Very,helpful so far. Gave me a price on installing my old stereo in my 2003 nissan altima. 50.00 dollarscheaper,than anyone else. Purchased some 12in subs and amp. Cant wait till install day. Pick my car, sounded awesome. But all the sudden amp problems. Call Mr.Music, and they said bring it back. They went the distance. Had a problem with my battery terminal. They fixed it. The amp had, some issues, so I get a call, they replaced the amp with a new one. Its sounds awesome. Very awesome customer service and installation If your looking for any sound these guys got you covered.

While the store has good quality products, it seems the inventory is too expensive even for average class consumers. I had gone to the store to get a quote on a new car stereo system which consisted of two tweeters, a subwoofer, an amp, and a stereo head piece while all of them being their cheaper products, the total came to be about 1500 dollars most of it being labor cost. A couple months later after deciding to just get cheaper products and do the system myself (for less than a quarter of the price for the same quality system) I went to get a wiring harness for my stereo wires and the guy at the front counter seemed to care more about getting my money than helping me and placed a 70 dollar wiring harness saying that it was pretty much the only product in bardstown that would be compatible with my system, and when I asked for suggestions he kept INSISTING that I buy his product. Doing further research I found out I could get the same quality product for merely 15 bucks online. Not only was this person trying to get into my wallet but he was also quite rude about it, talking to me like I had absolutely no idea what I was talking about and having rude body language and facial expressions(which i think Is ironic because i could see the disrespect through his facemask).In conclusion i rate this place 1 star because the customer service is very poor, the products are too expensive, and I personally had a very bad experience there.If you have 2000 dollars to waste and know more about stereo systems than the guys that are working there, I think this place is better suited for you, otherwise if you are an average or beginner consumer and want to be talked to like you are an idiot, I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

I had a problem with my new radio pairing with my phone he ordered a new radio exactly like the one he put in my truck to make sure that it wasnt the radio. He found the problem in no time. It was a great feeling knowing that the problem was fixed without any extra charge. I highly recommend Mr. Music to anyone.
