I will caveat this place is probably excellent if you are a professional with larger jobs. However, if you’re a normal person looking to get a simple amp repair, you are irrelevant. Took my son’s amp in for a simple repair and was told it would take 3-4 weeks to get it to the bench and they would call with an estimate. 6 weeks later we called and they said they would call in 3-5 business days but after 2 weeks, no calls. I left a message i would like to pick it up and they called back said I could pick it up. They were polite and professional. I’m sure they’re great if they ever get to work on your equipment. So after 8 weeks, no repair, just the inconvenience of dropping off and picking up. A good shop is only good for you if you are relevant.

These guys work on everything and do a phenomenal job. Bench times are long because they get all the serious work for hundreds of miles. Top notch service.

Fixed my krk 10s2 sub perfectly. And before that they fixed my mackiefx12 mixer. Highly recommend.

They do great work. However, they are not very customer service oriented or very professional. They misquoted the time frame that it would take to bench my gear (quoted 2-3 weeks/they did not get to it until 5+ weeks) and they misquoted the price by $20 for what it would take to repair my gear. I get it that things happen that may change estimates but they need to have open lines of communication with customers.
