I asked CSA Amera for help finding the nearest walgreens and she called my a very mean word. Apparently I was already in the nearest Walgreens. I should not have partied that hard the night before.

They accepted my prescription order from the doctors office, when I showed up to fill my order, they said that they dont have that medication on hand, then offered me a different version of that medication, and them refused to sell it to me because they needed a new prescription.If you dont have a product on hand dont accept and order for said product, and than off a different version and then still refuse to sell them what you yourself offered tham

Never answer the phone, tried to call twice today. I really dont have the time to wait for an hour or more to fill prescriptions

I have always had a great shopping experience at this Rite Aid location. I get so many great deals from this store that I would never stop going here. The employees are very nice and eager to help if you need. I also feel very safe going to this location as they have a security guard and it just makes me feel safe while filling prescriptions, shopping, etc...Its so nice to know that Im safe while in this store.

Explain to me why I need an ID to buy Mucinex? There’s Absolutely no law requiring an ID to buy mucinex. Why would your cashier start ID and everybody for this? It’s an abuse. You shouldn’t be asking for ID unless it’s really necessary it’s a very personal thing. It’s just plain rude. What do I need an ID to buy candy bar? Do you need an ID to buy some potato chips? Do I need an ID to buy some vitamin C? How about ID to buy someNail polish? How about I need to buy vitamin water?

After a morning in the hospital, I stop here with my husband to get a prescription. I was in total excruciating pain, visibly. The line was super long and nobody bothered to let me pass even though I really just needed to order a prescription. On top of that, while I seat in terrible pain, two old men with their voice say that people like me are disgusting, this is not rare aid, trying to make me pass as a drug addict or something, while my infection is not contagious. Again, nobody says anything and me and my pain are waiting forever and getting insulted. Thats not how it should be....

Basically has barly any food now. Was better the way it was before

The pharmacist acted bothered when I asked about cold medication behind the counter. She also made me feel like a drug seeker by asking for the strongest cold medicine possible. Ive been a rite aid customer for years and this is the first store Ive had a poor customer experience at. I will NEVER shop here again!

They are to slow and under staffed and it was better when it was Rite aid

Thank you Rite Aid for all the years of shopping. I will no longer frequent you stores. I dont know how you run your pharmacy but it is anything like your store policies, good luck keeping customers trust. According to your store policy, all your customers are thieves in waiting. All of this over a 4.49 bottle of conditioner mistakenly bought instead of shampoo. Since I didnt have my receipt that is too bad for me. I received 2.22 less than what I bought it for because it was on sale thirty days ago. I understand not wanting to loose money, believe me! BUT your customers are not all thieves. I would have taken a store credit. That wasnt even offered. I went to the shelf after I received my 2.27 return and saw the conditioner was still 4.49! Enjoy that neat little trick.. Thats all right. I hope 2.22 was worth the loss of business from me, my family and friends. We all count every penny. We look to save money when we can. Businesses we frequent understand this and consider that when they have policy in place. Rite aid missed that part of good practice and it will come back on you with a vengeance. CVS will appreciate the frequency with which we shop. Im sure they will be thankful for your shortcomings and shoddy practices.

Great place in the middle of town to get your meds, cards or any last second things you may need like milk.

Slow, rude pharmacist. Every time we call in our childs meds they tell us 2 hours, when we show up 3 hours later the meds havent been filled, the paperwork hasnt been done and nobody knows who answered the phone to get the meds filled, then told thats the way it goes As I stand here and watch the pharmacist behind the counter I see them joking around, thats rite 3 pharmacist standing there, the phone ringing and 5 customers waiting.I have never seen anything like this before in my life. If there was a way to give a half star I would.
