This place would earn a lot more rating from me if they had a few more cashiers. I understand that were going through a pandemic right now but only having two cashiers all day is a little ridiculous. Three or even four would cut down a lot on the times that people would have to save if people were grocery shopping and didnt even like doing self checkout. Carts are always in the parking lot despite having four to six people in the parking lot doing just carts...

The employees were great esp Chas at the front registers. Thank you for your hospitality.

The employees back in the auto center went above and beyond helping me find out what was wrong with my car and get me what I needed to fix it. I’m very thankful for such good workers! One was named Richard and another nice lady I can’t remember her name also helped us! Thank you too the both of ya!

Everything is extremely clean here bathrooms the floors everything and its so nice people here in Kentucky

Although things were set up differently it was a nice clean store. However, everyone seemed a little snooty and not very friendly.

If the store is having you work in a department you should know something about what goes on in that department. Specifically if you work in the auto center you should know some stuff about cars. You should definitely know how to read the book to look up parts

Better then most Walmart stores with employees and friendliness. Products are always new and upcoming. Love that the people who work there are always willing to go the extra mile!

Experience couldve been a lil better if more check out lanes were open. Lines are always long even in self checkout cause usally thats all thats open beside 1 other lane which is the lane you get tobacco products at. They have all these lanes that are closed I think once the lines have more than 6 more people waiting at them they should call other workers to the registers that are closed & open few up they have plenty of workers around in there other than that everything was great

We found this store very organized and friendly. Great prices on items we needed. Will go back for sure. Us free popcorn!!

I got here at noon at the auto center to change a tire using my road hazard warranty. I am still here at 2pm. They just now got my car lifted. With only 2 customers and 6 mechanics, they managed to service another vehicle before mine in which got here 30 minutes after me. I have never spent 2+ hours to get a tire chsnge- even during busy hours. Will not be coming back to this location for tire troubles. Now, i will continue to wait while they stand around and talk.

I mean, its friggin Wal-Mart, the penitentiary of shopping experiences. Its a standard issue place... Overly busy store that is understaffed, no one employed there is in a good mood, self checkout open but only two lanes out of the 50 are actually open for people really doing their weekly shopping. The people that are manning the registers can barely life up a 12 pack of sodas or a two liter bottle to scan, which is almost soul crushing to say the least. I mean, if you want to breathe in humanity at its absolute worst, by all means, come take a tour of this establishment. You dont even have to visit this location, they are everywhere.

Clean store. Clean restrooms. Always good tunes playing to greet you at the front doors.

Walmart has been my go-to place ever since Covid. I find myself getting better deals here moreso than their competitors.

The management there likes to follow me around like Im a thief or something. I never stole anything In my life. When I do need some assistance, ie personal care product, I waited 20 minutes and no help. I left with nothing, paid for or otherwise. I wont return.

9:30pm on a Monday best time to go hardly anyone there its like you have the place to yourself

One of the cleanest Walmarts that Ive been in, in a while. The selection of what I needed from the food section I was able to find with ease.I was unable to locate the charging cord that I needed as a replacement for my phone. There was only one visible worker in electronics and there was 7 people in line, so I moved on.

Pre- pandemic 9 times out of 10 will not answer the phone, during pandemic 10 times out of 10 will not answer the phone.

Literally the worst customer service! Theres one good worker and she works at customer service during the morning but if you get any other representative theyre rude, theyre very nasty and they have no issue belittling you in front of other customers and or workers. Very shifty attitudes

Awful awful place. Just don’t go, I promise. Try Danville or Lebanon unless you want the staff talking about you every time you step away. Probably will get sick here too

Always out of alot of my usual items, lines are ridiculously long no matter what time of day. They should just make all of their check outs self-serve rather than keep them closed.

Was visiting family from out of town and I forgotten to pack a few.personal times when I was packing for this trip so I took my phone and said hay Google wheres the closest Walmart form my location and there it was on Google maps for me.was able to get there a get what I forgotten and a few other things to one of the cashiers I wish I asked her name I give her a mention but I didnt think I would be giving a review anyway as I was walking by the check out counters she was able to direct me in the direction of servile of the items I was looking for which was help ful since I wasnt familiar to the lay out of this Walmart as well as I am with the one back home. It was a bigger store then the one back home so I took my time and shopped around cause it had different things then what the store i use back home .so needless to say I was able to pickup on a few things that caught my eye .next time Im in the area Ill definitely stop in.

Called Walmart first time and got hung up on I called back and they did put me through to hardware been on the phone for an hour and still no one has answered the phone in hardware customer service on the phone sucks!! I wouldnt even give one star but it wouldnt let me post this if I didnt hit one star

Visited the abound banking service inside walmart. The teller was very attentive and customer service oriented. The store entrance itself was very clean amd neat and the greeter was smiling and saying hello to everyone who entered. All in all this is the best walmart ive visited .

As the closest Walmart Center, I do stop in from time to time. Just what you expect to find. When I need quite a few items, and am really tired, I dont want to use the self checkout, as its more of a hassle to scan each item. I wish they had more check-out lines open. They expect you to do the scanning. Isnt this what you pay for?

Its a walmart what do expect? Customers waiting in a self checkout line you do the work of the cashiers that are not staffing the registers.

The last time I shopped, my sugar level dropped. I got very light headed and the employee in the self checkout helped me out to my truck. I didnt get his name, but I was very grateful for his help.

I dont know why they added the cattle gates to the entrance but it makes you feel like they assume everyone is there to steal and it is just one of a many things that Walmart does to let you know they are a large corporation with little regard for people other than turning volume through the store. A shopping experience designed to insult. They do offer curbside though, which is nice.

I understand the employee shortage but open more lines, theres workers literally walking around doing nothing. I worked at Walmart for 3 years... cross train people for crying out loud.

Went 30 miles one way out of my way for something that was not in store that it said it was now I have to do the same tomorrow so thats 120 miles for one item that was supposed to have been there so Im not very happy

Easy to get diesel fuel in my 36 foot motorhome. We frequently fill up there.53 gallons today.

Had at appointment at1 p got there at 12;45pTook them over 2 hrs to change 4 tries and balance them i wont be back if I was u stay clear of this shop I never had it take over 2 hours to change and balance tries in my life

The girl at the electronics counter was very helpful. Guests were backed up because she was the only person back there in the department, but she handled everything very well and professionally. Thanks again for your help with my item.

Always fairly busy. They have a fairly ok selection but other Walmarts have quite a bit more.

As far as Wal Marts go, this is one of the nicer/cleaner ones that I have been to. Mask are required and I appreciate that. The store was not too busy and the layout was satisfactory.

I have no problem with the store, but when I came out of the store my car was covered with grass from a weedeater by their lawn company. Called the manager to let him know. He just said okay and hung up.

I waited in line 30 minutes in the auto center behind ONE person, then when they were done the old man behind the counter just walked off without helping me.

The store was out of a lot of stuff and had put in new cold storage system and they were not stocked back up yet!

Good prices, but in grocery dept. They never carry same items. You get used to some items and then you never see it again. Sometimes might be 6or8 months before you see it again, if ever.

Walmart it self is not bad. But from what I can gather, its like any other slap Walmart. 85% of the people shopping have no sense of awareness of their surroundings. Lines are usually long especially for the self checkout. Not much movement of the product makes it easier to find.

Found everything I needed, only 2 lanes open and 1 end of self checkout on. After a huge back up & 30 mins later mgr turned the other self end on.

Received my covid vaccines. Both times I had great service by the pharmacy staff

Employees never know what isle anything is in unless you ask the manager. And even then it takes almost an hour for them to get to where you are. No one is ever in the jewelry section at all. Sometimes you can find opened food laying around on the shelves. People that rotate stock leave boxes around. The food bar is unsanitary along with the nasty Subway. The eye clinics doctor is never there so you cant get an eye exam. The toy isles rarely get rotated. People leave stuff in random places.

Just ran in and out but its always super busy and they always seem short staffed.

Horrible checkout. Only 1 lane open so i moved down to self checkout, which I hate, and she said she was closing it. I said really. The checkout line was very long and I waited about 10 minutes and did not move. So i left. As I walked past the self checkout it was still open with people going through line. I said something and she got smart and said it was closed. But she was still letting some people through.

Just another walmart nothing special about it customer service varies bathrooms are always and have always been absolutely filthy.

Checking out at Walmart is absolutely pathetic!! Only one checkout lane was open with 11 customers waiting to be checked out! After 30 minutes of waiting, I finally went to the self checkout, which I should not have been forced to do. I had a heavy tv and other big purchases which I should not have had to handle nor bag. Walmart has poor customer service including not having any staff available to help throughout the store. So I called the office while I waited in line to complain, and no one ever answered the phone!! I will order online from now on, and not from Walmart. If I go to a department store, it will be Target, where customer service is way better, and there are staff to check you out. Most likely no one wants to work at Walmart because they treat their employees badly, don’t pay well and don’t provide decent benefits.
