My wife and I researched the 2020 Lincoln Aviator Black Label nation wide and found Wickstrom Lincoln. We were fortunate that we connected with Rae. After we told her our crazy idea of finding the perfect Aviator. Rae immediately said...I can make that happen! From there she had a fantastic communication rapport with us. Within 48 hours we bought an incredible Aviator. Rae even picked us up at the airport and took us to the dealership. The entire process was easy. As of this writing we are crusing across South Dakota on our way back home to Wyoming.What an incredible car. Rae even call us to check in on us and said its an amazing car isnt it!

I 1st went to Rohrman Lincoln for an estimate for a rear strip tail light on my driver side rear fender that went out. The part was approximately $45- $50. I was given a $290 estimate for the repair due to alleged corrosion their tech claimed where the light needed to be inserted by a service tech, on a 2017 Lincoln MKZ.That didnt make sense to me on a car that fairly new so I decided to go to Wickstrom Lincoln and the repair was $89.00 with no mention of any corrosion so clearly there wasnt any and the light works perfectly now. Thank you Kayla and the repair tech for your customer service, professionalism and most importantly, your honesty. I hope Lincoln Corporate reads this review because I worked for Rohrman Lincoln some years ago under Savant before Bob passed. Savants a good boss and a good man. Your tech tried to gauge a former employee. Ill be up to Rohrmans to talk to Savant about it too...

I purchased an Aviator on December 19, 2020. The salesperson was very attentive and the process went quickly. I now have a service request and cant get a return call. I first contacted the dealership by chat on June 1st. Since I have left 3 voicemails an email and still not a single return call or voicemail from anyone. I spoke with Todd, a salesmanager on June 15th, who promised I would receive a call back from Ryan in finance by the end of the day. I called at 4:30 and again was put into Ryans voicemail. The true measure of a business is not that they can sell you something but that they can provide a service when it is needed. Here, Wickstrom has failed miserably.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Wickstrom Lincoln! Robinson Logue was a fantastic sales person very knowledgeable very nice to deal with excellent service from this salesman! I would buy a car from him and from Wickstrom anytime . Extemely happy with my experience!!!

Wickstrom does good work at a good price

Brought my Lincoln MKT in for service again to Mr Rudy Rios, water is pump was leaking. Rudy had my vehicle repaired within 5 days. I also had spark plugs, fuel system cleaning, diff services, along with a coolant flush. Let me tell you this much, my car has over 100,000 miles and Rudy and his tech made my car run like brand new after the repairs. I feel like my ride runs as brand new as it was when I bought it brand new of the lot. To Rudy and the technician who worked on my lincoln, thank you, YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST! You guys are my number one shop for service from now on.

This was the best car buying process weve ever had! Kelsey was awesome to deal with. We looked for months at all types of vehicles, and were turned off by lack of interest at other dealers. Once we decided which model we wanted, Kelsey and the team worked hard to get the car for us. We appreciated her straightforwardness and honesty as we were deciding between two models. The finance process was just as easy, finished everything up in 30 minutes. Cant say enough about the process, highly recommend these guys!

Amazing dealership. I have owned Mercedes, Porsche, Tesla, Bentley and Range Rover vehicle in recent years. Michelle Goss McCormick and Joe Frederick made my experience so easy to do business. My wife checked out a couple other brands however in the end the Lincoln Aviator was the clear winner. I must say the icing on the cake was the excellent communication and treatment we received throughout the entire experience. They brought the vehicle to our business for a two day test drive and took our trade to have it evaluated. Wickstrom Lincoln in Barrington is the best car dealership I have ever done business with. Kelsey in sales did an amazing job. She showed me a Navigator last week and then sent me an Aviator to my home with their mobile showroom. It was so cool they actually brought the Aviator to my home to test drive for two days. We took delivery of our Aviator today and the purchase experience was so effortless and actually fun. The dealership is beautiful and the service department is so clean and nice looking. They offer loaners with all Lincoln sales. In addition they will come pick up my Aviator for service, and bring it back. Wickstrom Lincoln is better than my previous BMW and Lexus dealer. So exited we leased our new Lincoln Aviator from Wickstrom. Go see Kelsey she will make it fun and enjoyable.

I came in and was greeted by Michelle Goss. She was so pleasant to work with. I came to find out she has been selling cars there for over 25 years. My friend referred me to her and she has been leasing vehicles from her for over 20 years. I had owned Jeep before so I thought I might want to check out the Jeep Grand Cherokee before I went forward with the Lincoln Nautilus, so Michelle took me next door to their Jeep showroom. It was a beautiful showroom and the team over there was very nice. I drove the Grand Cherokee and it was very nice but the Lincoln Nautilus was a bit more luxurious and came with pick up and delivery for service so I went with the Lincoln Nautilus. It was nice dealing with someone that knew the products so well.I must say that the Wickstrom team stands out from any car dealership I have ever been to. Everything went so smoothly and it was actually fun buying my car. I’m usually a cash buyer but they took the time to explain leasing to me and given how I tend to get a new vehicle every 4 to 5 years it made a lot more sense to start leasing for 3 years. When I did the titling work it was painless and Brian Powell made it quick and easy without needless pressure.Both of the service departments and the Lincoln dealership and the Jeep dealership were spotless with awesome guest lounges.I highly recommend Wickstrom Lincoln and Michelle Goss McCormick if you are looking for any brand of vehicle.

This place is great. We requested info on a used Explorer. The sales team reached out to us right away and sent us a cool video about the vehicle. The price they had online was one of the best ones out there and they were more than fair with our trade. When we did the paper work the finance guy Pat Duval was so polite and not pushy. Michelle Goss was our salesperson and she did a great job. We were so impressed with the service area,(Michelle showed it to us when we first visited to drive the Explorer ) that we brought our Honda Accord in for tires, they have amazing prices on all tires. We highly recommend this place for sales and service. Ask for Michelle, she was awesome.

I got a referral to see Ian..I wasnt sure what I wanted but this young man was patient and provided me with all the answers I needed to enable us make a decision. I purchased the 2019 Lincoln Nautilus and boy id this a great machine. Love the drive assist lane keep assistance but mostly my favorite is the stop and go cruise control.... the music pops great and free carwash service is so appreciated especially with this darn rainy weather. .They are no pressure and the managers that I met all made us feel special like we belong to ther wickstrom family... please do not hesitate to give them a try. Oh and the offices are swanky 😘😘😘😘
