Highly recommend this storage facility. Moving is usually a pretty awful process and moving into this storage unit was the easiest part of my whole day. The staff made reserving the unit extremely easy and checked in often to see if I had any questions. Finding the unit and unloading was super easy and everything was very clean. A truly great experience!

The manager Mark is great. The Office suites are getting remodeled and i reccomend them to any business looking to have a professional look at a fraction of the big office tower prices.

We have had 2 storage units since the Barrington store opened for our business and have been very happy. I remember stopping in 6 years ago and a Lead manager Mr. Polizzi helped answer all my questions and he gave me a tour of Barrington life storage and we signed up right away. It was a clean, convenient facility for our doucument storage needs. The loading dock made it very easy to load skids of file boxes in and out. We recently downsized 1 of the 2 spaces and the current managers Mark & Anna have been very helpful in accommodating our needs. If you own any size business and need file storage or have any storage needs. Go to this Barrington location.

This is best place to store your items. It is clean and well maintained in such a nice neighborhood. I really appreciate all the security cameras and the climate control which preserves my holiday decorations perfectly. The Store Manager is very enthusiastic and he knows the value of good customer service. Go in and ask for Mark Ladd when you go into rent a unit and he’ll be happy to help you.

Weve had a storage locker at Life Storage for around 5 years and have found this Barrington facility to be extremely well-maintained, clean, and staffed by outstanding people who bend over backwards to be informative, helpful, and accommodating. In particular, Randall Stanley has made every encounter weve had there a pleasure, and were very grateful to have him here at our Barrington facility. We would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone seeking a clean, safe, and affordable storage locker run by experts!

This is a clean, well kept facility that is easy to get to and access. It has some of the best prices in the area and Mark was very helpful in selecting the right sized unit.

This by far is the best storage unit I have ever used! I was looking for a storage option for my business, and Im so glad that I stumbled on this gem! Randall, the Manager, goes above and beyond to ensure that my storage needs were met. Great experience! I was moving across the state and Amy helped my mom and my sister pick out a few different options prior to my arrival. On the day of moving my stuff into LifeStorage, Amy was again super helpful. Its a great location, super accessible, moving carts on location and again the staff was great. Also great coffee :)

This is by far the best storage facility in the area, where they take pride in keeping the inside and outside of the facility clean, the amenities here are like no other storage area I have ever seen! We have rented storage facilities before. This is BY FAR the cleanest and friendliest one we have ever seen. This place is FABULOUS. They go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this facility.

We rent office space as well as warehouse space at this facility. The shared office space is wonderful; spacious, clean, and affordable offices with impressive conference space and shared kitchen area. We enjoy our fellow office tenants and the Life Storage staff (Randall and Gigi) are phenomenal. Highly recommend both the office space AND storage facilities.

As a person of color who is both morbidly obese and a legally married gay man, it pains me to admit that when I travel away from the larger cities in the Midwest, I frequently am treated and addressed based on my appearance rather than my actions and character. Sometimes its subtle whispers behind my back; other times its blatant.I get it people, Im a fat black gay man and that bothers you. Whatever. Unfortunately the business world is not excluded from this behavior. But after some negative experiences at other storage places, I happened upon Life Storage in Barrington, IL and was treated with kindness and fairness. The pricing was very reasonable, my unit was tidy and clean when I began renting, and both Gigi and Randall helped answer any questions I had. There were no comments about my motorized scooter or jokes about my weight. I was treated like a human with kindness and decency-- you know, the way things are supposed to be. Highly reccommended. Five stars!!!

Very clean and well lit. Dolly carts available to use. Doors open so you can pull in your vehicle and load or unload in a nice climate controlled environment. Large units available at a great price.

I had a great experience at Life Storage in Barrington. It was very easy setting up my account and locker, the facility is clean, modern, secure and climate controlled. I especially love the monthly price! I have rented from a different storage facility in Chicago for years, in a 100+ year-old building, no climate control, limited access hours and at almost twice the cost of the same sized locker. I highly recommend Life Storage!

The staff at LifeStorage of Barrington made our rental, move-in and maintenance stress free and when we needed an additional unit they were ready to help with options and got us setup immediately. This is very helpful when you are planning a move!

Excellent facility, easy rental process, friendly staff. I was really happy to find this storage facility, they had the unit I wanted in a convenient location for me. Trolleys make it easy to unload the car and move things to the unit.

My company uses them for off site storage and because of this we take advantage of their conference room. Gigi and Randal are very accommodating. They take great care of us every time we are there.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away from this facility unless you dont mind paying rent for unwanted guests (MICE live here!!!). I give this place no stars!We stored everything in our home (NO FOOD) at this facility for 19 months while we transitioned to a new home. On more than one occasion we found a mouse in our unit. The first time we reported a mouse in our unit the person in the front office laughed at us. There were 2 more mouse encounters while picking up/dropping off things in our unit. Both incidents were reported to the front office and we were told an exterminator was out to treat the problem. We have since moved are things from the facility and found that the mice were indeed a problem! Droppings on our couches, inside of our childrens toys, as well as tearing holes in stuffed animals to use their stuffing for nesting and droppings on stuffed animals as well.Ive made numerous phone calls to speak to a manager at the facility. Most of the front office people were very hush hush as to who the manager was and just said I would receive a call back. After weeks of calling I finally got a name. David Moy, the store manager couldnt seem to return phone calls until I called customer relations to make a formal complaint on him. Then he magically called within 15 minutes of speaking with them. This still didnt solve my problem as David asked me to email him photos and Id hear back from him in 48 hours to see what he could do.Still waiting for my call back! Its been months!!! Dont let the Barrington address fool you. This place is a joke!

This property used to be so wonderful, so clean, but the standards of it have gone waaay down. They got this new guy, Mark I think his name is. What a terror. Was nothing but rude to my friend who rents there when he came in to ask questions. And my friend was too scared to write a review for fear of retaliation from this nutter. But Im not. Hire some quality managment if you want to stay open in such a nice neighborhood.

The LifeStorage facility is a great facility. I have used it for storage and also office space. The staff are very supportive and knowledgable. It is kept clean and orderly.The storage units are climate controlled which is great for high end items - such as pianos. Access is easy and secure to the storage units.

The staff were both wonder, considerate, friendly and above all very professional.The unit was clean and all my belongings fit neatly.Ilike the courtesy coffee. It is a plus. The office area was clean and neat. As a client I felt secure about my items. Not only does the staff keep a good eye on the comings and goings of movers and other clients, but anyone visiting the office can also see.
