Walk up window takes the place of walk in ordering. Wait for our ice cream took quite awhile but server was nice and attentive. Ice cream good as always!

Great ladies who work up there, always friendly and polite, can take a minute to get everything when busy normally super fast, but think that has more to with being drivethru only, so not holding them accountable over that with all the regulation changes because of the covid. Ice-cream and shakes are always delicious and so are their Ice-cream cakes and polar pizzas, my kids now always choose those for their birthday desserts.

No indoor seating, order at drive thru or window. Great ice cream, generous scoops. Need more tables outside to be 5 star

Only 2 stars because they are consistently out of something. Today they are out of banana boats and they are “low” On vanilla ice cream and cannot do a milkshake?

Good place and love the ice cream but if they’re going to insist on keeping it drive thru only then the menu needs to be updated. You can’t tell what flavors they have and there are products on the menu they no longer serve.

Way better than the “homemade ice cream parlor” across town. Better service and better location not to mention the flavors are consistent and you won’t have to deal with the white haired devil at the other place.

They really need to get the drive thru menu fixed. Need lights and cameras in the drive thru for workers safety. Maybe that can help the drive thru move along faster.

Their hot fudge Sundae was so good. Beat Mc Donalds hands down!

Always a treat for my son and I.. and the chick thats usually working there is good vibes all around. This is a great place, it is old af (been there since I was a child, Im 34 now) but its surprisingly fresh and clean on the inside still to this day, its been well-maintained and ran all this time! 5 Stars for its greatness and for being so sweet to my baby boy. 💗🍨🍦🍧💗

They have had a cooler not working for about 6 weeks now and therefore they dont have all the flavors and have asked when they are going to get it working again and they keep saying they dont know. I stopped last Sunday afternoon and didnt have the flavors we were wanting. Unhappy customer

Got two banana splits in a round bowl for 15.00 and it was so hard to eat .and not alot of syrup. Sad...

Not a good experience, I waited in the drive through for nearly 30 minutes. The girl taking the order took her mask off while making my order, the other girl didn’t even have a mask and appeared to be doing her nightly chores rather than helping with the long drive thru line. Neither were wearing gloves. I ordered a sundae, and it had so much hot fudge/Caramel the ice cream was 90% melted after driving 2 miles. Needless to say, I’ll find i e cream somewhere else.

Im absolutely disgusted by this baskin Robins I went with my family to get icecream through the drive through and the lady wasnt wearing a mask and was touching her face and nose and handing food out the window. I couldnt even eat my icecream . Im very ma .

The people were super nice and have a vast variety of ice cream. The drive thru menu could have a list of their ice cream but either way they have no problem telling you what they have.

Drove 30 min to get to the store that says it is open until 10pm. Got there at 9pm only to be met at the door and told they are closed. Call before you go to make sure you dont waste your time.

I had a run-in with the store manager or owner yesterday morning. She was downright ugly and nasty to me even though I only went there to purchase ice cream. Ill never go back there ever again. She is your typical small town racist. Why B&R would hire people like that, Ill never know. My love for B&R ice cream suddenly melted away. What a witch! Stay away from that store, people!!!!!

Only around 15 flavors... underwhelming choices. All of them have chocolate, chocolate icecream, or nuts. Basic flavors.

I door-dashed my order. My ice cream was supposed to have 3 toppings on it and NONE were on it. It was also the wrong ice cream. My friend also had NO TOPPINGS ON IT; it was supposed to have 2. I am so disappointed. I wish people would do their jobs right. I’m done with this place. - karen

Do not go here. Went last night they closed the lobby at 6 the store closes at 10.. drive thru was open so we decided to go through there. Lady slammed the window in my face I told her you guys don’t close until 10 she said well we closed because our ac is out.. ok but yet you can serve the people in front of us but not serve us? How does that work so I asked for the supervisors number she then said she would serve me .. already irritated I said no we will just leave we don’t want spit in our ice cream.. horrible customer service.. the lady then came out in the parking lot with her shirt up so so so trashy telling everyone else that they won’t serve them. This is not how you run a business.. another couple said calling a manager will not work plenty of people have done so and nothing changes so apparently this isn’t the first time. Save your money go somewhere else. This was not our first bad experience unfortunately tomorrow corporate will be getting a call.

Tasty! Baskin-Robbins is one of my favorites. No soft serve for me! I like chunky and delicious! Great location. If the weather is nice, get it to go and walk around the beautiful area.

My son loves the icecream. They are always friendly and will offer samples of any flavor you want to try.

Good Ive cream but its the slowest service in town. I gave up on the drive thru after being ignored for five minutes and drove around and parked. The good flavors that kids like were sold out and they were restocking. They refused to sell the freshly stocked ice cream because it was too frozen.

Dakota was very nice and extremely helpful. He was very talkative along with the rest of the staff. It was very clean and while busy, very much under control.

They did a great job getting our group of 16 in and out with the ice cream we wanted. Friendly service and the ice cream was great. The Caramel Praline Cheesecake was amazing!

Beautiful location. Ok service but the did not have the world class chocolate flavor. The location in Danville has it so thats the one Ill be going to from now on.

The drive-in window works part time. The rear of the building, especially around the drive-in window, is NASTY. Service is slower than slow. Apparently some of the help is not pulling their own load. Not enough help. The ice cream products are very good if you can put up with all the negatives. The menu often does not have all of the items listed.
