Horrible experience, Im currently in the store waiting for a cash refund, which indicates on the receipt. The rep. Sky sent me away with my receiptTo customer care toll free number, who has no record of me. Because it was paid in cash. And ask me to enter back into the store so she could speak to Sky and she admitted she did not know several times how to do it, to the customer service rep. And she had to call someone else to help her. But stated it was their store policy not to refund money they took and order merchandise for us through the store which turned out to be a lie. In order to cancel my order that never arrived, my husband had toBe present in order for me to get my money back because it was sent under his name. Waited for over thirty minutes for something Sky did not know how to do. Stop mis handling customers and sending around the world to get service that can not help them because you dont know how, especially if you know its wrong, and you expect them not to get upset. Over an hour just to get my cash refund. Shameful.

Customer service is always good here! I never have complaints for this location, the gentleman is always informative and is always willing to take his time to answer all questions.

This store is a joke. They are participating in illegal activities here. Also, negative reviews are being deleted. I stood in line this morning for the series X and was told that they didnt have anymore for $499, but that I can buy one for $1500. I asked him if he lost his mind. Theres no way that Im paying an extra $1000. He said think of it as the price for a no hassle transaction. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!! He was the heavy set white employee.

The store workers took release day consoles for themselves and lied and said that microsoft only sent them 3 consoles. They took the ones they had in store and are selling them outside for $1500. This is insane that gamestops corporate is allowing this to go on. Do not shop here. I stood in line only to be lied to about them having 3 consoles for $499 or I could get one for $1500 without any hassle. Like what the f#$# is that about!

Went into the store and everyone was willing to help. The management seems very posed and credited. The assistant manger is very nice and polite and knows her stuff. Very glad we got a gamestop in town.
