Very kind owner, helped during a difficult time to arrange a memorial for my mother. The finished product is absolutely beautiful and just what I had hoped for. It’s a long process right now, so be patient.

I recently contacted this business and the woman that answered the phone abruptly and angrily said hello ........as I began to introduce myself she cut me off by aggressively asking what do you want.....this caught me off guard and I began to think to myself what kind of business owner, secretary, receptionist speaks this way to a customer?I then realized that I wanted nothing to do with this business or anyone related to this business. I do not like to be treated unkind.Please keep in mind that the person that answers the phone is a direct reflection on your business and the first impression of the kind of work that you do as a company. Its not hard to be nice and respectful NO THANK YOU VERMONT GRANITE WORKS. :(
