He was so knowledgeable about all the products being sold at your establishment, and was very helpful in my decisions on which car I wanted, and why I would want that car. So happy with our recent experience at Wickstrom! These guys (and gals!) ROCK and know how to treat their customers right. We appreciated all the time and attention they gave us, even though we were very slow to make our decision. After multiple trips and several phone calls, we finally decided on the prefect vehicle for our family. Excellent, I needed a headlight replaced in a hurry. The Wickstrom team got me and out quickly so I meet my commitments The staff is very professional and customer focused.

If I could give a zero star review that would actually be my preference. The experience from the start was not great. We drove 4 hours to purchase this vehicle. I was hesitant to drive that far considering we had not seen the truck yet but we took a chance and trusted the salesman. The truck itself is beautiful. The service we received when we walked in the door from the salesman was less than desirable. It was time for him to leave shortly for the day and he was rushing us a long so he could get home. There were several things missing from the truck like the floormats and remote/headphones for the entertainment system. He basically said oh well to bad so sad. Didnt offer any kind of solution except Ill try to get a hold of the previous owner..... Yeah right. Also we were told certain maintenance had been done to the truck. Ex. new windshield wiper blades. The rubber was cracking. I pointed that out and he said Oh they must have missed that. He passed us on to the warranty salesman who was actually quite pleasant to work with. He closed the sale and finished with us. Fast forward 7-8 months, we had the tires rotated on the truck. The brake pads and rotors were in major despair. (We were told the brakes were new and recently replaced when we purchased the truck). Our local Cadillac dealer told us informed my fiancée that they used aftermarket parts when they replaced the brakes and they were not working properly! Im glad Ive been transporting my family in this vehicle all these months! Our local dealership was shocked that a safety issue hadnt arisen earlier. The icing on the cake is that we were also in the market for a Jeep for our teenage daughter at the same time. We expressed that to the salesman at the time that we purchased this truck. He never showed any interest in showing us anything or contacting us with any new inventory. I am SO thankful that we made the new Jeep purchase from our local dealer who was happy and eager to help. I would NEVER give this dealer another dime of my money. BUYER BEWARE!!! Dot your I and cross your T before you purchase from this place. I am never one to write a review on a website. If this helps one person not get taken like we did, then my job is done.

I love the service I get at Wickstrom Jeep in Barrington. I always feel treated fairly even on some of the expensive maintenance/repair issues (not many, fortunately, on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee with about 110,000 miles. They communicate well and often answer questions thoroughly. On two occasions, without me asking, a service staff-member sensed my unease with the process and pushed the issue up the chain where I had further explanation, management heard me out and made some much appreciated, modest efforts to ease my burden.I have recommended them and will continue to do so.

I’d like to make a shout out to Mike in parts. I was very impressed with his help in assisting me with my need for the simplest (and cheapest) way to fix my Flex’s broken start/stop push button. Through my description, Mike went out of his way to dissect the schematic and come up with the most direct part that I needed for the fix. Not only that, but he also printed out step-by-step shop directions on how to access and replace the part! I was able to take the dash apart and fix/replace the part today in no time at all. Without his willingness to go above and beyond this would/could have been a much bigger and costlier project for me. Thanks Mike, you were a great help!! It goes without saying, I’ll be back!! 😄

This comment is about 10-15 years overdue. Wickstrom Auto Group is hands down the best in the business. I grew up in Barrington and my family purchased many cars from Wickstrom over the years. I remember as a kid touring the lot with my dad, picking out our favorite cars, going for test drives, and watching fireworks in their front lawn.The thing that makes them the best is that they put family first. Period. Not just their own, but yours too. My first car was purchased at Wickstrom, as was my younger sister’s. Within a week of driving her first car off the lot, we got into a car accident while my parents were out of town. After calling the police, we called Wickstrom. Without hesitation, Woody drove to pick my sister and I up from the scene, and helped us figure out what to do next. I will never forget that moment. If that doesn’t speak volumes about Wickstrom, I don’t know what does.Now we are both grown and live out of state. We have purchased cars from other dealers, but none will ever compare. Wickstrom sets the bar high.

I had the utmost pleasure of shopping and buying from Wickstrom. I went to a few other dealers and was bombarded by the sales reps. But not at Wickstrom. I called ahead of time and Kelsey got my now truck ready for me. Warmed up and washed etc. And prior to me showing up she sent me a video message showing me the truck. Went in for our 1st oil change. Although things are a bit different, the service staff was very friendly and thorough. I had no idea that places include tire rotations and vehicle inspections with oil changes. Thats why the cost would have been about $42 but for a rotation too, thats a great price! The drink station was closed but you could get snacks from the ve ding machine. It takes card too, so that was convenient.

I came in and was greeted by Michelle Goss. She was so pleasant to work with. I came to find out she has been selling cars there for over 25 years. My friend referred me to her and she has been leasing vehicles from her for over 20 years. I had owned Jeep before so I thought I might want to check out the Jeep Grand Cherokee before I went forward with the Lincoln Nautilus, so Michelle took me next door to their Jeep showroom. It was a beautiful showroom and the team over there was very nice. I drove the Grand Cherokee and it was very nice but the Lincoln Nautilus was a bit more luxurious and came with pick up and delivery for service so I went with the Lincoln Nautilus. It was nice dealing with someone that knew the products so well.I must say that the Wickstrom team stands out from any car dealership I have ever been to. Everything went so smoothly and it was actually fun buying my car. I’m usually a cash buyer but they took the time to explain leasing to me and given how I tend to get a new vehicle every 4 to 5 years it made a lot more sense to start leasing for 3 years. When I did the titling work it was painless and Brian Powell made it quick and easy without needless pressure.Both of the service departments and the Lincoln dealership and the Jeep dealership were spotless with awesome guest lounges.I highly recommend Wickstrom Lincoln and Michelle Goss McCormick if you are looking for any brand of vehicle.

First time here. Had a recall on my ford escort. This was the cleanest service dept. Ive ever seen. I was promptly greeted by a young woman who directed me to the service desk. The friendly service wrighter had me checked in and signed in in about 2 minutes. He then assisted me (I walk with a cane) to the waiting room which was fantastic. 6 coffee urns if you like coffee or a multi choice soft drink machine, all free. Plenty of tv screens to watch and 6 computer stations for your use. Ive never seen anything like this in a auto dealership. In about 40 minutes my car was ready and the same young man Danny assisted me back to my car. Thanks Mr. Wickstrom for a great auto dealership experience.

This was The best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had, I was buying my 17-year-old son his first car, I had prepared him for what typically happens at most dealerships, I was completely wrong. We met Robert Lundford, who was a great help. No pressure, he had a lot of knowledge about the vehicle. On a test drive I told him I hated how most dealership had all these extra fees and when you priced out the car they typically ended up being thousands of dollars more than what you came in looking for. Ive purchased 5 cars from the Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge dealership in Barrington in the last 10 years ( two were leased). They are are great group to deal with. Beautiful facility and they are willing to go that extra mile with you. This will be the ONLY dealer I will deal with from now on.

Sadly just spoke to a Shelly Service Manger who was upset about myself not being appreciative of 2 hours of her time in regards to a towing incident 4 months ago to the Lincoln Auto group . Now I am to believe Customer Service is really not something they care about. This was not who I hired this is who Wickstrom choose to pick up the Lincoln. A Towing knocked down a brick light pillar with the car on the flat bed. Their was no one hurt thank goodness but the pillar is still on the ground. So you think you can rely on Wickstrom to actual want to correct this situation. I am sorry that sometimes it takes time to try to correct a situation that was caused by A towing who was representing you . But for a Wickstrom to have a representative of theirs complain to me how she was on the phone for 2 hours sounds like no customer service. I only made a call for them to service the car and believed in this White glove service promise. It is a Lie. The car is home and of course services paid for but the remains of the destruction on going. Be careful if you need a tow for they do not back up the damage. Who would have known.Good Luck to you. Wickstrom is definitely not the way to go. Their money is made no care is given now. Sadly had to give 1 star to post. See all in there favor.

Not only did I get lied to throughout the entire sales process about my warranty but when I brought my car in for its first complimentary oil change they damaged my vehicle it would not accept responsibility for minor damage. I had to have it fixed out of my pocket. No one in my family nor I will ever spend another penny at this dealership again.

My family have been going here for 27 years. Im still a loyal customer. But the ford group didnt stand by thier recall on something to do with my husbands car. So now he no longer buys ford. Wickstrom ford are friendly and service is quick. But sometimes there is a delay in calling customers back with information or parts that are on order. I had to call a couple of times to found out.

Always stellar service!

Really upset with my recent trip to Wickstroms Auto Group, the lot looked nice and they seemed to have a few good deals going on at the time. But some for the staff seemed like they wernt happy being there and kinda made me feel like I didnt want to be there. Not sure if it was just a bad day or if this is always but, I still expect reasonable customer service.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole buying a car is usually complicated but here was very smooth and comfortable. Will be back here if we have to buy a car again.
