We had a protective film put on the front and ceramic coating the rest of our new Grand Cherokee and were super satisfied with everything. Jeff & Kevin are great guys to deal with. I had them do a PPF on the front of my 2012 CTS Coupe (Black Diamond paint). They did such a fantastic job on the PPF so I came back for a ceramic coating. Absolutely beautiful. Fantastic attention to detail. Didnt expect the full interior cleaning, too. Next is to do a full front and full rockers PPF and ceramic on my new C8 that I will be picking up in September.

I have been coming here for couple years now. Mainly to get my windows tinted. Jeff has allways been professional and a real down to earth guy when it comes to customer service. Decided to bring my charger back for a engine bay and exterior detail. Wow kevin did a amazing job with the paint and the wheels. Took them off and even cleaned them from the inside. I had the front end of my brand new super whiz bang sports car covered in paint protection film, had the entire car ceramic coated, and also had Jeff and his crew send out the wheels for black powder coating.It all went flawlessly and was done in a week! I was amazed at the paint appearance, as it looks to me like an auto-show ready automobile now. Definite improvement over what it came from the factory like. Money well spent!!

I waited a few weeks to post my review to see if I had any problems with my tint. I am very happy to say I did not. They did an awesome job on my dream Jeep. The owner and staff are very friendly. Jeff and his team at Auto Image are absolute pros. They put a ceramic window tint on my BMW. Not only does the car look better, but cutting down on the light coming into the car means I dont need to use as much AC; which means I get more range! It was easy to make my appointment, pick out the shade % that I wanted, Drop off the car, and they even stuck around after hours for me to pick it up (Barrington traffic at 6 pm is brutal). Was lucky to come across Auto Image while searching for a place to provide paint protection services for my new car (paint protection film and ceramic coating). I had my Subaru Impreza detailed by Auto Image. It looks amazing! Basically I have a brand new car now! To be honest I was a little intimidated by the photos of the cars on the website, because they are worth about 25x what my little Subaru is worth, but they put as much effort into it as any of the other cars I saw there.

Ive come here a good amount of times over the past 5 years to get window tints and exterior details done on 2 seperate cars.My most recent visit this week was to get my 2018 Golf R tinted and also change the color of my roof to gloss black using STEK paint protection film.To say Jeff and his team are masters at their craft would be an understatement. Jeff never disappoints. First and foremost, the level of customer service is absolutely amazing. Im genuinely impressed with them. I went into the shop to get a full detail. Jeff took a look at my car and told me that it would be overkill and that I should get it cleaned and waxed. What other detail shop does that. He literarily talked me out of spending 2x the amount. There is no upsell, no bs just honest work. You can tell that he truly cares for his customers. This is why I keep coming back to him and his crew.Now the important part the work itself. Theres just one way to describe it consistently above and beyond. Im extremely nitpicky with my car. Jeff and team did an awesome job on my 2019 Tesla Model 3. I know I wanted some protection and wanted to keep the car looking new, but really wasnt sure what I wanted. Jeff took the time to walk me through all the different products (PPF, coatings, tinting, etc.). He asked great questions and made sure he was giving me the best solution for me. I was referred by a co-worker and he suggested that car detailing, etc. is more about the installers than the products and he was right. My experience at Auto Image couldnt have been better. Jeff and Kevin have a super fine attention to detail. I was only home for a short amount of time and asked that they coat my car with Gtechniqs Crystal Serum Ultra. Contacted Jeff, owner of Auto Image to detail, clear bra and ceramic my newly purchased 2013 911 4S. Being from out-of-state and conducting all correspondence via email and phone I was concerned how this request would be handled. Within the first phone call and email I was convinced Auto Image was a great fit for my needs.Over the span of two weeks (I was not in a rush to get the car on the road) several Amazon packages were ordered and placed in my car. Great feedback from Kevin, Gen Mgr and Jamie, the new guy & ASE mechanic was provided on the progress and a few issues were identified and addressed that were missed during the PPI (different company).When I arrived in person the car was about 85% percent done and the Thinkware U1000 dash cam and Cellink NEO Battery were installed exceeding my expectations as I had asked Jeff to identify an installer so I could accomplish this install after their work scope was done. Jamie was assigned the task, unbeknown to me and was a pleasant surprise it was to see a professional and factory look install completed upon my arrival.Within the next two days Rich installed the remaining clear bra, Kevin laid the ceramic and the job was complete. Recently purchased new Camry and want to keep it looking that way.Noting the amazing customer reviews, I contacted Jeff to see if he would be willing to share ideas on how to properly maintain the vehicle. Jeff graciously invited me out and allowed me to pick his brain. When asked if he were me what would be the #1 thing he would do. He recommended a product he didnt even offer. Jeff and his team installed window tint and their top of the line glass paint coating on my brand new car a few weeks ago. Based on a few phone calls and all the other stellar reviews, I thought going with Auto Image would be a no-brainer! Unfortunately, I was wrong and now I wish I would have went somewhere else. The whole thing felt extremely rushed and upon pickup I was provided with little to no information regarding either product. When I got it home that same night I noticed they didnt clean up any of the solution they used for the window tint and it left nasty run marks all over the 4 doors and rear window. Which actually ended up being extremely difficult to get off the plastic!UPDATE: Jeff, the owner, reached out to me afterwards and took the time to make things right. I appreciate the dedication he has for his company.

I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in recently for a Interior detailing and all I can say is that the customer service is great! After my car was trashed by my two pooches they were able to clean her up very Nicely. There was a missed spot here and there but I pointed it out to the owner and they were able to get right on it and do the best they could with the messy situation they were presented. I’ve brought my bmw there also before and they did a spectacular job with that one too.

TL;DR TAKE YOUR CAR HEREAfter speaking with several shops this summer about getting my partial PPF, tints, and a ceramic coat on my Tesla, I ended up choosing to get the work done at Auto Image even though they are an hour away from my house and I am so happy that I did. All the shops I spoke with were extremely reputable and I’m sure that they would have done great work, but it was Jeff that made me choose Auto Image over them even though they were the furthest from my house (1 hour away). I consulted with Jeff about what type of ceramic coat to get and how dark to go with my window tint. No pressure, no upselling, explained the process in detail and showed me around the shop when I dropped my car off. I couldn’t be happier with the work that they did. They did tell me that I may need to come back in for some touching up, and I did, but then life got in the way and I was unable to get the car back in for months. Had a small window to drop the car off, called Jeff and we set it up. I haven’t picked the car back up yet, but I’m sure that it is great. Thanks to Kevin, Jeff, and Victor for their great work.

Id be lost without Auto Image.When I bought my black 3-series BMW coupe, the dealer was kind enough to set me up with these cool holograms on my otherwise perfect black paint, via a (dealer) butcher-style buffing job. On top of that, the so called high-end hand wash place near my home abused my black paint job with a wheel brush on a weekly basis. As result, my car began to look outright embarrassing.I was fortunate to find Jeff (Auto Image) and he was patient enough to listen to me, cared about what I had to say, cared about my expectations, he identified with my obsession of attention to detail and followed through beyond my expectations. After one visit, my car looked better than the day I bought it. The black paint had a liquid-like deep shine, without a single hairline scratch nor a single hologram. I was in heaven.I visit Jeff on a regular basis. My BMW is perfect every time. I have never experienced this kind of attention to detail, this level of consistency nor such enthusiasm about cars as I have from Jeff and Kevin at Auto Image. Staff really cares about customers and their vehicles. They take pride in their work and treat your vehicle well regardless if it’s a high-end car or not. I drove a mini van in that was 11 years old and as promised, they delivered a “brand new used car.”

Got the filthiest car imaginable detailed. Impecable work. Incredible customer service. I was initially not satisfied with how my billing was handled and left a review explaining why, I was called the next day and was offered an unexpected resolution. Not only is the job done well, but this place knows what customer service is about.

These folks did a great job on my 4Runner TRD Pro after some dunes and camping. Quality tint job on the fronts along with the interior and some mild exterior correction, and they did it all on time and for less than the original estimate.

If i can give them more stars i would. Took my Black Explorer to get scuff and scratches removed from hood and around the whole body of the vehicle. Talked with Jeff and he described what they were able to do and how it would look. I was worried the areas that needed touch up would show. Jeff was very knowledgeable, honest and a pleasure to speak with. They did an incredible job of removing all the scuff marks. You cant even tell where the scratches were they did such a great job of touching them up. I would recommend Auto Image to anyone that needs work done on their vehicles. I will definitely go back to Jeff and his guys if i need work done again.

I brought in my 98 Corvette weekend cruiser that I had just picked up. It needed quite a bit of love. Kevin and Jeff were fantastic. Walked me through all the options and explained the how/what/why of it all. Detail work was fantastic inside and out. I also had my windows tinted there. I had called and visited several shops before coming to these guys. Well with the cash. I will never visit another detailer again and plan to bring our daily drivers here too.

Auto Image is incredible. My car has not looked this good since I purchased it in 2008 and Im not sure it looked that good even then. They got rid of all the swirls, touched up a couple of spots on the hood that had the paint chipped (from stones or something). Really an incredible job. Thanks Jeff and Kyle and Kevin and team AI.

Returning customer to Auto Image. Bought a new vehicle and had tints installed on my front windows to try and match the rear privacy windows. Jeff and Victor were able to work with me and get me a great deal. Even though I didnt like the first installation of tints, they uninstalled and reinstalled the same day with no extra charge. The owner is extremely nice and helpful, giving you tips that he would do without charging you and arm and leg for them. This place cant be beat

Couldn’t be happier with Jeff, Kevin and the crew. Just got my 2020 GMC Sierra back from them and man was I stunned. They did XPEL paint protection film on the entire front end, front window tints to match factory rear, Gtechniq Ultra ceramic coating on exterior of truck and Glassparency on all the glass. All work was done in the time frame they promised and at a very reasonable price. The guys at this company are true masters of their craft. I will definitely have them service my vehicles in the future.

I have had my truck detailed here before, but this time I came back with holograms and other fine scratches on the rear driver-side door that a body shop left me after a repair. Thanks to Jeff and Ricky at Auto Image, the holograms are gone and the truck looks like new again.

Auto Image is by far the best place to get an exterior hand car wash. I get my Black IS250 washed here at least 3 times a month. You can tell that the owner and his staff really care about their customers. They will do the small extras at no charge to insure that your car looks pristine when you leave there. I used to wash the car myself because I never fully trusted anyone to wash it for me...now that I found Auto Image I can just bring it in and not worry about it. As anyone who has a black car knows it doesnt take much to scratch the paint, however, when I bring it here I dont worry about that. Give them a try, you wont regret it.

First, I would like to say that Jeff and everyone at Auto Image are second to none for their customer service and quality of work. Jeff is a great guy and took his time going over all my options, the process, and educated me on all the work we planned out for my car. Jeff treated me like I was his most important customer, which says so much about what kind of person he is and how he runs his business. My BMW M340i was treated well with full front-end paint protection (Expel), full car ceramic coating (Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra plus Exo), window coating and window tints (Spectra Photosync IRD 45%). I couldn’t be happier with the results and now these guys have a customer for life. I highly recommend them, best shop in the Suburbs and Chicagoland area.

Good guy, super friendly, they do great work. Pretty sure (not positive) that several of the car dealerships in the area use him for when customers have their cars detailed via the dealer.

I called in desperate need of a Spoiler to be put on my car. The guys here right away checked it out helped me clean up the mess from the old spoiler and mounted the new one for me. I just picked up my car after being fully detailed by Jeff and his staff and was amazed at the wonderful job they did. Every nook and crevice was imaculate to include the salt stains on the carpet and stains on the seats. In addition, the engine compartment on my Caliber looked like it did when I bought it. This is something I should have had done every year.

Brought my Mazdaspeed3 in for tinting. Jeff is honest and was very helpful throughout my experience. I highly recommend going to these guys!

They did my Honda civic hatchback with the photosync 35. Had trouble and needed to disassemble rear hatch door because of never doing my model of car before but they pulled through after many hours and didnt charge me extra! Its still holding up after a few weeks and I would reccomend them to anyone.
