its nice to walk out of a big purchase and feel great about it. I will definitely do business here again.

Just purchased a new Ferris 42 zero turn and the entire transaction from start to delivery was great! The staff were very helpful, not pushy and answered any and all questions that i had. When they found i could not fit the mower in my truck i was given free delivery! And I live an hour away! I purchased on a Saturday and they were at my house by 9:30 am on Monday morning! Again answered all questions i had. All very professional and patient! I also had called Monday morning about a different issue and when the phone was answered my salesman answered...Hi Kim!. I cant say enough what a breath of fresh air it is to have such great service! I had my doubts when I went there but definitely will be recommending anyone shopping for a mower to go here!

Hubby and I were at an auction to buy a mower. We started chatting with Adam while there. We bought a mower and were trying to figure out how to get it home without a truck and trailer. Called Uhaul and the rental company to no avail.We approached Adam about delivering it for us. Solid place if you’re buying any used equipment for parts. Other than that it’s a junk yard with financing options. $500 in parts already for one of their used zero turns, only $500 more to go after blowing $3500 on junk. Be cautious when looking here. They don’t service any of their equipment either - words out of the salesman’s mouth.

Ill give this company one good note. Theyre quick to sell. The bad note: maybe it was just my Scag Turf Tiger 61 inch cut zero turn, but I was very disappointed in the service aspect of how my zero turn was upon delivery. Ill provide you a list of the things I found wrong with my scag as service goes.1. One drive tire was completely flat upon delivery.2. My scag hadnt been greased anywhere.3. I found 1 spindle with bearings starting to go bad, and all three needed greased badly.4. I found the motor oil to be a light milky brown color that resembles moisture in the oil.5. Hydro oil and filter have never been changed and hydro oil was very dirty.6. Idler pulley on deck was loose because it was installed improperly.7. Air filter was dirty (outer filter) and fuel filter was old.8. Spark plugs needed changed.9. Operators seat adjustment forward and back was jammed up from dirt.10. Cutter deck gearbox oil was dirty and needed changed.11. Whether I bought a new scag or used, its a plus when you get your equipment with a full tank of fuel. I only had maybe a 1/4 tank full.12. This aint a biggie, but obviously someone there cant read an hour meter correctly. It was listed when sold having 568 hours when it actually had 528 hours, which was a plus for me.13. Found cutter deck tensioner arm improperly mounted and loose. Bearing on idler arm had to be replaced due to it being broken.For a so called certified dealer to overlook all these service checks tells me theyre only interested in quick turnover on used products. A quick visual, maybe some fluid level checks and a quick bath and boom, get it out the door. Thats pathetic. Thankfully Im a mechanic by trade and can service and repair my own equipment. Im glad theres nothing major wrong with it, otherwise I would have returned it and gone elsewhere. Maybe you had a lazy mechanic doing the service check on my machine, I dont know, but I was very displeased with your so called service. You couldnt pay me to have my equipment serviced at GSA equipment. But thats the way it goes sometimes. People claim a high stance in integrity and then you get what I got and it makes me stand where Ive always stood. Dont trust anyone if you yourself are mechanically inclined. Always check you stuff whether new or used. Glad to have machine, not so glad I had to put another 450$ or so into it to bring it up to par.

I had a 2008 Simplicity Chamipon zero turn mower and was ready for something bigger/better/faster. I went to the local Simplicity dealer and one in Medina and was sorely disappointed with the service, knowledge and prices I was quoted....and I LOVE to buy local. Eventually I started looking at Ferris mowers (sister company of Simplicity) and that took me to GSA Equipment in Barberton, Oh. I worked with Tim (store manager I think) and he was awesome. Tons of knowledge and education. I ended up buying a Scag Tiger Cat II based on Tim’s advice (and an awesome deal)... I could not be happier. I just used it for the first time and I am knocked out. I will not go anywhere but GSA for power equipment purchases or service. Highest possible recommendation.

I want to start by saying I am a REAL customer of GSA . I am a little upset with the customer service. I purchased a used zero turn mower from them and when i purchased it they needed to install a spindle and pulley, with the needed repair i was unable to operate the cutting blades. The first time i took the mower out to use it pieces of rubber started shooting out from the cutting deck. I checked underneath and found the belt entangled and stuck underneath the pulley. I called in to schedule service, they picked my mower up 3 days later. I called in to check on the progress and was informed they had not even looked at it. Guess since I already paid Im not as important. If they would have delivered the mower in working condition we wouldnt be in this conversation. One would think they would have checked it out before they delivered it.Update- just got a threatening phone call from the owner, told me if I took my review down he could have my mower done in a week, if not it would be 6 weeks.WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYSUpdate, took my mower to a reputable repair shop to have it repaired and looked over. As it turns our it had a bent blade and one blade was missing completely. This was in addition to the already known issues listed above. Everything about GSA EQUIPMENT is a complete fraud. This business will tell you anything to rip you off. BUYER BEWARE THIS PLACE IS SKETCHY AT BEST!Update, owner posted on how we could remedy the situation they created and I put some thought into it today. After my purchase it cost me close to an additional $800 to make my mower usable. Other than closing the doors and going out of business I find it difficult to remedy this situation.

Exorbitant prices for their servicing.To have a drive belt, deck belt, and two blades replaced, they charged over $400, and their hourly rate exceeds master technicians in the automotive world.I gave my mother my old tractor since she needed a riding mower as she ages, but since it hadnt been used in years it needed a little TLC. It was a $1,200 tractor to begin with, so $400 for belts and blades is absolutely ludicrous. When I found how much she paid, I wish I had just done the work myself or purchased a used tractor online for her.They also accidentally forgot to order parts and it took an exceptionally long time to have the service completed.That said, the quality of the work performed seems ok, and with how long it took for the repair, they must have lots of customers...and you know what they say about supply and demand.Personally, I wont be going there for any future service, but I dont think it will hurt their business

My husband and I recently bought a used mower from this guy . He sold us on what he said was the best in the store . It ran great ! Until we got home . We called and called and called and he wouldnt return our call . He obviously knew he ripped us off . We took the mower to another shop and they told us the mower wasnt even worth fixing . We thought maybe this other company was trying to just sell us on another mower so we took it to another shop and was told aside from it not being worth fixing it was also dangerous . NOW. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Got a nice used zero turn here and they do maintenance, so I have that piece of mind.EDIT: a month after I bought my mower they wanted $170 to level the deck, something that (1) takes about 10 minutes for a lawn mower repair company and (2) they should have done before settling it.

So far, my review of this place is not good. I am going on day 24 for a chainsaw repair. Mind you, I was told they were 2 weeks back, understandable given the time of year. This is almost the 4th week now which doesnt make any sense.

Called GSA Equipment last Saturday and went there the same day to see their new and used zero turn mowers. I met with Adam personally. He showed me his entire inventory and then he gave me a great price on a new SCAG Tiger Cat 2. I already went to two other SCAG dealers the day before so I knew that Adam was taking good care of me. The new mower came in on Tuesday and I just picked it up 3 days ago. Tim the General Manager did the paperwork and drove the new rig on my trailer. I wasnt so lucky, They wanted 175.00 to fix a small garden cultivator. I bought a new one at Home Depot for 174.00. They also wanted 45.00 for me to get it back. I told them to keep it. What a rip off! They wont be seeing me anymore.

Adam was informative, friendly and professional all through the whole buying process. He wasnt pushy, didnt try and up sell me. I told him what I was interested in and he made sure I was comfortable with my decision. Adam was very punctual!I cannot yet really give a great review of the Zero turn I bought since its winter. What I can say is that it looks and sounds good, the motor was clean and by that I mean the oil had a good look and feel, the air filter was clean, hydros seem to be pretty good, no breaks in any welds, bushings and bearings are in good shape. Overall I feel the condition of the ZTR is great. I have looked before at used and they always seem to be high on price, and needing maintenance.In my opinion Adam is a courteous professional selling a great product.

Recently purchased an Exmark lazer z 60 inch s-series. Everyone was very friendly and I was happy with the purchase price and the trade in price of my old unit. I was a little upset with the assortment of mowers available being run down units. The unit I purchased seemed to be the cleanest Exmark unit they had. I brought it home changed the engine oil and filter due to the oil being extremely dirty. I changed the hydraulic filters and oil also being extremely dirty with metal shavings in it. I understand that these are used units, but they could at least have them serviced for the next owner so they can be ready to work. I would buy another mower from them I would just have to look the next one over better.

Walked in and gave them what I was looking for and the price I wanted to stay around. Half hour later I had a new zero turn mower with a 7 year warranty and 0% APR for the life of the loan. And the mower is getting dropped off for free tomorrow. Does not get much better than that 👍👍👍

I bought 2 cheetahs and 1 Vride from these guys. Very easy to deal with . Just a quick phone call and bam your good to go when do you went to pick up or meet. They even went the extra / out of the way to deliver the one mower to fit my schedule as I had a issue come up with my father. There were plenty of Scag dealers closer to me I could of delt with but these guys made everything so simple and easy that I’ll continue to buy from them and ask them to locate used mowers in the feature also.
