From the moment I called to inquire about mulching our yard I had a wonderful experience. I spoke to Lupe who promptly answered all of my questions by phone, texts and email. When Carlos first came out to give me an estimate for the mulch, I was so impressed with him, we also decided to hire him to do a number of other things in our yard. We discussed drainage problems and he recommended putting in stones in certain areas. The team dug up old dead bushes, replaced some with what I requested, trimmed all of our bushes and trees and made my yard look better that it has in a very long time. I had previously used a different landscaping service and the difference of Down to Earths work was literally night and day. Very professional and did a great job!

We had top soil delivered. EVERYONE we dealt with (ordering through delivery) at Down To Earth was knowledgeable and super pleasant. A great experience.

Arrived as promised and did an excellent job both installing and cleaning up when job was completed.

There was an error in our delivery date, but Ryan took care of the situation. He was extremely responsive, professional and made the situation more than just OK. I highly recommend Down to Earth Landscaping.

Horrible. They came out for an estimate, we discussed what we wanted done. When I called the office to say certain parts of the yard werent done, they initially said it was too wet to do anymore. I asked to talk to the guy who came out for the estimate as to why part of the yard wasnt done and he said thats not what we talked about. Normally I would chalk this up to a misunderstanding somewhere, maybe a language barrier as I dont think English was his first language, however, instead of discussing this like a normal person he starts screaming, truly screaming at me that hes not going to do anymore service and to find someone else. Really?? I said this is how you speak to a customer because Im questioning why the work wasnt done? He wouldnt stop screaming so I hung up. This man has a horrible temper that erupted because I disagreed with what we had talked about....scary behavior really....

I think they are just using a fake address I called today to make an appointment at Barrington and they emailed me back that they don’t service my area
