He’s just the best!! I called to ask about setting up an appointment to fix the spring on my garage door and in less than an hour, he was there, fixed it and left. I’ll never go anywhere else and he has my recommendation 100%. You don’t usually get customer service from a company like that and he stands out!

Called to get garage door openers installed at my business installed them fast very clean and serviced the rest of my older doors that needed s ok me TLC super busy man but took time to fit me in cause he knew my business needed the openers installed asap. Steve of Bardstown Garage Doors is the best at installing and repairing garage doors. He replaced my garage doors and installed quality garage door openers for me and I am well pleased with his work ethic and his professionalism. I recommend him highly.

If 0 stars were an option that is what Id give. They made an 8am appt but never showed. I called 3 times and texted twice but he never answered. He never called back later either. I missed a previously scheduled appt waiting for him to show up! Not the way to do business!!

Spoke to on 5/26, said would meassure, no call, no show.Left vmail following week to see if he came by to meassure, asked him to call me. Did not.Final vmail left 6/18. If he remedies Ill upgrade rating based on resolution. But 4 weeks & 3 contacts not looking good.Update:Steve called 6/20, explained he had called & left message for me. Apologetic & even said he may have left message at wrong number. It could have easily been a tech issue on my end. I have updated rating to 4 star. If we get door from him Ill update based on whole process.

Garage door repair as expected. Shattered the light cover, he told me he would replace it. Never did!!!. Couldnt even get a return call.
