Drove out to get some white sage to cleanse my new apartment as well as some new crystals. I got here at 7PM and was excited to see all the “yes, we’re open” signs on the building, + online it does say they close at 10PM. unfortunately the door was locked and upon calling the owner, i was told they closed an hour and a half early due to the holiday. I bet this place is wonderful but please consider updating your google hours when needed and flipping ‘open’ signs to ‘closed’ when you are closed in order to avoid further confusion. this seems to be a repeating occurrence after reading other reviews. Please consider paying attention to detail, i would love to try out this shop in the future but unfortunately I can’t rely on posted google hours and ‘yes, we are open’ signs anymore. Thank you.

Ive been to a lot of metaphysical/ crystal shops before but none quite like this one. First off, it was a little unsettling and annoying that there were no prices listed on any of the items. Secondly, i am disappointed in a ring i purchased from here for 15 dollars. what upset me is not the price but the fact i was lied to/ given false information. I asked the owner if the ring was made from a crystal or just a bead and she told me it was “moonstone” i automatically was confused because it honestly did not look like moon stone. but since i liked the ring so much and was encouraged to get something for my birthday by a family member i was shopping with, i bought it. My suspicions were correct it is not moonstone. I found the exact same ring on shein for a literal dollar. regardless if it was made of crystals or not i would have still purchased it, so my issue is why be dishonest with costumers? I’ve been to many crystal/bead shops and asked the same questions and have always been met with honesty, which seems to lack here.
